Ripoff
Total ripoff! They even punish log term players if they win! They manipulate the games so you lose even more than an average slot machine. They hold purchases for 10 days at random if you win so you lose everything until they release their hold. They raise package purchase prices on long term players so the prices are unaffordable. And if you want to raise the amount of what you purchased on an original package…they won’t allow you to to raise the amount by having a prompt appear that says you are in a middle of a purchase so you weren’t be charged. If you click on the button to move on…you lose the chance for additional money to play with. But when you check to see if your original purchase went through…it did! So don’t waste your money on this app. They don’t like long term players and they manipulate the games in their favor 100% more than other online games.

Used to be a fun game. Now it is owned and run by the greediest, most ignorant, rude owners. They took all the fun out of game. Having Account manager is useless as all they want you to do is buy buy buy.

It wants you to always play Max bet and will pay a little for a while, but you have to be careful with which game you’re doing because it won’t pay and keep up with the max bet and basically you spend all your money playing Max bet.

Glitches in the program
The past few days 9/16/24 trough 9/19/24 the trade center is not awarding coins for card trades. It’s called words, but it’s difficult to get high value letters without spending a lot of money.
What happened?
So, first off, I enjoy this game. I like the slots and the scrabble aspect of it. I was slowly but steadily gaming coins/points. BUT, in the past month I’ve been losing. I bet the same, more or less, each time. I had over 500 billion, now I’ve got less than 35 billion. In a month. I will not buy coins, so when I get to zero I will delete the app. Seems like they set the game up like this on purpose. Not cool!

Played for a long time and it’s been fun. Recently, it’s sole purpose is to eat your coins. It’s not a game that can be beat or there’s no strategy. They just make sure you lose a ton of coins at once. I’m deleting the game soon and moving on.

The game is good but support is awful. Haven’t been able to link with Facebook in weeks and get no reply from support. As soon as I’m done with current round I will delete the game. It’s too bad the creators won’t support players.

I play quite regularly. It is a fun game. However on more than one occasion, high point letters, jokers, etc. do not transfer into the game itself. For tiles purchased, money to buy tiles is unfairly charged, other “new” tiles are usually all “1’s” therefore limiting opportunities for real wins..pushes you to quit the game!

The games are wonderful! The pop up’s for each tile you get are HORRIBLE. Can’t even play ONE SPIN without something popping up in the middle of it. Fix it!!

This game has gotten soooo boring. The challenges are always the same machines as well as just being the same. Bingo, big ten, cash mahal, dragon chase, etc. New machines are just different artwork on machines that already exist. Challenges are impossible to complete. I just downloaded this and I am unable to play it. It will eventually pop open the daily specials offer, but the only way out of it is to purchase the offer. There is no x to close out the pop up. THEN, I tried to contact Playtika for assistance but it says my only option is to contact them through the app. Which I cannot do, because I cannot close the daily specials pop up!

Needed one letter to complete a board. Had over 200 letters without getting it. Don’t believe it’s random. Number of pop ups annoying. Too hard to win. Vegas understands that if you make it too hard people quit playing. Piggy full is stupid. Why do you care how big it gets before someone pays. It’s not like the coins have a street value. If you let it keep growing, eventually you would get some money. Stupid.

Cust support no longer available, save your effort, there is no longer a way to contact them. You’re stuck with any problems you have, they DO NOT CARE!! Plus, they keep adjusting the games with gimmicks that do nothing but aggravate you. These “trading card” games are simply stupid. They also discontinued the “perks” from the “Vegas Cards” slot game which gave you extra tiles to play in “Words”, but they left the misleading “perks” sign on the game. What used to be a very entertaining app has fallen dramatically, find another app to try. This one will only piss you off!!
Charge my card twice
Play this stupid game my card was charge twice and sometime triple. Took my card up to 6k. They ripped me off. Apple wouldn’t issue the refund either. I used to enjoy the game, until I saw what they were doing. Free is fun, do not purchase anything from the app.

Biggest ripoff machine
I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years. The game tends to pay less than what’s shown in the screen. You play bonus rounds and you’re promised bonuses and wham, the bonuses never arrive. The big bonus wheel has slots of 64points. You land there 4 out of 5 times. If you want to double it, it costs $20. The bonus wheel comes every 4 times.when you don’t get it, the pay is $140,000. What kind of big bonus is when you get paid less. The cost of this game has gone up dramatically. It’s gone up over 500% since I started it playing. Maybe the have a new CEO OR the game has been sold to another company. Stay out
