If you’d like a return, from the company, behind TuenCraft, just forget about it. Even if, you have an utterly valid reason.
It allows you to clear a purchase, and marked as free, for three days, but this is not so. After a couple of days, even with the “free” trial being cancelled day one, and also before the opportunity of being charged. Nevertheless, surprise, TuneCraft will still charge you.
As a customer, I was just very disappointed. I went through and reported this via Apple. However, I have noticed recently, all of my requests, have been denied, by the companies, behind the apps. I’m not sure if they’ve changed major policies, or if I’m being targeted, and as a consumer.
My simple advice, don’t use TuneCraft. It’s really not worth it. There are much better apps out there. They will likely never fix the issue either. I appreciate Apple’s dedication to its customer base, but the company’s, who decide on our refunds, plainly suck, and only have their pockets in mind.

Cancellation
I canceled this app and it’s still trying to charge my account. I reached sent an email two days ago regarding the situation and I got NO response. They tried to debit my card twice today already!

I purchased this app for clips, I’ve spent multiple weeks fees on it and I’ve got one decent clip, now I can only get one clip a week and they are screwed up, last one had a male voice in woman’s body, dear God

I loved this application, but 3months into the paid subscription and it's no longer allowing me to create. It is also taking my songs rights. Scary app if you really want to create or if you have any talent writing songs! Buyer BEWARE!

I paid for a year and first month was good now can’t make my songs ,says to many songs in the queue. I paid for a year and got one month of songs!!!

it made a couple songs that weren’t really on point then i tried to make a few more and they just kept loading and loading and i couldn’t use my own voice so Sorry but it was doodoo for me and my interests.

I’ve been waiting hours for a song to generate. It’s stuck at 50% and just keeps cycling. A big disappointment especially for something that I am paying $8/week for! Don’t get this app.

I bought the subscription. Then my songs stopped loading. I thought it was my phone. So I restarted it. Removed the app and redownloaded. Checked my service and internet connection. It’s 100% the app no longer working once the subscription is paid for. Waste of money.

You can’t go into a song you made and add to it or when you play a song after it’s been made you can not continue the song so your stuck with ha half finished song and you can not even use the same voice tones or even tempo it sucks not that the idea isn’t good but there’s no control over the single it randomly makes changes instead of giving you a whole playlist to CB pose from it’s just randomly generated songs and you loose your rhythm and the sound you finally wanted only to go back the next day and be unable to format the song the same way as you started the song

It’s okay
I’ve had this app for 4 days and it makes really good music. The one problem I’m having is it says if I don’t buy the premium subscription I only get 1 song every day, but I only got a song on the first day. It never gave me any more songs, so if you don’t have money I wouldn’t recommend it as a long term use app.
