Why is it that every time I go into the app, I get that notification bubble after claiming them. Also, on tasks, I can’t do anything because it won’t let me. VeryFit, your days are numbered. VeryFit, Contact me now for support and complaints. Because this is my 3rd review about this product and we are sick and tired of it.
Update: the reason why it won’t go away is because we need to do ONE task in order for it to go away.
Update again: sleep record in the task thing is gone. Please put it back. And also, I haven’t gotten any awards after reaching my goals so either delete the awards or get it fixed.

Bad Customer Service
Customer Service is basically AI. They are rude and will not help you in any way. I would honestly recommend you move past this product, terrible!!

This watch does not ring anymore when I get a phone call. Please fix.
Ads now in the app
Was an ok app but the latest update added Ads upon launch. I paid money for the watch and app. Complete greed for no reason. Will be switching to a different watch ASAP. Never buying VeryFit products again.
Was Great Until Firmware Update
The last firmware update for the wearable device absolutely tanked the user experience. It added every single tile back onto my watch that I had removed, except now it won’t allow me to remove them. Now the watch is cluttered, making it impossible to find what I need. Furthermore, it now sends me updates that I do not want, also with no way to remove. If this isn’t fixed soon, I may be finished with this app/device.
App crashes and lost my data from today
App crashes and lost data from today for walking challenge. Support can’t figure it out. Watch, app and support suck.
Worst customer service EVER!!
Impossible to talk to a person. I’m 80. Couldnt figure it out. So I asked for a refund! They made it SO difficult, i ended up accepting their 50% discount. Just to get it over with. Worst customer service Ive ever encountered! I do not recommend this company!!!!! The watch is a joke!!
Worst app on my phone
This app is so problematic I am considering getting a different watch just to escape the ongoing problems. Randomly logs me off and re login takes multiple tries and substantial time. It often claims watch is not connected but BT shows connected and phone rings on watch, so I lose my overnight heart data.

The more I use this app the more I hate it. I am getting a new watch so I can escape this horrible app. Always presenting pop up ads. Logging in is hit or miss and several retries are needed, password pasted so an app issue not a user issue.

Can not use app
App stopped working. Can’t sign in. Doesn’t accept my password anymore. Asked for a code, declined. Asked to change password, declined. Worthless!!!!
it won’t let me delete it
as soon as i downloaded i tried to delete it for a bit to clear storage and it only lets me remove it from the home screen
Annoying
I am constantly deleting messages that keep reappearing, some two years old or more. They won’t stay deleted and my app constantly has a number on it for “unread” messages. Please fix. At this rate if and when I need a new watch I will not buy one that uses this app!!!
Just ok
It does what it needs to, counts steps and heart rate. I like I can answer my calls through the watch, but when I try to voice text, it also goes to watch. Very frustrating at times that o end up turning off the Bluetooth
Some issues…
Every day it tells me that I have 4 (sometimes 9) unread messages, and when I go to see what they are it turns out I have none. The app constantly tells me multiple times throughout the night that my device is fully charged, therefore ruining my sleep. I CANNOT GET RID OF THE UNREAD NOTIFICATIONS
