It loaded it worked for the first few seconds that I used it and then there was no way to get it to link back up with my TV. There’s no refresh. There’s no anything.

kinda ok
well i downloaded it and you HAVE to buy the pass to get any access to the remote. so i bought the cheap version and then it stopped conntecting to my firestick after the first day completely. i checked everything to reconnect it i reset my tv my phone the firestick it’s self the remote and it just wouldn’t even show up it would just continue searching for a new device. and it won’t let me restore my purchase either.
Does not work all the time
I downloaded the app and paired paid for the yearly subscription and it only worked for a few hours. Now it doesn’t work and I don’t know how to fix it. There’s no customer service number
