I’ve tried several times to contact the main office in Illinois about missing mail and mail outside the box and other people mail inside the box but mine outside the box the person who actually lives there. They have done nothing to fix it but lie.

This does not render properly. Looks like this is designed for iPhone 4 and has never been updated. No iPad version? Way too many logins and revalidations. Looks like it was written by incompetent consultants instead of professional developers..
Not necessarily to use apps
Better to track is different universal apps, to use service with account use web browser instead. NO different, the apps not help to control account inside the apps, the services doesn’t stick with account.

Packages never show up says it’s at a parcel
Packages never around says it’s delivered to a parcel locker we don’t have a parcel locker call usps and they tell u they will call u 3-5 days
Happened 4 times in 3 months always bigger packages my wife sells clothes on line we now have it delivered to a mail post office service they close at 7 twice they say delivered at 708 pm to a parcel , what parcel doesn’t excise , the drivers must be stealing them , usps used to be reliable it’s happening a lot they have tracking numbers and it says delivered to parcel. Please fix this

USPS has gotten SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE over the last year.
I have had problems with every package I have ordered through them without fail for the last year. When you go in to a location you get treated like you have no idea what you are talking about along with a ton of attitude. And I have been to multiple locations. I would not use them unless you absolutely have to. If I order something online now I email them ahead of time and offer to pay any difference it would be to avoid using USPS. I wish I could give it zero stars.
Delivery Post Master
I keep getting mail for people in my neighborhood and when I tried to return it to the Post Office it gets delivered to me again. Now I try to take mail to the correct address. Please get the mail delivered correctly!

Informed Delivery
Shows you the mail you’re supposed to receive but the mail carrier doesn’t deliver it that day you should receive it or at all. Cannot even say you didn’t receive it anymore.
Tracking app bad
I have been trying to use the tracking app on the USPS Mobile app and it’s constantly broken. It’s been broken for months. I don’t know why they don’t fix it maybe it has something to do with the Trump administration.
Doesn't function well
Horrible... Roboform fills the form out then the form appears to try to connect but does not. Happening on my ipad and android phone.This is unacceptable... I cleared both caches and still awful.

Failure to deliver
We use Informed Delivery and the mail forwarding service. However, USPS repeatedly fails to forward First Class mail even though it is scanned into the Informed Delivery system. Unreliable and no way to contact them to report failures or complaints.

Keep us logged in.
Should not have to sign in multiple times a day. Create an app that keeps you logged in for informed delivery and maybe the multi factor authentication might be worth it.

I see your advertising on TV about carrying more packages and being a delivery service for Amazon. Why aren’t you required to follow the same instructions at the Amazon Drivers are on our account with Amazon?
Hold trouble
I attempted to put a hold on my mail when I went out of town and was unable to get the app to work. It verified I could get a hold but wouldn’t provide a code to complete my request. Also attempted to do the hold on my computer and that didn’t work.
