SCAM!
I just got the app hoping to get some help on stocks to choose and chose their “free” 14 day trial and then it’s $19 a month. They charged me instantly for the $20?!?!? I’ve never seen any other company do this when you get a free trial??? I wouldn’t have paid for it blindly withought testing the app first. Do not pay for any upgrades on this app
I FEEL ROBBED OF $50 WITH NO RECOURSE
I somehow ended up with the most premium $49.99/month subscription, when it was never my intention, and I've never used the app, and Apple say, "Tough Luck" not eligible for a refund. "Decision Final" The app may be very good, but it's not for me right now, and I can't afford it, and I haven't used it. So watch out!!!
Like the concept
I like the concept, but it has accessibility problems, so if you’re apart of the blind community, don’t waste your time or money

Charges for features that you get free elsewhere. Their live videos on YouTube provide useless information.
Popups everywhere
Trying to get familiar with app but it is full with so many popups.

Subscribed but no stock picks
I subscribed and the app showed a msg that I am all done and the subscription showed correctly on my Apple account, but no stock picks were generated .. it showed me that I need to subscribe to use the option !!

Waste!
Is seems that the service/app is an absolute scam. Glad I only did the trial - which in itself was untrue… the offer was free for a month (I think) and then $4.99… I was charged $4.99 right away… also, anything you click on, you have to upgrade - I really do not understand what’s the point of the first level entry… very disappointing
Bad at valuing stocks
On 03/20/2023 it said amazon stock is valued at $12 and is over valued by $86.... along with many other stocks. I think the data is not right at all

You pay $25 basically to even get in the app and then if you want notifications when to buy or sale you have to pay another $50 and then if you want notifications on when to buy options you have to pay another $50 it’s nothing but a money maker do not waste your time or money downloading this app

The free service is much better than this one, I installed this one to try it this one says it’s free but then I don’t know how they upgrade and start charging $70 a month I find out after 3 months. Make sure you delete the up after you figure out this is just a waste of time.
Chart is not accurate
Me and some of my friends have been using it for a long time .The mobile version chart is not accurate some of the stock,i used to like it until I found out the chart is not accurate and this is a stock market ,the chart is very important and we paid membership fee every month for what ? If they don’t fixed the problem We will cancel our membership very soon.
Not ADA Compliant
The one star ratings is for the app alone, and not for the vectorvest service. The service is good, but the app has some issues. I reported to vectorvest support way back in 2018 that the font size of the Friday views newsletter are too tiny for me to read, even with reading glasses. This issue has not been fixed so far. This is a failure per ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guidelines. Please fix this issue asap. What I am asking for is the ability to increase font size. Thank you.
Poor customer service.
I write a detailed email to get something resolved and the customer service representative completely evades my issue and did not resolve my issue at all. That kind of customer service doesn’t keep customers it makes them get refunds and write poor reviews.

I’ve been subscribed for a couple months now and literally almost every stock they recommended I would end up losing money and if I won’t lose money it’s just a little increase and I chose so many different stocks if your looking for something that would bring your portfolio up I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP to help with your decision making.
Do not give them your credit card!

Educate yourself is the only real way
Just teach yourself how to become a trader. Use the money instead to buy stuff to educate yourself. This may work for some people. I would highly not recommend to anyone. I’m not here to trash anything. The site has a lot of work put into it. There are a lot of great things they offer. I just think the algorithm they use and there core stock picking beliefs may just be a bit off from the reality of how the market works.
Scammers
do not subscribe because they are cheaters, they force you to keep paying and there is no way to cancel, I have been trying for almost two years and I have paid a fortune, they are scammers.

SCAMMER ALERT, BEWARE !!! They make you type in your address info and your info and then dont let you sign up and freeze, you just cannot use the app at all because they would not let you in so you have to delete the app, then later email you without your permission to advertise their classes and to join their group for a flat fee . Scammer trying to steal information and advitising, never trust a group who trying to ask you to join their group, it will always be pump and dump scam. Do your DD!
App crash
App has to be secure. It has data breach recently and I lost an important opportunity in this market crash when they could not provide market sentiment score. Very disappointed.

I paid for the 19.99 a month service which apparently Apple has conveyed to them so they can’t do anything and will not except tell you to call Apple ... but best believe they got their money and I’m starting to believe Apple will never get my business again after this contract is up .... but yea I’d like paying for services you don’t receive go right ahead
Not work after update
I have subscribed the app through apple store, somehow after the recent update, it says my account doesn’t have subscription. I emailed the support team, no response so far.

It’s a scam and I have been keep asking to unsubscribe me. Emailed multiple times, I called and they don’t stop charging my App ID. I used the App ID to stop there is not any option to stop this cancerous app.
I talked to Sales Office of this app a very mean guy told me we can’t do anything because you purchased it through the App Store.
Now App ID dose not have any option to stop this . I am getting charged $19.99 a month for the premium but it’s unused at all and the information on the stock market were not accurate but yet useless.

Subscribed to the $20/month plan, they took it out of my account and the app still doesn't let me see anything. Could have just thrown a $20 bill out of the window.

Disastrous results
Tried this app twice, a year apart and the vectorvest data is beyond useless. It has hurt me really bad

No Crystal Ball!
I did great on my own without this company. Lost all my gains using it. The losers according to VectorVest were actually gainers! Do the research. Plenty of resources for free. Like people, it takes some time to get to know them and their ups n downs!
Beware
I lost money on literally everything I bought that this app suggested to buy. Maybe it is useful for day trades but these picks are so wrong. I use this app now to do the opposite of what it says. That actually yields a profit! Total garbage app.
Scam alert
Allegedly received 7 free days to try this app. Once I downloaded, there is nothing available without subscription. I received nothing, not even 5 minutes to review the app. 100% fraud. Don’t know if app works well or not, can’t access anything without subscription.
Worst service!!
They will not cancel the account even if you want to and it’s not easy, they have charging my credit account for the past 3 months ($137/Month) though I have cancelled it before my trial period ends, I called customer care and they said that you have cancelled via the mobile app but not desktop app which does not make sense, why I have to cancel it on both the apps (mobile and web)??? also their guidelines and alerts about the stocks are useless, this is absolutely not a good company to rely on, stay away from it!!

Lack of information and no one to contact.
I wanted to give this a try but after waiting almost a week to get more information, no one seems to be available to get more info from regarding the product.
Used to be a value…
I used to be all in on this product but they have raised prices and not added any new features that help me. What was once a value at $5 is not in my investing budget at $20. It was good while it lasted.

Seems like a good app but shouldn’t be charging me anything when I never purchased anything and only downloaded the app.
It’s pretty but that’s about it
The app is actually well done with a great UI and good stability for its function but that’s about where the good stuff ends. They treat you like a beginner even if you have experience. Some of their analysis is spot on but others, not so much. The biggest problem is sorting through all the junk to find good recommendations. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to their algorithm.
Then they flood you with notification spam for things like Stock Market 101 course and try to sell you on other courses they have. Plus I got about 10 other companies all spamming me as soon as I signed up. It’s like they sold my email and phone number the second I signed up. I know it was them b/c I used a unique iCloud number to protect my real email address and I’m glad I did. Thankfully I used a burner number also.
Overall, not what I was hoping for. Has a real scammy feel to it.
