Used to love it

Fix the game
This app just started crashing. It doesn’t give you the money for watching ad when it crashes and shuts completely off! Fix this! The money I have spent on this game and it keeps crashing!!!!!!
Can’t sign in
I like the game but it won’t allow me to sign into Facebook to save my designs. Keeps giving an error msg.

Reduce amt of pop ads to buy this to invest in this, purchase that, MINIMIZE TO MAYBE ONE AD!!!!!!!! Geez or get better developers!
Don’t bother
It reminded me of another game I used to play so I thought I’d try it. It was fun for a day or two, but then the amount of money you receive for rewards isn’t enough to enter even one event… forcing you to either pay or wait for days to build up enough coins again to enter events. I’d recommend playing until that point and then uninstalling or not bothering with the initial install at all.
Money Grab
Don’t bother as you can’t play unless you spend money. I don’t mind spending money to support a game that’s fair to its players, but it’s definitely not this game. Designs are boring, sometimes it makes an item where you HAVE to spend diamonds and the voting is rigged.

Scam
I purchased gems. The day after I made my purchase the app started to crash. I didn’t get a response from IT so I reinstalled the app. My purchase was gone. And I never got to use the gems. When I asked for a resolution my request was denied after several emails. The game is a time waster. I am very disappointed.

I enjoy the design aspect of the game. There are some really nice materials and settings to work with. The problem is the finances of each entry. Using all of the cheapest materials, it’s at least $5000 to complete a room. You can get $2000 for submitting a design if you watch a video - $1000 if you don’t. The most you can win for a design is $3000, and that’s if the design is voted 5 stars, which seems rare. Usually, it’s $1250 or $2000. This is for their regular “Chapters” designs. If you play the Live Events, it costs the same while offering a top prize of $1500! You could maybe break even on coins on a regular design if you bought mostly items that cost gems, but those also run out quickly. You can get $1000-$2000 per day for logging in. The only way to play this without spending a lot of real cash is to submit one design per day.
UPDATE: I downgraded my review to one star because since I wrote it, the game has robbed me of coins twice - once a video reward that didn’t pay, and once because it just took my submission money twice. I contacted customer service both times. First, I was told to update the game and not credited with my money. The second time, she just copied my report back to me - no refund, no “sorry for your loss, sucker.” Nothing. Game: deleted.

Likely AI
I was having a very good time on the game! Until i started venturing further into the different levels (i.e. chapters vs live events) and i started noticing more and more that the assets look like they’re AI generated/rendered. HUGE disappointment. I immediately unfollowed upon finding that because we don’t support a machine’s “creativity”….. i’m looking for human designed, human inspired and human voted games!!! Even one of the fictional game characters’ “fiancée” was an AI generated model of some random girl. Just so bad.

this game relies heavily on purchases within the app to actually be able to play. i’m tired of these money hungry companies putting in the bare minimum and making you pay real money to play a mobile game. it’s absolutely ridiculous to pay ANY amount towards a mobile game. i should be able to watch ads or something for coins and gems. i can maybe submit one design a day if im lucky. and i have to go on every single day if i want the rewards. it’s just not enjoyable when i can only spend five minutes playing it at a time. i’m deleting this app.

I put in a username that was eighteen characters long, AND IT SAID IT WAS TOO LONG!! The max character limit is Twenty! NOT eighteen! And when I tried to find my “Own customizable dream home option, IT WASNT ANYWHERE!!

So, you should know the voting portion of the game is WILD. Very frustrating. The players are also the voters. When voting you see 2 designs at a time and click your favorite. A few hrs later, you’ll receive a score between 3.75-5. Your best designs will get 4-4.10, and your most hideous will get 4.80-5… bet. There’s a “featured 5 star designs” page where you can see who “won” and it’s always the most incoherent, garish, sloppy, amateur designs, and who cares, right? Except you receive the equivalent of cash credit for high scores…so yeah, it’s a bit annoying. The other issue is that after enough of your brilliant designs get the lowest scores, you’ll find yourself smashing together grotesque, tacky designs just for the 5 star win… so what’s the point of it, really?
On second thought, 1 star and I’m deleting it, lol. With food & gas prices sky high, who can afford this stuff? (Not you sis. Not you.)

They don’t give you much always expect you to spend money , the colors on items often don’t look like the one you choose , a very limited choice on colors , so I’m sure I’m going to delete this app because I’ve spent way to much money on it , and they really make it difficult to keep doing designs , if you try it you will see just what I mean !

Personal problems with Venue Experience
The hate groups are on this game. Targeting people & hacking phones, etc.
Absurd number of ads and they’re LONG
Rewards are scant. Game is fun but super limited, repetitive design options. Positive is “voting” is only 2 hours unlike other design games Ive played in the past so that is a positive. The design options are very old school. Many are unimaginative and dated. Color schemes are very limited as well. The number of ads is absolutely ridiculous and they’re the layered ads you have to click out of. I’m done with this one.

The game is sleek and fun, but past the first few days it is impossible to progress without spending real money. The in-game currency necessary to buy things renews in smaller quantities than it is spent, and even winning top designs will generally net you about 3,500, which is less than an average design costs. Not getting perfect scores yields less money, and quest rewards don’t make up the difference.
I’d be willing to pay up-front for a game like this, but currently all the micro-transactions make it a money sink if you want to keep playing.

Great game, but rewards are small. To really create a nice room you have to purchase too many items, with minimal return.

I mean it’s cool the color choices are okay, but why have to wait so long to get a vote on the space you’ve made? Why?
pls fix ur game
it is pretty hard to grind considering you are required to pay for the specific fabrics/items each time you do an event, whether that be a client event or a live event.. and are not rewarded anything close to what you spent.. you are able to get back additional coins and possibly diamonds if you score high enough, but apparently other players on this game have no taste, so it’s rare you get diamonds back.. if the game wasn’t so dependent on other players ratings it would be easier to grind and enjoy the gameplay, but unfortunately with how the system is currently im able to do only 2 events a day, before going broke.. plsss fix ur game:/
Not worth it
This game is fun at first but basically unplayable after a few levels unless you pay real money to get fake coins to submit your designs. It’s very annoying. Then I have to wait 2 days to spin a wheel and hope it gives me enough coins to play another level
Its fun, BUT
This game is fun the first few days, but then you have to start paying for more coins etc., or you really cant move forward. And at first you could get coins for $3.99 or $4.99, but it gets you hooked and then starts charging $6.99 on up to $99.99😮. Its easy to use up your coins too. Its a money pit, lol. No thanks.
Frustrated
I love decorating homes, yards, patios etc but not a table with a pen and tablet, boring! I never have enough money to decorate the way I would like unless you spend real money for play $ and little diamonds and ya never have enough so I’m getting kinda tired of waiting a whole day to decorate maybe 2 things for thousands of dollars. You should change it for people who aren’t rich and throw money away just to do a fake room. Not sure I’ll keep or delete!

Fun design game, but requires real cash to keep playing
They give you enough money to design a few rooms and learn how to play the game but you quickly run out of gems and coins and end up needing to purchase gems or coins with real money to keep playing. Rooms can cost anywhere from 3000 to 6000 coins to Design it, but the reward is only 1000 coins To submit it. The higher the rating your room receives the more of a bonus you got. It’s very hard to get a five star rating which is still only 1000 coins. Therefore each room you design you are slowly losing money. Even adding up all the bonus features in daily spins, it’s not enough to play consistently without spending real money. The cost to buy coins and gems is very expensive compared to what you actually get. Also, there is no criteria for voting. Sometimes the most random mismatched rooms get five star ratings and strategically designed color coordinating rooms get 3.5 stars.It’s very frustrating when you design a beautiful room with the matching and coordinating aesthetic only to get a 3 1/2 star rating.

And it seems like after a certain level the products get more and more bland.

Too Expensive
This game is extremely fun to play. However, unless you have an extra $50 a week to spend on it, it’s a complete waste, EVEN with the $20 a month VIP subscription. Complete disappointment and rip off.
