Worst App
This is the worst and most buggy airline app I have used. It keeps selecting one day less for birthdays than selected. It keeps not using the correct profile for tickets. It doesn't allow one to fix whatever issues there is with the profiles that have been successfully used to purchase tickets previously.

Website and app are horrible
The website in the app for Turkish Airlines are absolutely horrible to navigate every time I click on something. It bounces me back to the Paige before or it doesn’t go to the next page when I click go it’s difficult to login. It’s just it’s horrible to manage.
Insecure app/website - only a 6 digit pin!!
Your entire biographical information is secured (?) with only a 6 digit numeric pin without MFA! They probably haven’t upgraded their systems from the 1950s!!
Scammer

And then tell you that if you cancel, you only receive $45 back. Scammer. I called their customer services multiple times to finally reach a human. I request live chat and they keep kick you off the waiting line.

In need of an upgrade
It took me almost 2 hours on this website and a phone call to book a simple flight. The website is far from intuitive and kicks you out repeatedly. Worst airline website I have ever used.
Clunky airline website
I came on here to make seat selections. It was not intuitive, repeatedly made me go back pages in order to make the next selection for the next flight. And when I paid for my seat selection, it thanked me by a name that is not mine and told me it was sending a confirmation to an email address I don't know. But it was my credit card that got charged.
Glitchy
I tried checking in via the mobile app, I scanned my passport and the info they pull up it’s wrong dates. I then used the manual option and I inputted my passport number and expiring date; and it still pulls up wrong date! For example, I added September 11,2035 and the app has it as September 9. When you go to edit it, it has the correct date.
Poor website
I recently booked a round-trip flight to Turkey with Turkish Airlines and selected my seats in advance. While seat selection was available, the process was frustrating. I had to choose and pay for each seat individually, and for every seat I was required to re-enter my full credit card and billing address. In total, I had to enter my payment details four separate times for one round trip.
This felt unnecessarily time-consuming and inefficient. A single checkout process for all seat selections would greatly improve the booking experience.

No real help or communication
I can’t log in to my account with my credentials, and there is no line communication options and no help, nonexistent.
Can add a flight on app or website!
I have been trying to purchase an additional flight for the past two weeks. The app and website do not work! They only give me an error message. The update did not fix the error. How do I add a flight ti an existing flight?
Horrible app
I had to download the app because the website keeps malfunctioning when I try to purchase seat upgrades, and the app is no different. I’m simply trying to purchase upgraded seats and it has taken me two hours to purchase one of eight upgraded seats I need to buy.
Ticket price
After the update, under Manage Booking system shows the total price of the ticket which is a good feature to view the breakdown of charges, in the previous version it was showing the correct total of charges, now it shows the incorrect total charges although the breakdown is still correct and shows correctly. There are numerous links from the Manage Booking just error out. Also, the app does not show any boarding passes after checking in if the next leg is next day. The expectations of the passengers is to be able to see the boarding pass of the first flight on the app for Check-In and show the message that next boarding pass will show up when flight is within 24 hours.
Lesson in frustration
Probably the worst airline app I’ve ever used. I can type in my PNR, when I finally found my ticket number it wouldn’t accept it. Finding any information about my flight is impossible. I planned on doing the stopover tour but the app keeps telling me I must have a 20 hour layover. I HAVE A 20 hour layover. Traveling is stressful enough these days without having these problems too.
Glitchy and Frustrating
After checking in it keeps adding the boarding pass duplicate. Last I saw were more than 1000 duplicates. This single act shows how glitchy is the app.
Terrible airline
They are racist against Americans. Flight attendant intentionally bumped our seat everytime down the aisle and dropped a 30 pound baby carrier on my 70 year old mother clearly intentionally. Don’t fly unless your Turkish
Possibly the worst app ever
Logging into this thing is a nightmare. Finally gave up. Online website just as bad. Hard to see how such incompetence can happen on a major airline’s interface with the public.

Fake reviews! App is terrible and useless. I can’t save my flight or see flights status. It says your flight was “disrupted” without any additional information.

Worst user experience ever
This airline genuinely has the WORST user experience. It takes so long just to try and book one flight because you get a technical error at every step. Please fix your tech.
Turkish Airline is an extremely low class company
The app barely works. Also, they canceled my flight and I had to buy a new set of tickets because there was no replacement, and I paid $1k extra to still catch the event I traveled for. They're required by law to reimburse the ticket price difference but use shady tactics to avoid paining that - starting with the feedback form simply not sending when you chose "Flight disruption" as the topic (it keeps saying "error, try again later", so make sure to select a different topic like "Sustainability" to even reach them) to intentionally misinterpreting the request to ignoring you. Make sure to reach out to National Enforcement Body (NEB) to force them to comply with the law. Turkish Airline is an extremely low class company.

Delays to/from BGW
The turkey’s fly or Turkish airways is perfect services on time good reputation, BUT airplanes heading to BGW is too bad always delays with no reason but always last year the same hearing from friends heading to BGW the same delays delays to Baghdad !!!. that’s way next time I will switch to Royal Jordanian from DTW to BGW.

One of the worst things a business is when you are unable to get that business on the phone ! That was my first clue then it went downhill, on the airplane they had the smallest seats everyone smashed together for a 13 hour flight. The only highlight was our stewardess she was very sweet, however she didn’t speak English. Any change you make you will pay for unlike the Airlines at home such as Alaska Airlines and American. So many things that I could name.
3D Verification is frustrating!
Almost did not buy this ticket. Your verification process needs to be checked. I had to recreate this reservation about a dozen times and 3 different cards in order to get it. Also, your site needs to make the currency change easy to do in the mobile units. Extremely tedious and frustrating process!!!

First, the app is garbage. Very old and does not let you check in. Their system was not working and wouldn’t check us in and we called customer service twice and they did not care or offer any solutions

Redeeming miles & smiles is not possible, the app is not easy to use and it is just like opening the internet link and requires you to sign in when moving to miles and smiles page

No boarding pass, seat number, gate number or flight status
The worst airlines app ever. Registration was slow and got no benefits or information on my flight after that.
Never had such a weird experience making an account
I am trying to sign up for the rewards, I had when for field to select date of birth I have to scroll. Similarly for the city. Why not just be able to type the city name? Why the time wasting scrolling through hundreds of cities. I just haven’t seen this type of selection for a while. And to finish off, when it asks to choose password it only allows me to type numbers. 🤦♀️
And when I finally selected sign up and did an email notification I got a message that they are “unable to complete transaction”. It looks like some out of date app. I am starting to regret even booking with them

Dumbest features only to make your life miserable
There is a feature and now dont allow you to manually enter your passport information but when it scans it scans bday and some other information wrong. You can see it is wrong but dont allow you to fix it, then it becomes a whole problem at the airport
Can not covert miles
App does not work properly, even if your try to use the website system does not allow to make changes, cant even verify the email! Website proxy is outdated, customer service sucks.

I hate the clumsiness and low quality of Turkish Airlines so much but they are the only one with a direct flight to Istanbul. I am praying everyday for another airline to start direct flights to Istanbul so I can rip it off like a bandaid and never ise Turkish Airlines again.
