STOP PROMPTING TO RATE TUNEIN!
Every time I open the app it’s asking me if I’m enjoying the TuneIn. I say no because this app sucks and then it redirects me to Safari to contact support. I contacted support to tell them stop prompting for feedback, and they wanted a video of what’s happening! Read the words of my complaint and look at your own app. I can’t be the only person annoyed by this. Stop bothering users.

Poor customer service
I’ve been subscribing to the “premium” in the premium app for many years. I would still get ads and the premium app wouldn’t sync up with my apple subscription. I reached out multiple times to customer service who promised to get back to me with an answer but the answer was always “so sorry but our tech team are still working on a fix”. In the end I’ve given up and cancelled my subscription.
Recent list gets in the way
Recent list gets in the way when I want to slide up from bottom of phone to switch apps.
Stop putting the recent list there, where I accidentally touch another channel !

“Library” Tab Has Crashed
I have been mostly very happy with Tunein Pro until today. App will NOT allow me to access the Library of my saved stations.

Ads in pro version
Still has preroll ads. In fact, it’s so bad that there were a set of 4-5 ads that kept repeating for what seemed like 10 min before I just decided to close the app.
Annoying advertisements & reputations
I am annoyed that even when I am on “premium”, I have to keep listening to the “mindless repetition” of the same sections of the “here is what you might have missed”. Another annoying aspect is the ads which are promised to be eliminated for “premium” members.

Tune in stop begging for stars and reviews
It’s a good app except it always interrupts and asks if I’m enjoying tunein although I’ve answered dozens of times.
Ugh
Tons of commercials, even in the middle of broadcasts. Better to download my favorite radio stations apps and listen to them that way.

TuneIn was once a great app
TuneIn was really good years ago. There was the ability to record, gone. Now it’s littered with annoying commercials. I used to be a paying customer. Now it’s really not worth having even if it is free. The same ads repeat all the time.

Browsing states/countries/radio stations via search has disappeared
This function is absolutely essential where you can browse by state, then city in the U.S. or by country then city or region outside the U.S. while the explorer page map is handy, it does not replace the geographical browse.
Switch Off Switch…..PLEEEEASE!
Please have your developers create an update where this channel “switch” option can be turned off. I use the TuneIn app in my car and like to see the square in the window be completely filled with the album art or station art, instead of occupying only a small portion of the screen. Besides, I never need to switch channels with that silly feature anyway. Been using TuneIn many years and am still a fan, but give the users options instead of forcing this sort of stuff on them, thx
Faulty trial system caused me to be billed in error; poor customer service
I tried to enroll in a trial multiple times but kept receiving error messages and no indication of premium benefits. A week later my credit card was charged. A support agent admitted that I was enrolled in two trials at once, one of which had already converted to a subscription, but I still had no premium benefits. The agent just stopped responding to me. I never was refunded and have had to dispute the charge with my card issuer.

Where’s My Favorites?
If you haven’t updated the app yet, don’t do it. The latest update erased all of my saved favorites. Is there any way to get them back? Rebuilding the favorites playlist is a PITA

All my favorites are gone. I had to repurchase my subscription today. I am visually impaired . Submitting a support ticket is impossible. Thanks for screwing with my account yesterday and removin g everything. If I don't hear fromn you, I'll stop my subscription. You are impossible to reach.

I’ve had this app since it first come out several years back really enjoyed TuneIn radio I decided to purchase the premium and when I did my first month was 21 days and then they charge me again. I just thought it was a fluke went on with it for a couple of months and they done it again totally canceled this company. They are bad people. Oh and I forgot when they first come out I paid the $6.99 for tune in radio never be charged again. Wow what a surprise.

Was great but folders gone in CarPlay
This was easily a 4-star app, but, earlier this year, it removed folders from CarPlay and now displays an arbitrary subset of my favorite stations when I click on my “Library.” Can’t find the station I want the majority of the time anymore.
CarPlay no longer works well
TuneIn used to be one of my favorite apps on CarPlay. The new version of CarPlay no longer syncs with my lists on the phone and no longer will search for stations.

Features get downgraded w each update
Now you can’t rewind and there’s a second station you can’t choose that plays if you wind forward. Used to be good. Not anymore.

Every time I try to open this app it crashes? Was working two days ago but now it won’t open? I have deleted it and reinstalled it but still can’t get it to simply open?

I have been a subscriber for years! I'm very tired of being interrupted with the question, Are You Enjoying TuneIn? I would not pay for it if I were not. So stop interrupting my listening with your constant need to have your ego stroked!
