I purchased lifetime premium last week and when I opened the app again I was unable to access the features but rather asked to repay for premium. Scam.

I got charged on June 4th for the lifetime deal and today is June 11th and it still doesn’t work and is asking for me to choose a plan smh.
The app works but…
If you use it more than once Instagram will shut your account down. Unfortunate.
Keep canceling subscription and getting charged
I did the free trial, then canceled well before it was up. Made sure to end subscription first. It said canceled. Then I get charged again.

Apps like this fool you to download and subscribe to their plan. Such as scam, ask you to put in username without signing in and excepts you to get all this data without login. Scam Scam scam, can’t believe it has that many reviews. This company paid to get high reviews.

Somehow this app squeezed $30 out of me.
Absolutely terrible, after the first 200 followers, the app states it is going to try again in one day, it’s been 2 days and I had to pay again, then another 3 days. It literally picks and chooses when it wants to work.

I paid the lifetime fee, $60, just yesterday, and it won’t let me access my full account. Unless I misunderstood, and I paid 60 dollars just to access it for one day, they need to lookup what “lifetime” means.
Zero customer service, horrible app, charged me three times
So I downloaded the app and I selected the free trial and subscribed and immediately I was charged double what the actual cost is instead of 6.99 I was charged 11.98 right off the bat. I submitted a request through the submission form because there’s no actual customer service and the worst part about it is I go onto the app and is asking me to subscribe again to keep paying over and over again to get access to something that I already paid for.

Went and got the 3 day free trial like it forced me to and then didn’t allow a way to continue unless I got the ai editor trial as well??? Then when I closed out of the app and went back it didn’t even acknowledge that I had already completed a purchase and asked for my information again. So lame
