This was a great app until an update where an AI search bar controls everything and leads to several error, making the app inefficient and useless. Really frustrating because it was a great tool for studying that I even bought the subscription for over $100. The update ruined everything.

I needed some help very last minute, and this app always told me I could do it. And as a broke college student I didn’t wanna $20 for my 1 set of notes that needed to be turned in by midnight. Sat there recording for the last hour so I can get them, once th video was finally over I went to press generate notes then it just so happens that I need to pay for it after the HOUR LONG video. Long story short, my notes weren’t turned in and I got the deduction
Disappointed
I got confused about my notes their not dated and not chronologically arranged when you open one note it automatically goes first in the list . I don’t li it no more . I have the notes I can’t even use them no more because I don’t know which one is for which week exam
With errors and not comprehensive
Easy to understand procided the information it provided you is correct. It missed a lot of important things, had a lot of errors and didn’t summarize the book properly. It will left out a bunch of information and chapters. Not reliable
Don’t download unless you want to sign up for subscription version
The App and website constantly harass you to sign up for subscription to the point where it’s basically useless if you don’t.

Having serious issues generating notes, and sometimes they won’t even generate notes at all
Hides your Current Notes behind a Paywall
It was great for a while, but suddenly, without warning, it’s trying to force me to pay! It won’t allow me to create new notes nor will it let me view my current ones! I have finals next week. How am I supposed to review my notes when I’m not allowed to view them?
Also, all of my notes were manually typed. I used the AI ONCE to generate notes, and on my second attempt, it tried to force me to pay to use it.

Turbo a scam
I paid like a few bucks to even download the app and then I need it to give the an answer sheet for the study guide for a test that was the next day. Multiple times I tried to make it generate a lesson but it never worked so I couldn’t use turbo so I used another ai.
Must pay for everything
They get your hopes high at first, after a while, it gets repetitive. Now you have to start paying for everything, it’s too money hungry. On top of that, there are so many videos online promoting this app, giving you false hope. The people earning commission from their ads probably don’t make enough to even afford the premium subscription.

you cant have more than one note without paying… i think its funny that a app targeted towards children in school makes you pay😭 an so much at that??? 19.99 a MONTH is crazy!!!

Why can’t i not submit anything
Dudee it literally doesn’t allow full access to files and when I tried to put in the link, it says is unable to generate… it wasn’t like this before what’s happening now??

Can log in
It’s so bad it dose not let me log in and I put the right email and it did not send me a code so angry at it
This app is a joke
You can record all day long but ever since they added the Audio this app started glitching today for some reason it showed a animal I guess to show my notes were thinking but it never uploaded an the sad part is this was only a 40 minute lecture like all of my other lectures! I’m over it! So I cancled my subscription am keeping notability I haven’t ever had a issue with them for the last 2 years

I love the the app but it’s too expensive for students

Can only put in 1 file

Cant make more than one thing of notes a day without the expensive plan, which is annoying, and the app constantly tries to get you to do it at every opportunity

I used this a lot up until they required me to upgrade to premium. I can't see any of my past notes now unless I buy premium.
