New phone no conversion
App did not move over well with my new phone. Cannot gain access. You will lose a lot of accounts as customers upgrade their phones and TS does not work. Loved the app for years but does not log me in .
Suspended or Banned for no legitimate reason???
My account was suspended or banned (truth social didn’t clarify). Only thing I could think of was my username wasn’t supportive of Trump: dumptrump. I never posted anything. I just got the app to verify whether the president actually posted what I was seeing on X. This app appears to be quite the echo chamber.

This is an extremely biased platform that promotes misinformation almost exclusively over facts. I find it misleading to consumers that it is called “Truth” Social. There is not bipartisan discussion, nor multiple points of view being considered in discussions. It’s an alt-right echo chamber.

I hope that America and the wonderful People of it adopt skepticism as a rule for everything as opposed to doubting media just because it might be categorized as mainstream. Fox News and truth social have some of the worst records for including news with facts and objectively accurate information and reporting. Can’t Log on
I downloaded app and attempted to create Log-on. I entered a user name and email as per instructions, got the check marks that they are acceptable, but “Next” button remains inactive.
Account suspended for no reason
I rarely used the app, I basically only used it to view what the president was posting as it’s relevant to my job. I had never commented or posted anything before. I went to log-on today, and it said that my account was either disabled or suspended. I deleted the app, second time I’ve had trouble logging in, and it’s not worth my time.

I downloaded the app to keep up with what the president posts , not a huge fan , but his word is important . I’ve now been banned having never posted anything or liked or commented on anything , but instead just answering polls wrong such as “do you blame the president for gas prices”. If u dare say or think anything against him, you’re banned from the platform . Doesn’t sound very true and free to me .
