I just want the app to easily set the temperature on my fridge/freezer combo. The QR code on the fridge led me to this app but it’s not easy to figure out where to link up my fridge and set the temperature. It’s just trying to sell me more stuff. I’m sure it’s SOME WHERE in the app. At least I hope it is.

I'm trying to provide a "decent" product to people at a price that isn't unreasonable given my somewhat remote location in Alaska. Parts and tools are reasonably priced for the area, in retail stores, but a lot of companies will work on the freight pricing to make it worthwhile. Having a resale account with VEVOR has proven to be useless. In order to get anything here I have to essentially charge double per item to break even. $150.~ in tools/parts turns into $298.~ to get them here. Completely insane. I can USPS ground a Lithium Battery from Florida to me for less in shipping than what this gives me from wherever the hell. Good luck to all, the products usually work well if you can get them to you for a decent price.
Broke Auger 2nd use
Don’t buy. They won’t warranty your item. Auger ignition coil went the 2nd use. You can’t buy parts.

Very little heat, fan is super weak. Beyond disappointed with it.

Like always never can talk to a live person. I don’t even think the chat people can speak English. I want to return a product chainsaw that will not start. your chicken run that I purchased from TikTok was missing 2/3 of the pieces. I don’t have a Fedex within an hour and a half of me to even get the label, I would appreciate your company sending me some free products. I’m an unhappy customer. Thank you have a nice day.

The searching options are baffling. You look up tool box and it takes you to nail salon equipment. Need to work on this app because a lot of things they won’t come up when you search them

I was very disappointed by the app I figured if I ordered VEVOR products off the actual site they come from I’d have a better experience rather then using Amazon or eBay for VEVOR products. Have heard or seen any updates with my shipping sense I ordered been almost a week now very disappointed
Ridiculous
I used to love it but now that they are playing audio ads while I shop, I doubt I will ever buy from them again.
Deceptive Pricing
You believe you are getting a discount but the price is always the same. Black Friday and Cyber Monday was a scam in pricing. There was an item i wanted to purchase and it showed the same price as every other day. Showing an item with fake discounts is terrible for business. Will never let anyone I know purchase from this company!

Overheats, underpowered
You will notice there is nowhere in the description that it says the wattage. They are hiding that this is an extremely underpowered device. It overheats constantly and stops working.
App is clunky and slow
Please work on the app is it slow, dosent load pictures and isn’t easy to navigate like the webpage
Gate lock
It’s okay I bought it but does not work for my gate material looks to be okay can’t tell how long it would last but with Florida weather don’t think it can last no more then a years. Just my option. I returned both my set I order.
