This website was s horrible. Does not provide information, options and accurate location. I can’t get a payment processed or get my package held at a location. And why do I need to pay to have my package held at a location? Sad to say but FEDEX is better at this part
Sucks
My deliveries almost always say 11:30-2:30. After several trips to my street, the two streets on either side, above and below for some reason my delivery usually changes to by 9pm. You would think that all the deliveries on one street would be made together. It’s irritating. Don’t even give me a window.

The driver never read the address on the package and delivered to a different address. People aren’t home and there are dogs in the yard. How is a person suppose to get their package from the wrong address when no one is in town and it’s over 90 degrees outside. I’m so angry
False Delivery Attempt
Your driver marked my package as “attempted delivery” at a UPS Store during normal business hours, claiming the location was closed or inaccessible. That makes no sense considering this is literally a UPS-owned drop-off location that was open at the time. No valid delivery attempt was made, and this needs to be documented as a false scan and escalated to the local supervisor immediately.

I have been waiting for my package from UPS since early this morning. The delivery driver stated he tried to deliver my package and no one was there. That was a lie. He didn’t even get out the truck. I gave specific instructions about delivering my package. Someone was there and now I have to wait another day for my package. That driver needs to be fired. If I could give a negative one for this drivers review I would.

My order stayed in myma, TN there were no updates for 4 days until it was delivered today. Now all of a sudden I get all the updates. Poor tracking, very sloppy! Less than disappointed!

I signed up for my choice thinking it would be helpful to receive packages when I’m not at.home. It’s not. My UPS has decided that all my packages go to a variety of ups stores. It’s money wasted and then you can’t call or find a representative that can tell you why your packages aren’t being delivered to your address.

It has been five months, and my items still haven't arrived. I have tried every possible method-including making phone calls and changing the shipping method-but absolutely nothing has worked.
Holding my package over a signature
I’ve tried to digitally sign for a package multiple times that was expected 3 days ago. I work throughout the day and cannot be home to give a signature.
I tried calling customer service and expressing this with little to no solution other than wait.
The app made it appear as though I could pay to pick up my package the next day at an access point nearby. Seemed perfect for me except having to pay to get MY STUFF.
I requested one and scheduled it for the next day from 9am to 5pm only to be told that it typically arrives the day after when I showed up.
Very frustrated with UPS at the moment. My package is of high importance to my musical career and was a big chuck of my allowance. After recently losing my pet of 15 years this last week, I’ve been greatly looking forward to this new gear I spent most my money on.
It is extremely upsetting to have it held hostage by UPS because I “need” to physically see the driver and sign. Even though I’ve called and used the app to no avail to authorize its drop off.
I absolutely will not be using UPS in the future for anything I need delivered if I can opt out. I have never ever had such a huge issue simply getting something that rightfully belongs to me from a carrier.

UPS is bad
Get a shipment coming at between 1045 and 230. Next thing I know it’s changed from 3:30 to 7:30. This happens every time time to switch to FedEx.
Package Change Instructions are not to be desired
I really am irritated that there is no update on status and better I cannot go in and look for the change instructions description anywhere. Why I have to pay for it to begin with makes me more irritated. My package should have a status of out for delivery and it does not. This goes back to previous mentions items because I wanted to see what i inputted into the system. I have even signed a release but I see no details accept that it was signed. If you are doing this by e-mail that makes matters worse because I cannot access e-mail at work. You need to really work on this app and that is another thing. I downloaded app to get better statuses but it is no different than me going to web sight. But back to the real irritation is me having to pay because I did not know I needed to be there to sign for it. That is the real rub. Once I get my packages I will delete this piece of junk of an app and make sure that from now on I use either FED EX or USPS. I get tired of all this nonsense.
My experience with ups
So far it has been incredibly buggy to use the app. And will mostly send me to the website to do anything. Outside of that customer service uses a really terrible ai system that makes it more difficult to solve things a human could. I’ve had a very hard time using ups as a service this week and past times.

Verification code fails
I kept putting the verification code that I received on my email to verify my account and it kept saying it was wrong again and again, now it doesn’t allow me to sign in because I couldn’t verify and it keeps telling me that my email is already registered so basically a loop hole that can’t fix the problem. Now I’m restricted for 24 hours for trying to log into my own account. I’m not an old person and I am pretty good with technology so it’s definitely a website/app issue.

2+2 isn’t 5
We’ve been getting shipments at our home for our home business for 3 years. Several things out for delivery today while it’s pouring down.
All of a sudden our packages are listed as undeliverable because of a bad address.
UPS Rep told us that not only did only did one of the companies we buy from weekly completely leave our address off of the packages, but the totally different other company we order from on a weekly basis did too!
The first time in 3 years & BOTH companies forgot to put our address on the boxes…..that’s bad luck I guess!

I’ve been having issues for sometime, trying to log into my account and every time it gives an error. Have changed my password multiple times, my email and user name are correct and been verified. I receive notifications but can’t see them since I’m unable to login.
Delivery sucks

UPS has fallen off a cliff and continues to amaze with new ways to disappoint whenever I’m forced to do business with them. Save yourself the headache and avoid doing business either them.
Lost my package/no communication
Tracking my package from Texas to Ohio. The package arrived in Ohio almost a week ago (supposedly) and has become a ghost. Opened a claim and haven’t heard a thing. UPS owes the sender a refund.
Tracker not Accurate
Waited through the window time and they never came. We even talked to the driver who was helpful and called the driver who was scheduled to deliver in our neighbourhood. Get rid of the tracker if it’s not accurate.

My 24 hour next day delivery did not happen and just received it today (48 hours) these are LIVE BEES a queen and 3 to 4 worker bees to feed her.

Changed delivery date w/o asking
I got on to electrically sign of package and when I did changed delivery date to next day when it’s in the truck to be delivered today. I need the package today. It’s a very bad situation. Terrible app
