Waste your time making you create a profile and verify your email and all this nonsense to then hide the report behind the paywall. I’m fine with the paywall, just be upfront before you have use wasting time making a profile

Don’t bother
If you want to find out someone’s middle initial this is the app to get. Otherwise, don’t bother with it. Even if it was free, and it’s not, it wouldn’t be worth the download time. Refund was requested

But when you try to login on the website, it traps you in a never ending loop of sending verification emails that don’t work. I have contacted customer support about this and they are quite literally ignoring me and repeating the same unhelpful “advice”’over and over. Horrible company, horrible app, horrible customer service. Don’t ever subscribe to these thieves.

I’ve paid for this in the past and was impressed. It’s junk now. This time around, everything is jumbled up. Relatives, neighbors, anyone with the same last name is mixed together. If you find the name you’re looking for, it doesn’t tell you what crimes they committed. Most say the crime classification is uncategorized.

No option for cancellation
I wrote an email to cancel and they didn’t honor the request. I called to cancel and somehow the zip code that I have been at for years was not recognized. There were no options to provide additional information. They also keep charging me multiple times per month. This is getting out of hand. Never work with this company

Do not try to renew a subscription!! I accidentally spent $59 dollars trying to renew my subscription. I paid for the subscription and it wasn’t working so I tried again and next thing you know I got charged $59 and the subscription still doesn’t work. App still says I didn’t pay. I see similar issues with other people in the reviews. Please save yourself some headache and money and do not use this app

I was hoping to find information on my husband who I know is having affairs. Unfortunately the ‘report’ provided by truthfinder gave less info than a stranger could have dug up. Didn’t even report his public social media accounts. Waste of $30

After they changed interface start work very bad! And almost no information. I checked myself! And now only Hal of info from which I had before. Work slow! And all together it’s almost 100 per month!

This used to work great. However lately the App stopped working. Just spins whenever you search for anything. Please fix the issue or update. Otherwise will be cancelling the subscription

After paying the one month subscription fee, the charge did not complete and tried again. This time the charge went through, but I am unable to access my account. I can’t do anything. I had the same problem a year or so but was finally able to access my account. I should have not tried this again and learned my lesson the first time. Definitely not worth the aggravation or the money. It’s a scam.

Tried multiple times to open any previous reports or new reports and nothing will open. May have to leave this subscription app if it is not resolved soon. Looks like many people are having the same problem which does not look good.
Bait and Hook
The only part of this "service" that works is the baiting of customers with suspicious yet vague information, while making them wait artificially, so that after minutes of waiting, they'll pay anything to get to the point. The point of this "service" is to take your money, and nothing more. Once you pay, what you get is nothing more. Nothing loads, and nothing works expect more ways of giving them even more money. I'm partly surprised that an angry mob of victims, or "customers" haven't yet rioted outside of their place of business, or burned it to the ground. How is it that the app has a 4.6 star rating, when almost every review is profoundly negative. I smell a scam, within a scam, within a scam. First you get scammed, so you try truthfinder and get scammed again, only to realize that the app store is misrepresenting the real value of the truthfinder app. The truth you find is, that Truthfinder is a scam, and it will cost you $30.

Unusable - Stuck on Opening Screen **Buyer Beware!!!
I was hoping to have a better experience with this company on their app than I was having on the website. I knew they were going to charge me eventually on the website, but once I paid for my report, it wouldn’t open. They had the link for the app, which I installed, but now it won’t let me choose “Get Started” or “Login”, therefore I’m unable to look at my report on the web or the app! I’m going to have to see if I can get my money back for my report or if I’m just being scammed. Buyer beware!!
Awful program after update, be aware!
I called customer service to complain about how uneasy to use truthfinder after update whole system, the representative is very rude and closed my account for no reason.

Glitch Payment & Horrible Service
I had a positive experience with TruthFinder the first time, but now I'm facing issues renewing my subscription. There's a glitch on their end, yet my Apple account keeps getting charged-$90 today and $25 yesterday. When I contacted TruthFinder, they claimed I didn't have a subscription and refused to assist with refunds. They directed me to Apple, who confirmed everything appears normal on their side. Buyer beware.

Then requirement to subscribe. No option anywhere to stop the selling. I gave enough to be found, they don’t need my money to stop selling my information. The link was misleading and a scam. Other privacy links dead. Not page not found, rather stayed in the same page.
This company is a scam. They lie, they deceive. Links don’t do what they promise. They just want info and money. And lie and deceive it get it. Make promises and don’t keep them.
