Hello Umang Customer care team.
I am unable to use the Umang app. I have generated OTP several dozen times, however the app keeps returning to the home screen. The app doesn't allow for any services to be availed. I have also tried calling on the 1800-11-5246 number as provided via Google search and on the Umang portal. However, it seems that this is an incorrect or incomplete number. Requesting the development team to please fix the login bugs and allow NRI users to take advantage of the services available via this app.

No one tested this for NRIs
By default this app assumes that all Indians live in India. No one tested it for NRIs and 1000 places where it fails. Plus everytime you login from Digilocker, it takes back to the same login screen - Prioritize Customer UX Experience and remove bugs

This is one of the worst app developed by indian govt. most of the times it gives error. None of the links are working fine and always gives error.
For example when I try to click on EPFO-> View passbook and when enter the UAN no and click on OTP. It says The service you were looking for is experiencing some issues, please try again.
Don't waste our money and stop developing useless apps.

Waste of time
Absolutely rubbish app, doesn’t update doesn’t let me login doesn’t Leme set the pin, nothing at all. Tried uninstalling and installing it back again like 30-40 times yet the same thing
Can’t login even after entering the passwords
App is dumb. Says that version is outdated even though I installed it less than a minute ago and there is no newer version available to update on the store. On the top of that, nothing happens even after setting up MPIN and logging in. Stop wasting tax payers money on these dumb apps/ apps for everything approach. Hire good engineers that can bring efficiency and reliability to the system. Fire the wasteful resources.

I have been trying to login without any success. Also, the app throws a prompt that there is a newer version of the app, and when I go to AppStore there is nothing there. I just tried logging via browser on a desktop and that works.

Unable to link in app Digi Locker
The frame in which Digi locker login opens when it asks for validity of permissions being shared, has only Deny button visible and Allow button is hidden / gets cut outside viewport and is not scrollable making it impossible to sign in on my device (iPhone 13 Pro).

Jeevan pramaan doesn’t work
When I am trying to tap for jeevan pramaan certificate it keeps asking for update via app store but doesn’t get updated and keeps going back and forth. Seems it is waste of time.
Total waste of time
Couldn’t even register to start using. It asks for mobile number and email id to send OTP, but sends OTP only for mobile number and not to email id. Completely blocking the use of the app.

Asking for update

Something is wrong something is wrong this app is totally wrong .a lot of bugs every timeIt asked for OTPor passcodeIn the last page while clicking submit it says that something is wrong .it’s not working and wasting your time. If this app is not there at least people could work on something it is also wasting time and it is not useful. This is a big shame for you
Can not register new account
Using iPhone 11 Pro, tried to create new account with mobile number and email I’d. always fails with an error ‘ unexpected error occurred…’ what a naive developer.. poor experience.

Not getting OTP on phone
Haven't been able to use the app because I couldn't register. During registration it asks for both email and phone number. Then it'll send an OTP to both phone and email. I'm getting the OTP on email but not on my phone therefore not able to register.
Unable to use any of the services
