Drivers never arrive
App repeatedly claimed the driver had arrived, but he never arrived. Map also does not update in real time.
Problems with tipping
App works well enough for booking a taxi. However, any problems with connectivity while trying to tip make it impossible to tip the driver. Surely it wouldn’t be difficult to allow users to go to past bookings and add a tip!!
No UK mobile, no service
Will not send the code to my US cell, so now I cannot use Panther taxis. Guess they want to force us to use Uber?
App crashes on launch
This app crashes every time I launch it. Restarting my phone does not help. Deleting the app and reinstalling it does not fix it.
What happened?
Can’t get it to register a non UK phone number. This is a downgrade from previous Panther app.
