I love playing the game but the recent increase from in game purchases and the price in the game to improve the players and coaches is ridiculous. It’s not like they’re building homes and the price of materials has gone up due to inflation. It’s people behind a keyboard doing the exact same amount of work as when the prices were cheaper. I get it but for something that doesn’t require materials or physical labor, it’s ridiculous

TERRIBLE GAME, i hate that i stuck around this long.

What happened?
Had this game for 4 years and played it almost every day. Had to get a new phone and no longer have the option to be a GM only a HC. Did I miss something? I can pick 5 plays as an HC with an overall 70 team and win the Super Bowl. It’s been 5 months. Where’s the fix?

If you are playing another team in their home stadium you will never win. AI has unlimited salary cap. Just horrible.
Predatory Mobile Gaming
Perfect example of a predatory mobile company that designs a game to try force you to pay large sums of money to make progress. They have even gone as far as removing one of the main premium features (salary cap control) from their newest mode. No matter what you do it doesn’t matter, you’re 94 overall team will struggle to make the playoffs every year losing to the worst teams in the league consistently. The entire game is designed to make you pay. This company is everything that’s wrong with mobile gaming.
Impossible to trade
Gonna put a few reviews but this one you can’t trade. Players on other teams have to high of a point number that’s it’s impossible to trade for. Your players never ever have that high of a number it’s so dumb
Bug
My player was in the touchdown zone and instead of giving me a touchdown it said fumble whitch isn’t realistic and then I lost the game so pls fix this glitch
Sadly just another money grab
Game play is great, but as you advance, it’s clear that this game gets weighted just to get you to spend more. Ladder mode is particularly bad in this way. Sucks when you have to pay more as you get better at a game.
Beware
Not a great game. Trades are unrealistic. A team with 5 qbs rated over 90 drafts the top qb that year in the draft. Salary cap to players salary is an outrageous rate. The only way to somewhat win is to buy the premium version.

Going Backwards
With all the updates this game has had, it was better when it was more simpler. They took away the difficulty settings. Now instead of choosing easy, medium or hard, it’s just plain hard now. You used to be able to change the cap to whatever you wanted. Can’t now. I paid for premium and I don’t even know what it gets you anymore. Players you draft don’t really go up in value like they used to too make trades. It’s almost impossible to get your team going on an uphill trajectory unless you pay money. It used to be way better when the game was more simple. This was my favorite game for years. After taking a hiatus for a year or 2, it’s all changed and now it’s over complicated and not fun.
They changed ladder mode to pay only. RIP
A daily ticket for ladder should be available. Or after you complete a season etc. I will not play until ladder isn’t a grind to get every time…..I came back to the game after not playing for a while and lost all my teams along with my purchases. Avoid at all costs!!!
Used to be good now unplayable
Your quarterback will refuse to throw the ball to open receivers and get sacked all game and your running back will end up fumbling 4 times a game. Game used to be good now it’s unplayable

This game is awful. It’s completely pay to win. If you want to spend 100 dollars on the game, it’s the game for you! Other teams can have players who are 100 OVR and be under cap. But the users team struggles to get 85 OVR players to stay under cap.DONT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME!
Trades are extremely unfair
Why is my 80 ovr 25 year old player who was not recently drafted or signed have a lower trade value than a 80 overall player that’s 31 both in the same position, that makes no sense
Gotta spend money
This game used to be good when you were actually able to gather a good team and compete for rings. Now everything is spend spend spend and it’s exhausting. I’d much rather play PGM3 Football. Where you as the GM can actually control every facet of the game without having to spend money. Plus the developer is on Reddit and implements thing his community wants.
Opponents touchdowns points are more
I was playing a game and the score was 14 to 14 , I had scored a touchdown and field goal so it was 14 to 21 with one minute left in the game and my opponent managed to get down the field in 40 seconds and scored a touchdown and the score was 24 to 21
Poor communication
I’m giving this game one star because I reached out to the support team three separate times about the same issue and no one has responded or attempted to resolve it after multiple attempts to get help with no follow up it feels like players concerns are being ignored which makes the experience frustrating and disappointing

I started a franchise and I played a game and my QB only throwed passes to people who were covered and there was a guy across the field open

I played this game at the start
I played this game at the start I really enjoyed it for years, but I went to play it again and it has lost its more crucial customization features such as salary cap and which level your team starts at. Aswell as you being able to create your own pass plays but not run plays I really wish I could go back to a older version. It just seems like the game I adored playing for years has been ruined.
New game compared to the old game
The older game was a lot easier to win a Super Bowl on. The newer game has harder team building and development and requires a lot of luck to even win past five games. I think the newer game is more paid to win.
BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION
The new version really shows how little game devs care about the fan base. Cap He’ll is persistent throughout the game, Contracts are ridiculous, Trading is impossible, and calling plays won’t matter because your QB will through the ball like Tua no matter what. this game used to be so fun but they don’t care they just want your money.

If you start a game and can’t finish it at that moment the next time you turn the game on you have a lose. Deleted after a couple of days.
Used to be so good
I used to play this game all the time as f2p and it was one of my favorite games if not my favorite so I downloaded it back after a while and tried it again and it’s just completely different and almost impossible to do anything I used to win a bunch of chips now I can’t even get a positive record. Cpu teams are way too op and our team is so nerfed especially to start I used to be able to trade a lot of the players cause our team wasn’t good but it was young and it would help during trades but now it’s just impossible to start also our staff is also horrible to start. Also trading just straight up isn’t good anymore I used to love how it was I would always build my team through there and I can’t even do that anymore also the value of our picks are horrible you can’t and just our players in general. Player progression has never really been great for users but it isn’t any better. And just the game as a whole has completely declined. When I look at the reviews I see a bunch of 5 stars but the common theme of those is the majority are from a year or two years or longer ago and the more recent reviews are the only 1 stars. That means obviously something went wrong I just hope you guys listen to the people and fix what’s needed cause this game used to be the best and it still has so much potential for f2p just like it used to be so good.

Kind of a money grab, the players are dumb and miss wide open plays 90% of the time. The developers put little time into finding ways to earn rewards and more time trying to coax money out of you. I mean to do anything within less than 5 seasons you just kind of have to spend money. Very very disappointed. Just play the program it’s a much better game
Used to be fun
I have been playing on and off over the years. Playing this game now is practically impossible as a f2p. I have used the same tactics as in the past, even new updated ones multiple times and I can never have a winning season. But the cpu can miraculously have 90+ overall players on nearly every position while somehow not going over the salary cap or in fact going over the cap, but the penalties don’t apply to them. I have asked people on the subreddit about what to do and they said don’t bother, you guys have made it impossible to progress. And I agree with them. I have done every single tactic and got squat. I’m not forking over money for the premium version just to have a slither of hope. Stop making it pay to win. If I trade my 25 year old 90 overall TE I want alllll the draft picks not just 2 and gate keep the 5 and 6th round. Also why is the max offer for that guy a 3rd round pick. Yet when I trade for a 25 year old 90 overall te the want 2 first rounders? You are making it hard for us bro. Just go back to how it was and stop making it so p2w.

I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem or if the computer has it out for me, nevertheless I hope the devs enjoy my 20 or so bucks, I probably won’t be playing this game that much anymore. It appears that other people aren’t having this problem so I’m glad that they at least get to enjoy it 🙂

Why get rid of GM mode??
GM Mode was the main reason I actually played this game. Ever releasing the head coach update GM mode is no longer available. Shocking decision If you ask me.

trade costs are ridiculous and don’t even work. took all my draft picks and didn’t give me the player. realism is fine but at least fix the game.
Not winnable without paying and even then….
You are stuck to a hard salary cap but all the other CPU teams are not so their teams are 90+ overall rated and my team after 10+ seasons is still rated last. I even paid for the game. I spent a lot of hours playing this game and never had my team ranked higher than last place. Made the playoffs once but that was because I got lucky that my QB had 99 speed rating and I ran the QB option everytime.

It’s just not as good as it used to be.
The game has changed so much over the years it used to be really fun. You could change the difficulty an the salary cap so if you wanted it to be more challenging or if you just wanted to win as much as possible it was your choice they’ve removed that and I paid for that feature mind you I don’t think any of the features I paid for are even in the game anymore. Not only do they remove the difficulty setting but it’s always starting from the bottom and I just don’t want that grind all the time you know. If this was still the game started playing in highschool I’d give it a 5 Star but it’s Transformed into this money hungry mobile game like everything else.
Time for a new Football GM game
Loved the simplicity of the original version, even 2 was decent. With 3 it seems with every update it’s just a money grab. You have to spend money to win. I get it, it’s capitalism and it’s ruined this game for me.
Ai slop + terrible
Game is genuinely buns, qb makes the worst possible throw. I.E throwing into triple coverage instead of a wide open receiver/making throws before a play can even develop properly (again throwing into triple coverage). Kicker can’t make a 25 yard field goal to save his life, trades are overly stingy, there’s a lack of negotiability with contracts for players (you can’t adjust how much they get paid).

Wish it wasn’t rigged.
I wanted to like this game and I did until it was obvious that something was suspect. If you start to do well against a good team, the game will let you get to the point of pulling off a win or tie and you will fumble almost every time. It’s also repetitive that you will be the dominate team until just before halftime especially if you’re kicking 3rd quarter. I cannot count how many times I had the lead and right before halftime the ai has a super quick final second type of score to tie the game. You kick the ball in the second half and they effortlessly score. One second you’re up by 7 and in a few quick plays are down by 7. Both o these situations are so common that you can predict when it’s gonna happen most of the time. I guess they want to make sure your team sucks just enough for you to contemplate spending money but not bad enough for you to delete the game. While I understand, it still feels dishonest to me. Just my opinion, I could be totally wrong.
It could be fun, but
The fact that I have zero control over how much time I let run off the clock when there’s less than 2 minutes left AND I KNOW I’m going to score to “win” but if I leave more than 30 seconds on the clock, the computer easily runs 4 plays in that time. Which by the way is literally not possible for me to do??? It’s incredibly infuriating how god awful clock management is in this game. Deleting and not coming back.
Fix the trade balance
Can you guys please fix the trade imbalance between the user and cpu? I have multiple 5star players with trade value of only 5,000 points or less but the cpu has 4star players worth 100,000 points at the same position. The salary cap needs work too. None guaranteed contracts are still counting as dead money in the salary cap. Please fix these things
Pay to win
I played the earlier edition of this game and enjoyed it, finding enough success to make it fun. Through its evolution the possibility of competing without spending money is gone. It’s pretty disappointing.
Pre season trades suck
This has happened twice where I’ve made a trade lost my players and draft picks and didn’t receive the player . So now I’m out of 3 draft picks and MLB and got nothing in return this has happened twice
Bad mechanics
Simulations are terrible. For example, in “hurry up” mode, 20 seconds will drop off the clock on a quick play with full timeouts at the end of a game. Makes no sense. Also they want you to spend boatloads of money in order to make your team good. Trash game tbh.
