Worst Options Data
I wanted to try this software because certain people on Twitter make a big deal about it.
The software is very glitchy, is missing a lot of information that does show in other subscriptions, it has way too much information, making it so complicated to just focus on option flow.
It is the worst options data. Ridiculous and sad subscription I ever had to use in my life. No wonder they don’t accept refunds. They should be reported.

New UI update
Whomever thought of the new UI update, i just want to say you should find a new career. You made everything all “pretty” but functional wise it is more useless than ever before. Please before you make changes such as these, find someone with half a brain and ask them for a second opinion. I cannot stress how angry i am with the useless mobile and ipad apps now, let me try on pc. Hopefully your “talented devs” havent touched it yet and made it something much worse

the company is immature I saw post from Unsual_Whales about how other news channels are using their data! bashing them for it? confusing behaviour! Team members bash and try to silence anyone they disagree with! making clients scared to voice their opinion’s it’s apparent they lack leadership but what company doesn’t in our modern day!
Utterly unusable
I’m a paid subscriber to unusual whales, but I typically use the web app, which is great. The mobile app needs to be removed or completely redone. Extremely clunky and formatted differently than the web app. My main complaint is that i get logged out every time I go to a new page, ie…..login, lookup a symbol, get data, then if you navigate away from this page it will require you to log in again, can’t even search another symbol. If you’re in a pinch away from your computer and think you’ll be able to track flow from this app, just forget it.
Creator has no interest in you
The creator is obviously just as scummy and greedy as the manipulators on wall street. If he truly cared about the individual retail investor he would not make an app with a paywall. Waste of time, misleading information (unknown source). Trust me he retweets the winners only and never shows the losers. Also he keeps retweeting women with his merch. Weirdo.
Buyer beware
Creator is a really good marketer and constantly touts the wins but there are many alerts that come through that are losers. Creator takes credit for wins but is simply a middleman of information. Look elsewhere.
Valid users from website (free) can’t sign-in to App
A user signs up for an account, the free level. They see there is an app and downloads it. And then tries their user credentials from the app developers website. Nope only says wrong email or pass even though I have verified what I am using. If it’s for “paid only” please state that. Don’t just piss the new user off with an apparent broken login process. Thanks

Mobile alerts not working
The mobile alerts does NOT work properly. Reinstalled 4x and nothing. Few customs alerts come through from the web app that I have set up. Please fix!
Incorrect data
It lists the 52 week high for Nvidia as $195 on both the mobile app and the website. Nvidia stock has never reached this price. If it can’t get the basic bare bones data correct, why am I supposed to trust the more advance gamma exposure and volatility charts?
Otherwise, I like the interface and a lot of the features but I find it very off-putting that I noticed this one day after signing up for the app.

Continuous app crash on launch
the app crashes on launch .. this is a major defect that has to be addressed at the earliest

Also on their iOS display alerts - once they are clicked on - the headline of the information goes away. Ex -“AAPL 165c 11/4/2022 500K” you click on that alert and then the page that comes up shows everything but exactly what the whole alert was about. (?)
They’ve got some work to do on this thing but I’m confident once they put focus on it - it will be really useful. Right now they are just checking the box so that they can say they have an app on the App Store.

Nice idea but not very practical
Top plays need to be curated better. 100 notifications a day is not feasible or super useful, especially if you’re not full-time. Notifications also periodically just stop despite my iPhone settings having them on.
Not what I was expecting
My experience with the premium service wasn’t what I was expecting.
