Completely useless now - Livestream is entirely blocked
There is absolutely no point in having this app anymore. We recently lost our local Univision station in the Portland area, so Univision NOW became our only alternative to watch everyday programming. Now, that alternative is gone too because the livestream is completely blocked. Every time I try to watch, I just get a "Lo sentimos" screen saying the program isn't available.
This isn't just a glitch on one device, either. I’ve tried accessing the livestream on every platform-iOS, Roku, and Android TV-and it's blocked across the board. To make matters worse, the app's support team has been completely unhelpful. I reached out to them, jumped through their hoops, and provided my device details, and app versions, only to receive absolutely no actual help or resolution.
If I can't stream the daily programming and customer support can't fix a total blackout on their end, there is zero reason to keep this app installed. Save your time and frustration.

Potential new users stay away
I pay a subscription for my mom but this company is horrible to their customers. The amount of times I've had to resign in is rediculous, but worst of all the main Univision channel isn't working now. All my devices the main channel is in unwatchable quality sound and video.its buffering yet playing in a horrible quality. BUT when it's commercial time they play just fine it's comically bad. I hate Univision but I'm not the one stuck with them it's my mother but I'm seriously about to just get her cable at this point.

Downloaded the app just to find out you cannot stream the app on Samsung tv. Also, Samsung does not have the app available to download.
Charging me for no service
I had this app for a very long time and one day stopped working. I attempted to log in and it keeps telling me that my account is not found. However I keep being charged for an account that doesn’t exist. I switched to a different appt that has no users at all! And to get these charges to stop is nearly impossible!!!!!

Bought it to watch a live sports game. Instead of it saying it’s not available to be watched in your area. It charged me the 11.99 then told me. Scam app.
Too many ads despite $11.99 price point
Since YouTube tv canceled their agreement with Univision, I had to scramble to get my mom an alternative option for her to watch live. Downloaded this app and signed up for the monthly subscription. We noticed immediately that the audio isn’t synced with the image…seems like delay. I’ve troubleshooted, internet connection is solid. Can’t figure out what the heck is going on. My other apps don’t have that issue. Commercials are excessive and annoying. If we can’t address this, we are going to cancel.

I see more ads than shows. I only have a 20-minute program, the rest is a black ad saying we’re right back for 20 min more…
Univision app is not working
La aplicacion ya no sirve como antes, antes tu podias ver programacion vieja o que no pudistes ver y ahora no puedes y por si no fuera poco la programacion en vivo siempre esta en comerciales, no recomiendo el app de univision.

I used to be able to see both live TV and catch up with older series episodes. After recent changes all that is available is live TV channel and all of the previous programming has been wiped off.
When I try to search TV series or movies those sections appear blank. I see that for a year no updates were done and this year there are going up to six and the app is less functional.
I’m considering canceling this subscription.

I had service in January then one day I was locked out when I checked to make sure I was logged in, it says I have an account. Regardless I Could not watch one thing. So I canceled that subscription that I paid through google, next I tried paying through apple on February 9th I began my 2nd subscription with Univision now . As of 2 days ago I am locked out again. Now I am still paid through march 9th but cannot watch anything and no tech support available.

Paying for Ads
My regular Univision app suddenly eliminated my watchlist and my option to stream without ads. After a week of watching the same commercial literally repeat five or six times during each episode of my shows, I finally decided to subscribe to Univision NOW. Imagine my surprise after agreeing to pay $12 a month, when the same ad started appearing! What am I paying for? Tried to find a fix but there is no customer service contact, just a few unrelated articles in the so-called help center. I’m definitely unsubscribing.
Univision and Unimas don’t work when i press on it
I was getting ready to watch univision but when i press on Unimas and Univision a error code 20106 pops up and i can’t watch it please help

I deleted the previous app, and when I reapplied it , you cant fast forward!!!! Hate this stupid app and theres no English subtitles to novelas. Very expensive app where you are mandated to see apps and not fast forward.

Be careful when updating
As of February 9, 2025, if you update the current version of Univision NOW on mobile, Google Chrome, or Apple TV, you will not be able to stream unimás. It will display as "unable to display." Current movies are not available, only the old movies.

TUDN no está en el lineup de la aplicación, entre esta aplicación y Vix se juntan para estafar a los televidentes! Lamentable

Complicated app stay away
Where to start if you want to place this account on hold good luck you’ll be charged. Cancelled my subscription & was still charged. Followed their complicated guidelines of going through their web portal since you can’t cancel from their app. Upon cancellation was then still charged.
They do not offer refunds or any type of credit. Also they do not let you delete your credit card information from the platform. Make sure you go through the live chat option to get your account canceled & save the conversation. Requested my account to be fully deleted alongside an email showing all my information has been removed from their platform. What a disaster app this has been. Ps there’s a lag time of about 3-4 minutes between regular antenna & the app. Just pay $32 for a satellite antenna n watch for free. Paying $11.99 a month for this channel is not worth it. I’d give it a zero stars but not allowed.

The add repetition is ridiculous, not only you have to put up with adds but you hear the same T-mobile add over and over. I’m done with Univision now. Not worth it!
Don’t waste your money
Ads WITH a subscription is crazy. Cant stream on TV, and ads pop up everytime you forward or rewind. Do yourself a favor and get VIX for free
