Good game but money grab
Great story and very interesting but you have to be very careful about how the energy works. They may have explained it in the beginning but I must have missed it. If this game was $20, which is ridiculous for an iPhone game, I would happily pay, but it nickel and dimes you to the point where either you spend a lot or stop playing. Update, what you’re saying is disingenuous. I can prove it by your pricing. Is your game a good? Of course it is. How quickly you burn through “energy” is absurd. To prove it, even after my original review, I purchased more energy. If it’s fair and not a money grab how do you justify $20 for only seven days of the gold pass? Updating my review. First two chapters are great but becomes tedious when you go tot he 3rd “chapter” where it’s a town. It’s nothing the biggest money grab ever. I spent decent amount and while before hand it was a good story and didn’t care, this chapter made me feel robbed. Nothing but find the objects in the pic which burn your points. Disgusting

Horrible
It used to be fun and exciting but now you can barely even play because you run out of energy and they won’t you to buy more or wait three hours just to play 2 minutes. I will be deleting this app

I absolutely love this game and I am very upset about the new update. It says that your iOS has to be a 16.0 or later to install the new update. My IPad is completely updated but it is at a 15.8 so now I can’t play the games I was in the middle of. I’ve been playing this game for months and now I can’t play at all!
All Unsolved games STOPPED Working on iOS 15.8.x
Artifex Mundi’s programers have now totally messed up these formerly great games! Absolutely NOTHING WORKS ANYMORE! THe game WILL NOT START UP ANYMORE, just a dark screen forever. When you own an older IPAD, which is capped by Apple on the iOS version below version 16 this game will NOT work! Despite the programmers promise to download a playable older version, it does not play at all, but just starts and closes itself after 2 sec. What a lie! I expect more honesty from Artifex Mundi than be cheated and being fooled around! Shame on you!
Black Screen
I used to love this game but now when I open the screen goes to black. I've tried updating & even deleting then redownloading but nothing works! Disappointing 🥹

Not enough energy
Energy gets spent way too fast. Actions don’t list his much energy they will take. Progressing through the story is so slow that you start to forget the storyline.

Needs an Update
This game used to be fun. I’ve played most of them and the bonus games that go with. Now the mouse freezes up, the game won’t close and I have to force quit just to get out of it. TWO YEARS AGO this issues was brought to your attention and still nothing has been done to correct the problem. Free or not, this games a waste of your time.

the app just stopped working today. when i open it the screen just goes black. i uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would fix it. unfortunately it didn’t ☹️

i should not have to watch ads for yall to take less of the tiny bit of energy yall give me. it’s genuinely so annoying how many of you game developers make games that are 90% ad. it’s unenjoyable and makes your game annoying genuinely if you want to make yalls game better give LESS ADS.
Bogus
The game itself is pretty fun! And interesting. However. It cost a lot of money. The energy you have to use for the game there’s no way to really earn it other than to buy it. I wish I could be reimbursed for some of it.
My game won’t load
I love this game but when I wanna play this certain game and I go back to it the next day, it says I did nothing even tho and I already halfway down with it so I restarts the whole game and I have to start playing from the beginning. Recently I’ve been wanting to play but when I press play it’s just a black screen and I do anything about it.
Runs out of energy too quick
This game is decent, but they need to give you more energy per play. You run out so quickly, that it makes it not worth it to play. I guess they want you to spend money to get energy, but I wouldn’t even pay for such a short amount of energy gain. I don’t have the patience to put up with a game like this. Will be deleted. I gave it two stars, because it’s very creative.

Pros:
- Interesting and fun, makes you wanna play every story
- Addictive, I wanna play for hours at a time(more on this later)
- Makes you actually think hard, not an easy game by any means
Cons:
- Not playable for free, unless you wanna wait hours and everything to recharge
- Hints are basically useless. Since the stories have no direction, you could be finding clues on one side of the map, use your hints and be led to the other side of the map. Yes, hints point you in directions rather than show you where you need to be/what you need to do. (Say you are in room A and it splits off to hall B and hall C, you use a hint and it tells you to go down hall C. Hall C then has five more rooms which also have two halls to pick from.)
- You have “energy” which takes hours to fill up but seconds to drain and it’s EXTREMELY annoying
- You are asked to watch an ad or buy something every time you press on something
- Interesting and fun, makes you wanna play every story

Mouse won’t move.
So I’m really liking this app except for the fact that I’m on the 1st search and the mouse won’t move.
