False advertisement
This app has been logged into my instagram account for a month and has yet to remove my followers, every time I refresh it it’s says everyone I am following is following me back which is not true. I follow over 7000 people only 4000 people are following me back. Do not purchase this app.
Misguided
I downloaded this app yesterday evening in hopes to use the trial period. When I confirmed this, I was charged right away instead. I have not yet added any account to this app and would like my money back. I felt misguided and I am now frustrated because I was charged.

used to be my fav app i would tell all my friends about but now you have to pay to even view who unfollowed you? you guys ruined the app that you already get ads for so i know you get paid WITHOUT somebody buying premium. why not make it so you have to watch an ad per unfollowed person? it would be more money in your pockets rather than people just deleting the app and using the countless other methods that exist for finding who unfollowed you. super disappointed i used to love this app

I’m on free trial, the refresh doesn’t work and it doesn’t show the correct information. I know for a fact there are some people not following me and it tells me there are no people on that list. Everytime I do try to refresh there’s an ad and when it’s over the refresh is still loading. This app just doesn’t work

I’ve been using this app for about a year and it always used to be free now they’re charging all this money just to see who unfollowed now you can’t see who at all because they wanna charge money. What’s the point of this app? This was the only app I trusted now I’m uninstalling it.
Sucks they are greedy
I use to always be able to see who doesn’t follow me back and now they added that as a special feature you have to pay for! DELETING IMMEDIATELY, don’t use this app unless you rather pay $7 a week (THEFT), it’s useless if i wanted to see who I’m following I could just look on Instagram itself. NO SPECIAL BENEFITS without money!
Paying and does not work
I’ve noticed these last few days since Monday 03/30 I was paying for the weekly plan and it’s not even working. I stopped paying turned it back on and it still doesn’t work. It takes forever to load and the unfollowers are not even popping up. Time to give up on this app.

Ads every click
You can not do absolutely nothing without getting ads. Even to see who does not follow you, in order to see 10 more profiles of the entire list you need to see a minute add. If you have 1000 people not following you back, that will take you 100 ads.

No customer service help
I’ve reached out twice asking for help on cancelling my subscription with no help whatsoever. I keep getting charged weekly and have had to make dispute with my bank. Will someone please just email me back and help me get my subscription cancelled.

I was charged $87 for an annual subscription without my consent, and despite being billed, I was never given access to the subscription features I supposedly paid for.
I did not intentionally purchase this app, and the charge appeared unexpectedly. I’ve contacted customer support twice requesting assistance and a refund, and have received no response whatsoever.
Charging users without clear authorization and then failing to provide access or customer support is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Until this issue is resolved and my refund is processed, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

Half the features never work. Like tracking accounts or VIP as they call it, can’t even add a person. Trying to remove people takes forever. The worst part is, you can’t search people who don’t follow you back.
Like if they are a verified account, and I’d like to remove them from the search. Can’t. So I have to go through various methods to unfollow and not the quick one so I don’t accidentally remove one.
Also the “lost interest” doesn’t work at all and same with ghost accounts. It’s always the people who interact the most with you in both sections. It’s pretty pointless. Also, who unfollowed you never works. Which is the one feature I needed to work. It does not.
I don’t mind the refresh manually. This is good for various reason.
