Camera won’t show anything and customer support is ignoring me this is outrageous

This app is really confusing. Plus, the bird feeder camera can move around on the app. I can only do it when I get there and push it the way I want it. I don’t like to pay for subscriptions and you need to do that for the AI. For your info, this is a nine year old girl looking at birds from a camera that turned 10 a day ago. make sure you give me a like of the review

I use my cell camera only when I am away so I choose to enrole for 1 month only and auto renew turn off. Several months later I found out that I have been charged every month. There is nothing in the app that indicates when plan I am on. I emailed the help line and they did not answer how to turn off auto renew in the app but rather they remotely stop the AutoRenewal at their end. In fact when I check the app it was asking me if I want to renew even though it was already charging me for months. Scammy.

Be careful this app automatically has full access to your photos which is super weird because it doesn’t need it at all!! I would double check to make sure it’s turned off after installing u never know when a company can download and access them

Extremely bad. A camera costing over $100. Not only does it lack area monitoring, but it keeps triggering an alarm on a fire hydrant. It keeps going off. And I can't get through to customer service.

I love not replacing a battery and I can rotate it but so many tech issues and wait for tech reply and now no audio sound alert 😡

Overall the app seems to work ok, but the amount of notifications gets to be overwhelming. There needs to be something more than an overall detection schedule. There needs to be a snooze feature to pause notifications for a period of time. If I’m working in the yard, I don’t need constant notifications that I’m out there. Let me snooze for 1 hour. That way I don’t have to disable the notifications and hopefully not forget to turn them back on for when they are important.
