Look for a different option
This app was OK when I first installed it, but thenupdates that have made it worse. I read the reviews before deciding NOT to update it. Therefore I haven’t updated it in hopes of keeping what little functionality I had already. However, now every time I open the app after receiving a notification- to look at the video for my security camera the entire screen is plastered with an ad. As others have said this negates the helpfulness of a security camera doesn’t it?

App does not work
I have been trying for 5 days to get my litter box to connect to the internet/ my phone. This app talks about all my other gadgets that I don’t want connected to this app. It doesn’t give you an option to even pick a litter box. I’m tempted to send this thing back and get a different brand. I’ve been unplugging and plugging this litter box trying to get it to connect and nothing.

This app seriously sucks and should be deleted. I did what I needed in the feit app in less than 5 minutes what I tried to do in a month with this POS app. even with support trying to help I just couldn't get one control for multiple lights. i have three lights in my office and if i want to dim them i have to do it individually. so lame. Support just says the same thing over and over. dont waste your time with this app.
Great functionality that NEVER WORKD
Everything here has been thought out. Virtual walls, select rooms to clean, great look and usability. Unfortunately, it never works. It constantly erases my maps even when I save them. It stops cleaning in the middle of a room for no reason. It can never find its location. Completely useless. Tikom and Tuya are only good for letting one feel secure that robots are not taking over the world any time soon.
Worst app ever
No devices ever connect because my wifi apparently isn’t strong enough but I can connect them through any other app. This app never connects and I’m returning every product that requires this app. Worst app ever!!
Once was great, now useless
This app used to work flawlessly. Not my lights need to be reconnected every time I turn them on.

The lock only works if I hold the phone directly on the knob. I have been looking led out of my room a few times

So far it’s so bad
My fan disconnects & goes up to level 4 when I leave the app. The app crashes constantly. It’s terrible I’ve cleared caches I’ve reinstalled & reconnected to WiFi absolutely nothing works so I’m going back old school & using the physical remote for my fan it’s reliable & doesn’t change my settings by itself.

Confusing app. Can’t easily figure out how to add and control lights. Needs a lot of work to improve it
Used to be good
This app used to work great for a some time but now ever single day I’ve had to reconnect my device. The app constantly goes offline or removes my light and I have to repair it.
Worked until it didn’t
Had a doorknob that worked fine. Then I needed to reset my fingerprints and could not use the app. I could not sign in no matter what I tried with all the AI help, online videos and websites that were offered. I’ll have to buy a whole new doorknob but it won’t be this brand.

I have my password saved, I use it, but the log in button is blacked out even if I agree with their policy. I also logged in manually, but the login button is still blacked out
Seems like a good idea
The idea of this app is great. The connectivity is WILDLY difficult to set up. There’s no instructions, I cannot connect it to my wifi since I can’t find the connect feature and the instructions are abysmal. The more I study the app, the more I think it’s just Chinese spyware.
Required Wifi/cant link
tried to link my Govee lights but unlike the Govee Home app which can pair it via bluetooth, this app requires both wifi and bluetooth for some reason…should work on cellular data same as pairing your apple earpods to listen to music when using cellular data. one isn’t always near or have wifi available so not user friendly imo

Incompetent or hostile?
Very difficult to use. Lacks basic functionality. A device that’s shared with multiple people can only be configured to give notifications to a single person.
Functions that would be built in in a civilized world are locked behind a paywall (eg notifications).
Can’t see and review all the data that’s collected. Eg can see the average hourly value for my air quality monitor, but not the peak value or the time of the peak value, even though this data is collected and transmitted from the device.

Terrible app
Confusing and hard to use. The text gets cut off so I can’t see how much is dispensed in the right bowl ever. The automatic feeder keeps saying it’s empty in the app but it’s full of food

Keep getting charged for subscription that I cancelled in December not a good app getting notified 2 AM that somebody’s at your door nobody will be there. Ridiculous times when you’re sleeping and they text you or ding your phone that that somebody’s at your door terrible app don’t waste your money.

I was forced to update the app and now I can’t change the color on my light bulb or adjust the brightness all it shows is a blank screen where it supposed to show where u can control the light bulb so now I basically got a useless light bulb now👎……I can’t even got to the help center in the app because when u click on it it opens a blank screen as well

I have a sous vide machine that uses this app. Saw it has AI slop, immediately uninstalled. No thanks. I’ll manually fiddle with temps and times.

The interface is clunky. The litter box cannot have notifications for anything unless you pay money for it. Half of the app has misspellings and there is no option to change the Date or time format. It’s time format is 24 hours only and date starts with month.
Amazon purchase of the litter box. Sold by Amazon, they say they have no way of contacting the manufacturer to fix these issues.

I bought 3 of these Nooks and neither one of them is working. I continue to get the “bottom infrared pinched” and nothing I do fixes it. I’ve tried resetting it, pulling it apart and rebuilding it and nothing. Now I’m out $300 and no automatic litters.
No longer works for the diffuser
I had the app over 2 years ago when I got the diffuser. Worked great. Now Tuya is trying to be all up in your business with trying to automate everything else in your life. But you know what they forgot about? The little diffuser they use to manage! Now I can’t use the lovely diffuser they manufactured because their smart app doesn’t even recognize it. Great paper weight I got here!

Your app was updated one day ago. As of last night, we had no problem using our Sheliki D60S Max robot vacuum now neither me nor my mother can view the map to see where the robot vacuum is located. We are literally 24 hours from returning the Sheliki D60S Max robot vacuum!

Made the mistake of buying their robot vacuum, there are no directions on the app or with the unit. The only time it worked correctly is when I finally had enough and smashed it with a hammer

Only uses 2.4 g wifi and won’t connect to standard 5 wifi . Cannot use app in Ohio with Spectrum

Don’t buy, I cannot connect all of them at once, once I did, the only thing I could do is change brightness… not turn them on or off. What a headache. Had to connect with Alexa, now it just becomes unresponsive

The lights kept failing to auto turn on/off after less than a year of use! I tried contacting support for help thru the app and NO ONE contacted me back!! It’s been over 2.5 months and NOTHING!! It’s now Christmas season and they are USELESS, which is the whole reason we bought them to begin with!

3-bowl cat feeder
This worked for the first feeding but now wants me to buy a very expensive subscription. Not worth it. I returned it. Not worth the money

This app doesn't work. I downloaded it, reinstalled it, and it still doesn’t function properly. The instructions are very unclear, and when I researched it, I found that its primary function isn’t even related to LED lights. It needs significant improvements. Additionally, the instructions for scanning a QR code are misleading, as the QR code doesn’t work. Please do better. If I could submit zero stars, I absolutely would.
