I pay for this product, and I don't understand why they show ADD while. I am using it
Now they block my storage card inside the camera, and they want me to pay for the cloud service. Well, what we expected from the Chinese company, I don't recommend this product at all.

This is awful very disappointed!!! Not worth anything that it says it does … total fake . All it is is.. is a toy for a kid for a few minutes and then they will put it down !!! Very disappointed!!!

The app does not function very well. As has been said, you get a bunch of ads. Then it is difficult to get rid of the ads and go back to a video. I often have to just close everything and reopen it when I get an ad. The push functions will not work. The follow functions will not work. currently the playback function is not working correctly. It may or may not playback a video and you cannot fast forward or go back on it. If you insist try this and other apps before you mount your security cameras. I will have to now take mine down to be able to install them on a different app.

The app is terrible I click on it and it goes to a blank screen with the logo at the bottom

Do not buy the camera or get the app!!! I tried for days to get an account setup with zero luck. I’m stationed overseas and I just wanted to see my dogs and play with my family. I’m so sad.

I spent a lot of money that I now have to sit here through Ad after Ad after Ad after Ad before I can even open the freakin app to view my cameras I wish the company would fix the App to have NO ads so that I can spend my time viewing my security. If the company refuses to fix this problem Apple App Store should remove the app and make it unavailable to spare people from the agony of Ad after Ad after Ad!!

Good luck. The APP support is only in Chinese. The camera doesn’t connect to the internet if it’s outside and your modem is inside. And I’m using 2.4ghz. Jeez! I would not buy this item again.

Worst app , buy 2 cameras, whenever i open app it takes 2-3 minutes just to reach to the camera and i can't even see playback .. it never plays..pls don't buy this product and never install this app

The app needs to be removed from the App Store it is spyware.

This is dumpster material..throw it now before you have monthly unknown expenses that you did not bargain for. Bad choice..I cut my loss.

I just through the camera in the garbage just because of the app. Camera button wont make call to phone. App has so much ad it dangerous if you have to make a quick call or to see whats going on while driving. It does not work stay away from this app or any product thats related to this app.

Even with paying subscription you can’t get rid of the annoying ads that keep popping up and redirecting you to download strange apps. Stupid and buggy spam app!

Nobody who has paid for a security camera should have to wait 2 minutes trying to get away from ads that do not close. Irregardless of whether they are paying for a subscription. Keep getting rid of my reviews also. Your practices are subhuman. Ads at the bottom of a screen are fine. Ads that keep you from assessing the status of your house is unacceptable.

This software is absolutely horrible and if you are smart you will not install it on your device!!! The software, that you should own when you buy the camera, is just one ad after another. Anytime you try to do anything in the app, you fight through ads. I also paid for the Cloud subscription because I had unknown animals setting off my camera that were damaging my property. The only videos that save to the cloud are the ones I have manually saved, not the ones going off when I can’t be around to tend to the camera, some “security camera”!!! The whole idea is to save my videos to the cloud and then I can sort through them to see if any are worthy of me keeping. Also, I can’t figure out what keeps setting off the motion sensor as it goes off every few minutes, and you guessed it doesn’t save a video! I have the motion sensor set to only go off on human shape, and the least sensitive setting, but it still goes off constantly so you guessed it, I constantly ignore it. The camera doesn’t “follow” when set to follow mode, I can’t move the camera like I am supposed to be able to move it, the cameras are of poor quality and resolution is very poor! This is being returned, after waiting for a month for it to come over from China in the first place!!!

What a piece of junk, you can’t even save any recordings if you’re using an SD card! It never records anything it gives you all these alarms, but there’s no video of any alarm how worthless!

Very bad surveillance equipment, and it keeps dropping. The picture quality is also poor. You don't even have a customer service. It's rubbish.

you need to watch hundreds advertising to open the camera and watch. many times i emailed them to remove this advertising but no reply
