The developers consider the most basic functions premium features and this remote doesn’t function without a payment plan. I can’t even see if it’s going to function properly with my TVs. No thanks…I’ll try to find an app where the developers aren’t so greedy.

I was supposed to get a three day trial. As soon as I signed up, they charged me $5.00 more dollars than what they advertised. No “3 day trial”. On top of that, it wouldn’t work on any tv I tried it on. Not at all.

every three seconds it’s asking me to buy a subscription to their remote!! it’s super annoying i honestly don’t want or care about “full access” to a remote app. but every four clicks it will have the ad pop up it makes it incredibly annoying to use. i don’t want to subscribe to everything.

Creepy
I don’t like that you have to review the app after you Download the app before you can even try it. It lets you connect your device but not disconnect it afterwards. And the cost to continually use it doesn’t make sense when you can just buy an actual remote for the same price and not have to continually pay. I removed the app without being able to disconnect the remote from the app bc there were no prompts to let me do it and so im left with a creepy unsafe feeling by this app.

I paid for lifetime subscription and the app just stop working! I tried everything possible, I delete and download the app again, I follow all the steps on the help instructions but nothing works!

Trying to use for free? Dont bother. Press the volume button and it always pulls up the fixed add trying to make you subscribe.
Deleted as fast as possible. This is an attempt to scam people by having them accidentally sign up for a subscription thy don’t want.

The app claims to be free but nothing, it’s all about paying. Make your misleading advertising clear

It connected then won’t let you do anything without a free trial. The second I click accept l it won’t let my tv off this weird screen. Now I’m stuck. Worst yet.

You can only move left, right, up, and down and hit enter, everything else you have to pay for which is stupid. These companies are so money hungry it’s insane. Definitely would recommend getting a roku tv instead and using the roku app, it’s NEVER asked me to pay.
