Got hacked stay away!
I’ve used this app for years without any issues. Then, a couple of months ago, I logged in after not using it for months and discovered that some of my crypto had been sold just a few days earlier. I never authorized those transactions.
My recovery phrase has always been written on paper and stored safely. I never entered it anywhere, and I only accessed the app on my iPhone using Face ID.
I contacted Trust Wallet, but they simply told me there was nothing they could do. I later learned about a major security incident where many users were reimbursed, but they claimed my case wasn’t related. What they couldn’t do was explain how my funds were sold when I hadn’t even opened the app for months.
If they can’t explain how this happened or help recover stolen funds, I can’t recommend this app. Be careful. Consider moving your crypto to a wallet or platform you trust more. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

If you want a wallet that you’re gonna have to reinstall every 3 to 6 months because it breaks then get trust wallet. Which means you also have to put your keys back in.

Price transparency is poor. This group has went a long way from its mission statement from a few short months ago. I would not recommend using their network to trade crypto If you want to invest.

The program does not open

Why can’t i withdraw from my usdt (erc20) holdings on your platform?
I need you to look into this ongoing fraud happening on your platform. I do not see any reason why I cannot withdraw from my usdt (Erc20) to a different wallet, I cannot also swap my coins to a different crypto.
Whenever I try to process a withdrawal I keep getting a message telling me to fund my ETH for gas fee and when I try to switch to charge the fee from my usdt holding it pops up an error respond. This is a new scam circulating the internet now and trust wallet is not to be trusted anymore

Scammers use this app for the view wallet only part and showed me a lot of money to then gain my trust then tried via cash app.

I have crypto (peipei, ethereum) bought and stored on this platform (wallet) almost a year ago and trusting it to be saved. Logged back into it with 12 phrases passcode and my wallet was wiped out 🤷♂️. None ? Nothing is on there. No history, no nothing!? Cannot get help or anything!
