Repeated bug upon opening app
This past week a bug started in the app. Upon opening the app, it requests my name and DOB to complete my profile. No matter how many times I input this information, it keeps asking for it and will not let me proceed into the app unless I input the info again. Needs to be fixed immediately

I’ve had this ring for over 2 years now and while i wanted it to work and enjoy it when it appears to work as intended the truth is Ive spent more time with it not working than working. Started put well but This is my 3rd replacement due to various software and hardware malfunctions. The first 2 times customer support was easy to get in touch with and find solutions. Although sometimes repetitive it eventually would get resolved. But im not sure when the process to reach a human change within the app but i have not been able to reach anyone regarding my most recent experience in about 6 weeks. Leaving me to make the decision to call it quits with the brand. 3 devices in 2 years is pretty bad. Maybe they should continue improving the product in terms of step tracking, sleep tracking and even battery life to be more reliable. I was getting on average 3 days of battery although its marketed for 5-7 Seems like every ring dies around the 7- 9 month mark.
Huge battery issues!!
I am on my third UH ring and I am having battery problems again and the ring seems to have lost its ability to track my sleep accurately. It regularly gives me wrong information or no information even when I made sure it was charged connected and synched. Also ring seems to have lost its waterproof seal - it is collecting water and this bacteria. Not a good experience.
Used to be great but not anymore
I have had this ring for about a year and a half. At first it was great! You could chat with a real person for customer support and now it’s all AI and a run around if you need help. I have waited all week for a person to get back to me regarding a battery issue with my ring and still haven’t received help. I have been through 4 or 5 replacement rings in this short time but luckily I had purchased the protection plan. I would not recommend this ring due to the battery drain issue. When everything is working it is great but the times that it is working is far too often. Super disappointing and frustrating for the price I paid.
Poor battery life
I have had this ring since March 2025. It was a gift that I was very excited for. I love most of the features and insights that this ring provides me. However, the battery life is absolutely horrible. I reached out to customer support within a week of getting this ring with concerns of the battery life. Customer support assured me the battery was working as intended. I had to charge my ring every 4 days at this point. Which is not what is advertised. Fast forward to April 2026, the battery starts lasting only 24 hours before needing charged again. If I don’t charge my ring daily, I lose insights because it cannot gather them. I reached out to customer support multiple times over a couple of weeks. I ran all of the diagnostic tests and I reset everything they asked me to. The end result was being told that I must have a defective ring and that I would need to buy a replacement. They could offer me no other help. My warranty had expired in March. My ring lasted one year before being deemed defective, 1 month outside the warranty window. It seems as if this company does not stand behind the quality of their product and I would not recommend it because of that.
Stuck in loop
Ignored customer service for over a month. Bot constantly apologizes, a senior will be in touch 48-72 hours - nada. The phone number I had from the previous issue has been disconnected-1 year, 4 rings, and now nothing. I see doors closing after they get more money. I just received my bling rings that took a month - yet can’t wear as I do t have a ring now!!

Initially loved it, one year in REGRET
I purchased the ring last Christmas and loved it as it was the first time I had a smart ring. Have its issues but support was on top of it. Had three ring replacements in the first year after the first simply could not connect no matter what support tried to do. The other two had battery draining issues where the ring would die after less than two days on the most relaxed chill mode. Finally had my fourth ring that was a replacement and it worked flawlessly for the last 6 months. Now the issue is the battery is back to only working for less than 3 days. Reached out to support but since my ring has been mine for over a year. No more replacements. Only support I received was to exchange my ring for there upgraded ring. I’m sorry but this is a waste. I regret buying this for myself and my wife and am gladly moving on to the Oura gen 5.
Dangerous battery failure, non-existent customer support, and fake warranty coverage
I am writing this to warn anyone considering purchasing an Ultrahuman Ring Air or paying extra for their "UltrahumanX" coverage.
My ring completely died and would only remain powered on while sitting physically on the charging dock. Upon closer inspection, I discovered fluid leaking from the inside of the ring, the lithium battery had structurally failed and ruptured inside the casing.
Wearing a leaking lithium battery against your skin is a massive safety and chemical hazard.
I immediately reached out to Ultrahuman support to utilize the "UltrahumanX" extended coverage I explicitly paid extra for. Instead of replacing the defective, dangerous hardware, their support team ran me around in circles with automated bots before completely ghosting me. They refuse to honor the protection plan they sell you.
Because they refused to communicate or fulfill their legal warranty obligations, I had to file a formal dispute with my credit card company to get refunded for the coverage. Do not trust this company's support or their extended warranty promises. If your hardware fails, you will be left on your own with a broken, leaking device.

Wouldn’t Recommend
I got this ring in October 2025. By December 2025, the ring had died and wouldn’t charge. I tried every trouble shooting recommendation in the app. I requested a replacement, which was an incredibly painstaking process that took at least an hour of back and forth with tech support. It took approximately two weeks to receive my replacement ring. All was well until early May 2026 when the replacement ring did the same thing-died and never came back on. I went through the same grueling process of requesting a replacement ring. This time, the replacement took even longer to get here.
The customer service is abysmal. They are not at all helpful in solving issues and showing understanding toward frustrated customers.
The features on the ring/app are nice, but the platform is in desperate need of a revamp. It’s ridiculous that to get the full benefit of the ring that you need to have your battery mode on turbo. I bought the ring for the expanded insights-I don’t want to have to charge the ring every single day just for the sake of tracking everything the ring claims to track.
Manually inputting things like naps, sunlight exposure, and caffeine consumption is a real pain. Once you manually input something, you can’t edit it.

Worse customer Service and Product
Issues from day one with the ring. It doesn’t hold a charge and loses connection. How can it measure anything with no connection. Can’t trust any data! Customer service has been horrific. I’ve opened several support tickets and all I get is someone senior will contact you in 48 hours. You only get AI bot customer service. It’s been weeks with no communication. Don’t waste your money! Buy the Oura instead. Keep your peace of mind.
App is fine, ring is not
At first I really loved this ring. It had a battery life of 6 days when I bought it. Now only 1 year later its battery life is about 1 day. IF that. I have to constantly charge it and because it dies so fast it misses metrics. Which is kinda the whole point. You’d think for a $400 ring that it would be able to keep up with its own features. If you are beta testing a software that actively ruins the hardware, then maybe don’t have that active till the bugs have been solved. There are $60 rings out there now that can do more. Which is disappointing. The app itself is fine. It’s the physical ring that needs lots of work.

Unnecessary AI added
Recently, the app added in “Jade”, an unnecessary AI system that literally reads the same information you can read yourself that cannot be turned off. No matter how you have the settings, you will still get alerts sent by “Jade” to “help decode body signals”. I get that the developers think that we’re all complete morons that need to have the information spoon fed to us, but adding this is a waste of time, phone space, battery use, fresh water, and power. Remove this unnecessary part or lose this and many other users permanently.

Buyer beware!! Go with a different ring!
Bought this ring with high hopes. Very disappointed. The rings battery dies in half the time it’s supposed to, the tracking is off in almost every category. Customer service is from India and mostly AI. You have to ask repeatedly to chat with a person and then it’s even days before they return a message. I bought the yearly subscription to get a new ring in case I needed to resize or if is was damaged and they gave me the run around and even though I paid they wouldn’t replace my ring when it stopped counting my steps and the battery was dying in less than 24 hours. It’s just been an awful experience. I’ve had it for a year and it’s been problem after problem. GO WITH A DIFFERENT RING!!!

AI slop
Ever since they added AI to this app, it’s been having a ton of issues. I’m trying to contact support about my ring battery not charging with no responses. The customer service used to be great, bring back human beings
Horrible Experience with Customer Service
I initially liked my UH Ring Air however in just 1 year after purchase, it stopped connecting with their app. I went through all the troubleshooting and reached out to customer service just to be informed they refused to do anything and that they’ll only give me $85 as a trade-in, and expected me to purchase the Ring Pro for another $400! Horrible customer service support and terrible that they refused to stand behind their own products. Save yourself, return the product if possible, and go with another brand. They lost both a loyal customer AND Marketer in this poor decision of theirs.

I do not understand how this app is ranked so highly by other users. I have had similar issues with my ring that were mentioned by other users in relation to my battery life and steps not tracking. I have not gotten any support and doing the app troubleshooting on my own every other day is an absolutely horrible customer experience. I have even emailed support about getting a new ring and sizing down and I believe the response time is inadequate. I want to delete this app and throw the ring into the ocean at this point. I can’t believe that a company could sell a $400 ring and not support it. Loved this app when it works and for me lately, that has not been the case.

I really don’t think the technology is there. The two rings I’ve had have connection issues, and you will need to wait well over an hour to talk to customer service. I wish I hadn’t purchased this ring.
Sucks ring for 1 year and 4 months
I’ve had my ring since December of 2024. It basically lost its battery after 8 months. I would follow all directions on how to charge well guess what the ring doesn’t charge well anymore if at all. I reached out to the company to get a new ring well now they don’t ship to USA because of their lawsuit. I had to fight in order to finally get a full refund which was pretty nice of them to do. I do like the app faces and how it operates but the ring itself and technology is just not ready for something like this to last in terms of battery life.

App size is very large and about every other update causes issues with CarPlay to the point where I have to close the app if I want to use my radio or hear my GPS.
Golden hour Very Annoying
Is anyone else tired of the “Golden Hour” pop up even if you are in the middle of a damn workout? Sometimes, it’ll kick me out of my workout all together. Very, very annoying.

Do not waste your money
I purchased this ring in December 2024 so I’ve only had it for a little over a year. It doesn’t hold a charge very long I feel like I charge it every other day. Then It stopped tracking completely. I did everything they told me to do, clean it, factory reset and nothing. Contacted customer support and they said they can’t do anything for me since it’s out of the one year warranty. I’m sorry but for spending over $300 I’d expect it to last longer than a year. Will be looking else where for a tracking ring.
The app use to be accurate
Clearly changes have been made to the app in the last 6 months. It’s now incredibly inaccurate and struggles to connect to my ring constantly. I think part of the issue is that the app and ring won’t connect for hours and it loses data during that time. For example, I slept at least 8 hrs and it’s telling me I slept 4.

Liars
Everyone who gives this app 5 stars because of customer service is lying. I’ve gone back and forth with customer service for days explaining the ring is broken and they keep relying with silly instructions. I was told to do a full battery drain (which takes days) I said that was so long. They said no worries! The few days is super short. Ok then don’t advertise your battery life as long. I had to go back and forth over the course of a few weeks before they finally sent me a few one. Now I’m having more troubles with my ring not charging and they say “have you tried a different cable”. The customer service is so frustrating and slow

I bought the ring in 2024 and now the battery is swelling. I asked for help and all they offered was a trade in for the new one. I spent $355 for a ring that barely lasted a year and a half. Now they can offer $80 towards the new $400 ring. The hardware should last with these prices.

I’ve had my ring just for a year and it stopped working. For 6 months I tried everything to fix it. And everything support told me to try. But it still wouldn’t connect, battery was draining after a few hours of wear, and data wasn’t saving. After trying all the things support told me to do they then said I’d need a replacement but of course my warranty had expired. Their support chat would not respond. I have tried everything to fix it, every update every reset and nothing. Very disappointed.
Disappointed by Lazy AI Integration
I used to be so impressed by Ultrahuman’s customer service/tech support. Just a couple of years ago I suggested that they integrate a Strava plug-in for example, and they immediately added it to their roadmap and shared their timeline with me that showed all of their upcoming improvements. I considered their tech support outstanding and this was my main selling point when recommending this ring over its competitors to my friends.
Now with the integration of AI at the front end of their customer service, I get incorrect information and suggestions left and right, and I find myself frustrated by very easily fixable problems in the app (e.g. you can’t have multiple smart alarms enabled at once even if they’re on different days of the week; my ring stopped recording my sleep early and I can’t edit my wake up time to be later than recorded). When I look up these problems online, I see that customers have been asking for them to be fixed for over a year.
Not to mention that I am not at all comfortable having AI integrated into an app that is tracking my health data. I don’t want this, and I wish I could at least disable it in the privacy settings.
It seems to me that the Ultrahuman team is no longer as “human” it used to be, and I’m very disappointed to see AI updates instead of fixes that customers are actually asking for.

Buggy app and worst customer support
Please stop pushing app updates with full of bugs. My Sleep report says doesn’t have enough data every day even after wearing ring 24 x 7. No data on stress, hrv, HR, nothing. This is super frustrating
4 rings in one year
The Ultrahuman Air has been great when it worked. The customer service was also great while under warranty or the first year of owning the ring. I enjoy the app and appreciate that they’re always improving it. Unfortunately, the ring itself doesn’t work like it should. In one year of ownership I’ve been through four replacement rings. I would love to try the new Pro, but after my experience with the Air only lasting a few months each I’m now being told, there’s nothing they can do about the fact that my ring won’t connect to the app. This has been the same issue with all 4 rings. I’m sad to say, but I have to move on and try another sleep tracking ring company.

Zero support
Oura customer since 2017, switched to Ultrahuman in 2024. They were great to start with and now completely ignore their customers. I’ve sent 13 emails over the last 6 months. My audience reported problems with them and now they don’t even treat their partners reasonably. Go RingConn instead.
BUY WITH CAUTION
I bought this ring back in February 2025. Since then it has stopped working on me twice. I will put it in the charger and then it will just disconnect from my phone/app and will not let me pair. Because it’s been over a year they won’t send me a new one and just said to buy the new PRO ring. I understand the warranty is done but it’s been a year and one month and this product has stopped working twice. There really is no option to fix at home either. It’s either you’re out of luck or buy a $300+ new ring. I’m very disappointed in this product and their customer service when this is clearly a technical problem with their device and give zero help to the user besides buy a new ring.
Trash product
Expensive product that’s essentially a piece of junk. Battery completely dead after 1 year of use. Conveniently only offers 1 year of warranty so they refuse to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. You have to go through a bot first and then wait to get connected to an agent who then takes forever “reviewing” the issue just to tell you they can’t help. What a scam. Get the Oura ring instead.

After the latest app update my ring won’t connect. Went through diagnostics and no luck. Accidentally started a battery drain reset and now can’t get out of it. Support not available until after reset. On my second ring because 1st one failed. Over it.

The product is only worth it for one year. I’ve had the same issue with my ring not connecting or the data not syncing multiple times in the first year i’ve owned it. I reached out to support and did all the troubleshooting steps. However they had to send me 4 replacement rings in less than a year. Right when I hit a year from purchase I began having the same issues and customer support would not send me a replacement due to me having the product for over a year. This is super upsetting because it was not anything that I was doing, the ring is just malfunctioning internally. If I would have known all of these issues would happen I would have purchased an Oura ring instead.

The product is disappointing due to poor battery performance and application performance. It’s not worth at all.
Just buy the Oura ring
Worked well for about a year then battery life dropped significantly. Will not last 12 hours now without being charged. Support was not helpful and kept insisting I update the app which never helped. Even when it is charged my sleep data is inaccurate. The ring also constantly gets stuck on the charger which is so annoying
