Not sure why SHARP is an option if it’s not supported. Cancelled for sure and $10 is too much for a tv remote. You have no other options so don’t try and tell me there are other memberships. That would be a lie.

$520 a year for a buggy app
The app continuously disconnecting from my TV isn’t even my biggest complaint. It’s the company’s blatant scam of charging their customers $10 A WEEK for a remote control app ($520 a year). They make sure to have the default payment at $10 a week - hoping that the customer doesn’t cancel their 3 day free trial - allowing them to charge their credit card $10 EACH week.
This is not a legitimate app - it is a scam company using a cheaply made disguise so they can trick people into paying them $10 a week for a “service” that doesn’t even work. Shame on the people behind this - you know what you are doing. And shame on Apple for featuring these weekly subscription models that are designed to steal money away from customers (mostly elderly people) who do not have the skills to navigate their phone and cancel subscriptions.

Tried to charge me I don’t even have the app on my device…
No way to refund
So after my tv remote stopped working I decided to buy this for a yearly subscription. Well in order to connect it to your tv you have to press allow on the tv. Well there are no buttons on my tv and I don’t have a remote so there is no way to connect. The 1 star is because there is no way to get a refund. They tell you to contact them but when I try it says mailing services not available.

You also can’t use this app if you’ve lost your remote control. Defeats the entire purpose of having the app to begin with. You’ll need the remote to connect it to your phone. When I discovered that I went to cancel my subscription & there was no option to do so.

BUYER BEWARE
This app didn’t work and CHARGES WEEKLY!!!!!! They won’t supply a refund, and I’ve never had so much of a problem with a company they have been charging me since October with no emails, no details, and no help afterwards. I couldn’t get it to work. Terrible. Do not recommend.

This app doesn’t advertise clearly its intention and capabilities. My remote is lost. I downloaded this app in an attempt to control the tv. But you need the remote to pair tv and phone. And to make matters worse, there is no clear way of cancelling the paid subscription. How can I cancel this useless subscription?

I downloaded the app and I was hopeful. I’m pretty tech savvy, and that I know work with software. Now they’re telling me to call somebody.? I was on a free trial. I wrote to them and said cancel the free trial immediately and do not ever charge my account. Hopefully they will confirm.

This app is terrible and doesn’t work well at all I would not recommend struggling with trying to use this app and pay for it! Half the time it works, the other half it doesn’t work and more often than not it doesn’t even find the tv your trying to connect too. Horrible!

Overpriced and barley works. Got this as a substitute until I got another remote. Half the time the controls wouldn’t work. It’s supposedly compatible with my tv. 9.99/week for something that doesn’t even work. Switched to a different app that works better and is free.

I don’t have a remote yet in order to activate the use of my phone. I have to have the remote to select allow. No option for support when I try to connect it says no email available which is a joke because it’s on my iPhone with my Apple ID. Can’t cancel my subscription without losing the money and it’s only been 15 minutes. Great reviews for people who already have their remote and just want the convenience of using their phone, but our remote is lost and I would like to use my phone to control the television. Have a yearly subscription, but a waste of my money sad.
