Hides your Current Notes behind a Paywall
It was great for a while, but suddenly, without warning, it’s trying to force me to pay! It won’t allow me to create new notes nor will it let me view my current ones! I have finals next week. How am I supposed to review my notes when I’m not allowed to view them?
Also, all of my notes were manually typed. I used the AI ONCE to generate notes, and on my second attempt, it tried to force me to pay to use it.

Turbo a scam
I paid like a few bucks to even download the app and then I need it to give the an answer sheet for the study guide for a test that was the next day. Multiple times I tried to make it generate a lesson but it never worked so I couldn’t use turbo so I used another ai.

The people earning commission from their ads probably don’t make enough to even afford the premium subscription.

This app is the worst app i’ve ever used for studying, it pisses me off so much because it’s so slow and it takes hours so i can have my notes done + i used it ones when i had a test and I got literally 40/100 and I fully depend on it and on the notes that he gave me, please try to fix these problems or I’ll never use it tbh

Upgrade charge me $120 dollars and i was not asking for all that. the voice feature doesnt sound good.
Frustrating syncing issues across devices
I’ve been a premium user since Aug 2025. I use the app on multiple devices. However, today it won’t recognize my premium subscription in my apple devices. I rely on this app and it’s been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
I got charged twice
I love it but there is definitely issues on their side of things . I have downloaded the app and I have access to turbo ai via the website . They are both the same account . I however got charged twice . I paid on the website, then they charged another card I had on my Apple Store file !!!! In total I spent more than $200 on this app!! It’s crazy ! I hope they can solve this issue .
By far the worst app
The app won’t up load anything no voice notes or PDFs and it actually takes forever to up load also if you leave or exit out of the app it resets and it says it only takes 2 mins and 30 seconds but it took a hour to load and I am still waiting do not download this use flash cards
don’t do it
During the free trial was fun and I was surprised how will it work but all this app wants is money and once my free trial is up he kept asking for money in subscriptions, which is annoying and do not buy this unless you want to pay money
Used to be a good app now it constantly loses recordings
App used to be a life saver now majority of the time I get an error when trying to upload recordings and the recording is gone forever. Not in the failed uploads, literally gone forever. Completely unreliable and a terrible app. Definitely don’t use this app for important meetings!

This it very limited only being able to upload 1 pdf a month than asking you to pay for its subscription to get unlimited
Quizzes suck
The quiz bank generates questions about one topic instead of generating an actual test combined of all the topics present. For instant my notes were about 4 types of eye disorders and the question bank only tested me on one discorded. I got no practice in concerning the other eye disorders its frustrating
Usage limit why?
I get it most study apps have a subscription but the least you can do is get rid of the usage limit. There’s no point in making the app free if you can barely use it.

when you upload pdf’s/images the ai doesn’t go off them and will quiz you on the color of headers instead.

During my testing on a subject I am familiar with, I could clearly see the potential dangers of someone attempting to use this app for a subject they are unfamiliar with. It’s possible that the information provided may be incorrect, and I am uncertain if it is legal to record my instructors or share intellectual property with them.
it’s good, just don’t buy the subscription
once you buy that subscription it randomly charges you 20 bucks a day which is insane because it’s supposed to be a month I’ve got over 20 charges in the past 3 weeks DO NOT BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION

I used this a lot up until they required me to upgrade to premium. I can't see any of my past notes now unless I buy premium.

Horrible
Horrible app. I paid for the membership only to be shut out of my accounts. I still pay for the membership yet physically can’t get inside of it. It kicked me out on both my phone and iPad. I have the login saved on both and yet I still cannot access my account. Not surprised to say this isn’t the first time this has happened. I have had another account I bought the membership for where it shuts me out of my account after a few days. This app is terrible.
Doesn’t work
Recorded a whole 45 minutes worth of lecturing from my teacher just for this ai to take 10 minutes to upload and just give me a black screen that says “this note doesn’t exist” and then doesn’t even save the audio recording.

App doesn’t seem to work
No matter how many times I try the app, I can’t seem to get it to work and the problem not only happened yesterday but also today when I tried to take notes and paste the YouTube url.
Glitched and not efficient.
I have used this app numerous of times and i am NOT fan. For one, the app is terribly slow, took possibly an hour to generate notes from a single youtube video that was maybe 5 mins long. Two, the several times i have used this app, when i try to generate from a youtube video, instead of processing, it just says “error cannot generate” and after the million times i try, it’ll load for so long as i said. Three, it’s so extremely limited and you’re really only able to generate notes like 3 times before saying you have to pay for “premium”. The only good things i can say about this app is that when it actually DOES generate notes (rarely), it’s clear and understanding. For an extremely advertised AI app, i expected more. Do better.
Paying for premium is a pain if you’re not American
The US is the only country they have as an option. Furthermore, my country doesn’t use postal or zip codes which is required on the app among other things. It’s just a nuisance and I have exams in a few days. I rlly liked it but with them making me have to pay for premium so quick just for me to can’t pay is just so annoying.

I thought this was good from the start, but I need this to translate my notes from Spanish to English, and there’s a limit to it, even the YouTube videos have limits, could be better, but completely un-usable for me, good for when you understand what the professor is saying
Love Hate
I bought the premium version of this app, and at first it work so well, had the prodcast; which I love, quizzes and detailed notes. However there was an update that made the quizzes have limit, the prodcast speaker are having long pauses and sound very off, they are rushing everything and not going smoothly like before, as for the notes, it’s shorter and missing out detailed stuff. :(

what do you mean u get ONE try with this app and then afterwards you cant even upload anymore documents or do absolutely anything else?? like i get that it provides an extensive amount of help but 200$ IS TOO MUCH TO PAY for something that is fully AI, especially that soon at some point everything will be AI-based anyway. verrryyy limited use for people who cannot afford it.
Deleted everything
Recorded for about an hour and a half just for turbo to delete everything I had. Very frustrating
