Horrible customer service support and terrible that they refused to stand behind their own products. Save yourself, return the product if possible, and go with another brand. They lost both a loyal customer AND Marketer in this poor decision of theirs.

Horrible After 1 year in
I do not understand how this app is ranked so highly by other users. I have had similar issues with my ring that were mentioned by other users in relation to my battery life and steps not tracking. I have not gotten any support and doing the app troubleshooting on my own every other day is an absolutely horrible customer experience. I have even emailed support about getting a new ring and sizing down and I believe the response time is inadequate. I want to delete this app and throw the ring into the ocean at this point. I can’t believe that a company could sell a $400 ring and not support it. Loved this app when it works and for me lately, that has not been the case.

Don’t buy this ring
I really don’t think the technology is there. The two rings I’ve had have connection issues, and you will need to wait well over an hour to talk to customer service. I wish I hadn’t purchased this ring.

Sucks ring for 1 year and 4 months
I’ve had my ring since December of 2024. It basically lost its battery after 8 months. I would follow all directions on how to charge well guess what the ring doesn’t charge well anymore if at all. I reached out to the company to get a new ring well now they don’t ship to USA because of their lawsuit. I had to fight in order to finally get a full refund which was pretty nice of them to do. I do like the app faces and how it operates but the ring itself and technology is just not ready for something like this to last in terms of battery life.

Very disappointed
I don’t know what to do at this point. I received my third replacement ring last week because the previous ones wouldn’t connect-and now this brand-new ring has stopped connecting after just a few days.
I’ve invested a significant amount of money into Ultrahuman and their services, and it’s becoming difficult to stay enthusiastic about the company. Each time the ring fails, the replacement process takes two to three weeks, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to keep consistent data.

Do not waste your money
I purchased this ring in December 2024 so I’ve only had it for a little over a year. It doesn’t hold a charge very long I feel like I charge it every other day. Then It stopped tracking completely. I did everything they told me to do, clean it, factory reset and nothing. Contacted customer support and they said they can’t do anything for me since it’s out of the one year warranty. I’m sorry but for spending over $300 I’d expect it to last longer than a year. Will be looking else where for a tracking ring.

The app use to be accurate
Clearly changes have been made to the app in the last 6 months. It’s now incredibly inaccurate and struggles to connect to my ring constantly. I think part of the issue is that the app and ring won’t connect for hours and it loses data during that time. For example, I slept at least 8 hrs and it’s telling me I slept 4.
It use to detect naps, workouts, etc. and doesn’t seem to have that ability anymore because of this issue.
Such a bummer for how much I paid for this ring!

Liars
Everyone who gives this app 5 stars because of customer service is lying. I’ve gone back and forth with customer service for days explaining the ring is broken and they keep relying with silly instructions. I was told to do a full battery drain (which takes days) I said that was so long. They said no worries! The few days is super short. Ok then don’t advertise your battery life as long. I had to go back and forth over the course of a few weeks before they finally sent me a few one. Now I’m having more troubles with my ring not charging and they say “have you tried a different cable”. The customer service is so frustrating and slow

Not worth it
I bought the ring in 2024 and now the battery is swelling. I asked for help and all they offered was a trade in for the new one. I spent $355 for a ring that barely lasted a year and a half. Now they can offer $80 towards the new $400 ring. The hardware should last with these prices.

So many problems with ring
I’ve had my ring just for a year and it stopped working. For 6 months I tried everything to fix it. And everything support told me to try. But it still wouldn’t connect, battery was draining after a few hours of wear, and data wasn’t saving. After trying all the things support told me to do they then said I’d need a replacement but of course my warranty had expired. Their support chat would not respond. Disappointed by Lazy AI Integration
I used to be so impressed by Ultrahuman’s customer service/tech support. Just a couple of years ago I suggested that they integrate a Strava plug-in for example, and they immediately added it to their roadmap and shared their timeline with me that showed all of their upcoming improvements. I considered their tech support outstanding and this was my main selling point when recommending this ring over its competitors to my friends.
Now with the integration of AI at the front end of their customer service, I get incorrect information and suggestions left and right, and I find myself frustrated by very easily fixable problems in the app (e.g. you can’t have multiple smart alarms enabled at once even if they’re on different days of the week; my ring stopped recording my sleep early and I can’t edit my wake up time to be later than recorded). When I look up these problems online, I see that customers have been asking for them to be fixed for over a year.
Not to mention that I am not at all comfortable having AI integrated into an app that is tracking my health data. I don’t want this, and I wish I could at least disable it in the privacy settings.
It seems to me that the Ultrahuman team is no longer as “human” it used to be, and I’m very disappointed to see AI updates instead of fixes that customers are actually asking for.

4 rings in one year
The Ultrahuman Air has been great when it worked. The customer service was also great while under warranty or the first year of owning the ring. I enjoy the app and appreciate that they’re always improving it. Unfortunately, the ring itself doesn’t work like it should. In one year of ownership I’ve been through four replacement rings. I would love to try the new Pro, but after my experience with the Air only lasting a few months each I’m now being told, there’s nothing they can do about the fact that my ring won’t connect to the app. This has been the same issue with all 4 rings. I’m sad to say, but I have to move on and try another sleep tracking ring company.

BUY WITH CAUTION
I bought this ring back in February 2025. Since then it has stopped working on me twice. I will put it in the charger and then it will just disconnect from my phone/app and will not let me pair. Because it’s been over a year they won’t send me a new one and just said to buy the new PRO ring. I understand the warranty is done but it’s been a year and one month and this product has stopped working twice. There really is no option to fix at home either. It’s either you’re out of luck or buy a $300+ new ring. I’m very disappointed in this product and their customer service when this is clearly a technical problem with their device and give zero help to the user besides buy a new ring.

Not worth the money
The product is only worth it for one year. I’ve had the same issue with my ring not connecting or the data not syncing multiple times in the first year i’ve owned it. I reached out to support and did all the troubleshooting steps. However they had to send me 4 replacement rings in less than a year. Right when I hit a year from purchase I began having the same issues and customer support would not send me a replacement due to me having the product for over a year. This is super upsetting because it was not anything that I was doing, the ring is just malfunctioning internally. If I would have known all of these issues would happen I would have purchased an Oura ring instead.

Buggy software degrades with each update
I’m so frustrated at this point, I’m about ready to just call this a loss and recycle the Ultrahuman ring. I had issues when I first bought the ring and support was very responsive and sent me a replacement which worked great for almost 1 year. Recent app update makes the support chat nearly unusable. The chat screen bounces up and down with each character you type. Support response times are much longer than they were 1 year ago, and the recent firmware update caused my ring to not function and won’t connect to the app.
I would encourage the devs to spend less energy on the virtual robot that scratches its head in the app, and more energy on improving and maintaining the quality of their product.
I’ve had about enough with this junk. Two stars because I got about a year out of it. Time to move on…
UPDATE: gave it another 6 months with a new replacement ring and I’m finally done. My advice: stay away from this junk product.

I purchased the Ultrahuman ring with high expectations, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Since buying it, I haven’t been able to use the ring for more than two consecutive months because it keeps malfunctioning. I’ve had repeated issues with the battery, the charger, and overall performance. On the surface, it appears to be a good product, but in reality, the quality is very poor.
What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. Every time there’s an issue, it takes days to get a response, and the solutions are slow and unclear. I have now been waiting for a replacement ring for a month and a half, and the only update I’ve received is that it might not ship until March.
It’s unacceptable to pay for a premium device and not be able to use it consistently, especially when the after-sales support is this ineffective.
In short: poor product quality and even worse customer service.

Buggy app
I wouldn’t really trust the metrics this ring provides. It’s ok as a rough guesstimate. For example, I’ll use my Apple Watch, the ultra ring and the sensor on a treadmill my watch and the treadmill are a couple heartbeats off and + /- 5 for distance. While my ring is either waaay low or way over.
It tracks sleep and will say I’ll get +8 hours when the reality is I’m closer to 6.
I finally wrote this review because it constantly drops my workout (as if I’d never started one).
It’s been doing this for the past … 3 or so updates. It’s really at the point that I’m not sure why I wear it.
Alright it’s been several updates since my first review.
I’ve continued to wear my ring but haven’t seen any tangible improvements.
The App does leave a bad taste in my mouth because of the 5 pages you can flip between 3 of them are ads for other products.. the other is a home page while the last is your profile but it has more ads for their other products.
There is still a problem with connectivity between my ring and the app. Almost all my workouts are lost or my sessions stop tracking. This most recent event my ring only logged 7 minutes of my full workout.
I still don’t recommend this product and I would have tried to fix my issues with your customer service but you guys use WhatsApp with a chatbot.

Don’t believe the good reviews. We are on 2nd ring which just stopped being connected. Tried other phones.. still don’t connect. They hide so much behind the app there is no really way to tell at what point it’s failing. $350 is a lot of money for something that doesn’t work well. The product needs a lot more engineering and operation transparency.
Not sure why it can’t just connect like every other Bluetooth device and not be bothered by silly things like whether WiFi is off or having to flip the ring over to try to push start a connection. Even the silly suggestion about taping to do a reset is absurd… that didn’t even work. Liked it when everything worked but it didn’t last more than 2 to 3 months. Clearly engineers not living in the real world & thinking everything works perfect like the lab.

Do not buy the Ultrahuman, buy an oura ring
chose Ultrahuman over Oura and deeply regret that decision. From early on, the ring suffered from severe battery issues and would die prematurely. Support acknowledged the problem and sent a replacement, but the replacement had the exact same battery failure.
Despite never having a consistently working product, Ultrahuman is now refusing a refund, citing the warranty period, even though the issue is a recurring defect that was never resolved. The ring is essentially unusable, and I no longer wear it because it does not work as advertised.
For a premium priced product, this level of reliability and customer support is unacceptable. I would not recommend Ultrahuman to anyone considering a smart ring.

The cycle pro is terrible
I’ve had my ring now for over a year, and somehow in all that time, it still has not figured my cycle out. The entire reason I got this ring was mainly cycle monitoring and it has just done an abysmal job. It cannot seem to get my ovulation right. Great device for tracking your health
I have been using this ring for about a year, and my overall experience with the product itself has been very positive. When I first purchased it, customer support was excellent. Unfortunately, as the company has grown, it seems that its support team has not kept pace.
Chat support can take hours, and with email support, I have been told that certain issues would be addressed, only to never receive a follow-up. In my opinion, the company has outgrown its current support resources.
The one positive I would add is that the support staff has always been very friendly whenever I have been able to reach them.
Update: so my ring stopped working and so they told asked me if I wanted to upgrade for the price difference and I told them yes and to give me the difference and I will pay…..got an email today stating thy shipped me the ring….the old version version. I guess I just have had really bad luck. By the way I also purchased a home and blood Vision. Not very happy

New interface is… ok
New interface looks good and seems better than the old one. The customer support is driving me nuts though! I’ve had many problems between my Home device and my Ring Air making the customer service chat an important part of this app. I HATE how we now have to go through so many extra hoops to get back to a chat that’s in progress, I don’t get any notifications from the chat despite getting hourly notifications that my Home device won’t connect (1 of the many problems), and every time you go into an old chat it sends messages automatically that make it seem like this is a new chat.
Notifications in general don’t show up or are extremely delayed, including getting a notification that I’ve reached my step goal hours after it was actually reached and saying my ring is now fully charged when it’s been off the charger and on my finger for 10+ minutes.

Ring Stopped working after 1 year
I purchased the ring and a year later it stopped working- battery wouldn’t hold a charge and the Bluetooth couldn’t connect. The service team warranted the ring out and sent me a new one… a year later THE SAME THING HAPPENED. I never used the new ring in or around water and was sure to take extra precaution to maintain the life of this ring.. NOPE. I contacted the service team and they said because the warranty had been expired (by 2 months) they could not do anything. I loved the ring and all of its features however both of my rings died after ONLY 1 YEAR. I felt it was a wasted investment if the rings life span was that short.

Not thrilled with this ring
Had had multiple issues with rings and generally had great customer service until I had the ring go just over a year. Ring all the sudden would not connect and battery would deplete rapidly. Reached out to support and was told there was nothing they could do because it was outside warranty. I explained I purchased the package for extra warranty and replacement and still no help. Instead they said they refunded me which doesn’t help as the ring was gifted to me after a heart attack. Now I am out a ring and the money I spent on extra warranty.

Tracks steps while driving
Do not get this ring if you plan to use it as a step tracker and you drive a vehicle. It massively overcounts steps when driving. I have brought it up with the help team and emailed them. They have offered no resolution to the problem.
