I would gladly pay a flat price for this app, but a subscription to a remote is scummy, you’re a loser, you should be ashamed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wouldn’t even let me connect to my TV, until I clicked if I was enjoying the app or not. Couldn’t tell you if I enjoyed the app, when I downloaded it 15s ago and you won’t even let users use without a subscription. Despicable hopefully you never loose that Roku remote. Terrible app don’t recommend :)

This app is a scam. They charged my account double what the subscription costs, then the app doesn’t even work what so ever. I contacted support and they ignore me.

Can’t change volume
Ok so within seconds it asks for a review, then the reason i even got the app is because no other apps let you change volume for free, and it’s stupid that i cant change it on here either, like you dont need to pay for a remote in real life monthly so i dont understand why you have to for this app, and for other apps. I’m underage and unable to get a job and i just want to turn my volume on the tv down because the buttons on my remote wont work, yet i have to pay for it?

This app came up when I searched for a remote that doesn’t require WiFi. Well almost all of the apps including this one needs WiFi for the tv and phone to connect.

Overpriced scam
Whoever’s behind this isn’t making an honest living. I was being charged 7.43/week for several months before noticing it on my bank statements. It shows up as APPLE but doesn’t appear under Subscriptions since it’s disguised as an in-app purchase. Sneaky. I had to call Apple support to track it down. I cancelled a few days ago and today it charged me again. Apple needs to take this criminal organization off of the App Store.
Terrible Scam
Do not download. I signed up for a 3 day trial due to not having my remote. This app did not work. I cancelled the same day. Two weeks later I was charged for the premium subscription which I bee signed up for. They have no way to contact them and Apple refuses to refund even though it shows that the trial was cancelled. Use something else but this app is nothing but a scam.

This app proceeds to ask for payment anytime you want to use the buttons when the Roku app official does ask for any payment and it’s free shirt in the App Store. It may look for you but once you actually try to use it you have to pay money for it I’d rather you something that’s free, then pay money for the exact same service and worse at that.
