Always Late
I can’t remember a package that came on time. Delays 1 to 2 delays. The delivery window changes from something like 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm to Arrives by 9 pm. Real mess when you need to sign. With delivery data you think they could do better. The best I could get was you are the 23rd delivery. They map the route, a better window should be easy.
Worst app ever
Never lets you log in I even paid the full year for the upgrade to change a shipping address when there was a big fire and the area was locked down- but it couldn’t find the account never got my money back - there’s no human to help - and they barely help when they pick up - I saw packages left on the porches of totally burned down houses - thanks ups
The stores are awsome their employees and drivers are amazing - I just wish they would fix their app and online customer service - its the worst with all the money they get since usps got all messed up when they closed so many offices they should invest in making their site smoother to operate

Loosing thousands of $$$
Driver shows up not to deliver our packages for delivery at 10602 Satellite Blvd. Orlando, FL 32837. Our business it’s loosing thousand in two days of not delivering our order. Never a problem with FedEx, only this driver that you guys insist on keeping on your roster. He does this so his relief gets in trouble. He shows up within the geofence just he can have proof that he showed up. One of the supervisors confronted him today and he just drove off.

so, in the past, I used to be able to choose to have UPS drop off my package at my local CVS store. Because I work like most people and I know UPS doesn’t typically leave things if nobody’s home. Yesterday, I had a delivery scheduled and for the first time when I went to change the delivery location to CVS they wanted to charge me $5.99!! absolutely Ludacris! So I figured that the driver wouldn’t leave my package because nobody was available to receive it. Apparently now they just leave it on your doorstep and by the time I got home, my package was stolen. Thank you, UPS! You now officially suck!

One day delay
I paid a pretty high price to get this package shipped to me overnight, only to find that it’s been delayed by a day with no explanation. I get that things happen but this was a little disappointing.

I had an item delivered to me which requires a signature. Although there was no notification to my app or contact through phone when the attempt was made. UPS made me wait from 5 hours just to not deliver my item. When contact customer service no options were available but wait another day which possible takes a half of the day to get delivered.
Incompetent
Been waiting on an overnight package since Thursday, it is Tuesday. The driver insist there’s no unit number, but there is no unit number if they would just deliver it to the address that is written I would have my package. I’m beyond upset with this company. I will never use them again! Customer support has done nothing but lie the several times I talked to them or they are completely incompetent!

Unable to follow UPS delivery driver
Delivery attempted?
I was told that the delivery was attempted but I am literally sitting here in the front of my house inside of the garage. I figured I’d organize a bit while I am waiting. There was no delivery, no attempt, no nothing and now I have to do it all again tomorrow (which means taking another day off of work as I have to sign for it). Awful
We’re not even open!
Our business don’t open until 10 and packages are being delivered before we even open.

Am I Missing Something?
I must be since the only “tracking” that’s available to me is their vague “Will be delivered by 9PM today” text. However, all of the other users report an accurate delivery status.
I’m not sure if UPS just expects everyone to be unemployed but a delivery window between 10AM - 9PM is pretty damn egregious by today’s standards. You’re telling me I have to wait by my front door for 11 hours just to avoid missing a 3 minute delivery? I’ve already missed the delivery two times because I had to step out for a few minutes. Does that sound fair to anyone? Finally decided to have the package delivered on my day off but because the window is THE ENTIRE DAY, it will ruin my day off. I really wish the vendor would use FedEx instead. Spending my entire day listening to a knock is a colossal waste of time.

Delivery
It seems like it doesn’t matter where you tell them to put it. They put it all the way at the end of the driveway in the mailbox when they were told to bring it to the door.

Went to ups store and paid to send package to niece on 6/8/26 still not delivered.Several phone calls and several bs stories. Like business closed will try tomorrow, it’s an apartment. Called again this morning and told it will be delivered today 6/22/26 eight o’clock at night talked to niece still not there.Every time I try to log into app I get sorry problems try later.
Incompetent Drivers
Driver can’t find your address and returns your package back to sender. Very incompetent drivers and their customer service sucks as you can’t call them. It’s happened several times. So now I let everyone know to use USPS at least you will get your package and have a customer service number to call if you have a problem.

UPS is not responsible
Instead of delivering the package to my house on the day I was told it was to arrive, UPS handed my $600 package off to the Elizabeth Post Office, which they wrote me is a “trusted delivery partner”. Yeah, right! Now it is supposed to arrive a day later.

No significant help option
Generally, this has been a good service. I enjoy the discounted rates. However, at the moment, I have two packages that should’ve been delivered on Saturday. They have not arrived at my customers house yet. It’s 330 and early this morning it said it was out for delivery but has not been delivered yet. That’s just the one package. The other one, going to the same place, is still listed as “in transit”. There is no significant help option on the app, so that’s really not very helpful at all.
Missed package
They received my package on 04/08/2026 and never released from their location on Hodgkins Illinois, when I checked with them about my package they didn’t have answers, more than 2 months and it shows that my package still there. What’s next? They’re not answering even to the person who sent my package, do that means I lost my money/merchandize ?
You can’t track your package.
UPS keeps getting worse and worse and worse. I was supposed to have a delivery on Wednesday and then I got kicked on Thursday and then I got kicked Friday. UPS doesn’t deliver anything on Saturdays and Sundays cause those two days are just why would we I was supposed to have my medication delivered today by 10 AM now it’s noon and it still says that it’s in transit who knows UPS you are the worst you keep getting worse and worse. I wish I had a choice.

Hides important details
Poor design. UPS should simplify the app to show the full tracking details up front rather than a useless summary that you have to click through first. Additionally, Options related to the My Choice Premium are buried or missing and should be made more prominent.
Can’t change delivery
Trying to log in and change my delivery but it keeps sending me a verification code to a phone number that isn’t mine.

Seems like the shipping updates only show where it package is and where it’s coming from, with some sort of name of the company selling it. 95% of the time I have no clue what the package is until I open it, no clue what I’m tracking till it gets here.

Promised Delivery Date - Epic Fail!
Very disappointed in UPS. Shipped a Fathers Day gift from UPS Oakland Montclair Village in CA on 6/18/26 with a promised Delivery date of 6/20/26, 2 Day Air with guarantee arrival before Fathers Day. 6/21 the gift is stuck in Louisville KY with no expected delivery date on tracking site. Spent more for shipping than cost of gift. It was worth cost to get it there in time. So disappointed in UPS. I would have had better luck with the US Postal Service. Lesson Learned. Wonder what the chances of a refund will be??

Can’t save tracking info from Amazon
I had to return something from Amazon. I printed out the label and scanned it with the UPS app. There’s no way to then save this tracking number into the app to track. You would think that there would be a feature to “Save this tracking number” option, but there is not.
