Horrible Customer Service
I find it hard to believe that they have 4.8 stars when every month there’s a billing issue, on their part because they don’t have subscriptions and billing that works automatically like it should, so they just turn off your cameras and you try to get a hold of customer support and you send bill receipts and circle invoicing where it shows that you have subscriptions and then all of a sudden you stop hearing from them and your camera still aren’t turned on but they have your money. This is about as true have a review because I’ve been using them for months now and it’s the exact same problem every single month.

It worked until phones were upgraded
The app always was “iffy” on how well it worked. After getting new iphones 17e, it hardly functions at all. Rarely it will give a notice of motion but mostly shows connected with no data transfer of any kind. No notice to update the app shown.

Scam
Horrible app. Subscription services for cameras do not work and there is no way to cancel once you sign up. I continue having to dispute with my credit card company. They do not answer inquiries for support.

Worst bird camera app

Horrible
You try to move the camera and the camera is usually non-responsive or gets stuck in a direction and continues moving without stopping. It is glitchy as hell. It is the worst security system I’ve ever had to work with in my life.

Not a long term item
When i initially installed them everything was great worked fine was able to fine tune adjustments no complaints . Then after some time an update here and there I needed to relink the cameras to the app that’s when everything went bad 0 of the 6 cameras I bought were able to be connected to wifi again it would not see the QR code . I tried support they say call customer service , they don’t give you the number and something they don’t express enough the little sticker on the camera don’t leave them on the camera , if they get messed up then you can join the club of the most realistic fake camera in the world because what you have is now trash .
I used different cameras different mobile devices even operating systems. Nothing . This is the exact reason people fear buying things on line from outside the US . When things go bad you can’t get help. And now I have to buy 6 more cameras to replace these . If you haven’t installed your cameras yet send them back. Better now then later

In-app prices are suddenly higher when you go to pay.
Decided to try the cloud subscription when the unadvertised trial period ran out. In my updated version of the app, every price option ends up being much higher when it’s time to make the purchase. Prices in-app are lowballed.

Too expensive
Can’t do half the stuff I can do with my out of date Arlo cameras. Like delete from my phone. The only way to anything, you have to get cloud. Sorry I don’t trust or want cloud. What a shame and a waste of money.
