Don’t pay for this!
You will not be able to cancel your subscription. The website says that you will be able to cancel under your subscription tab in iCloud, but you can not. I have emailed, not sure if I will be charged again and obviously I’m not going to pay $20 a week. Also, the episodes seems to be jumpy and skipping a little.

Scam
The company is a complete scam. I’ve messaged them multiple times to cancel my subscription and they have refused to do so. It’s the only app that has no option to cancel on its own page. It’s designed to keep you subscribed with pretty limited content. I would not recommend at all.

Disappointing and misleading information
I reached out to customer support 4 times and received the same automated responses. Each time, I had already provided my account information, email addresses associated and UID. Even with all my good-faith attempts to cancel through the methods described on in the app and User Agreement. The cancellation instructions provided are inaccurate and do not function as described.
Additionally, their service is listed on the Apple App Store, but subscription payments are processed through a third-party website and do not appear under my Apple account subscriptions. I feel this may be inconsistent with Apple’s policies regarding subscription billing and management, and so I submitted to report this issue to Apple.
Even the responses to most critical reviews are in a similar language to the email responses I received, so I anticipate I will likely receive the same treatment dealing with cancelling cards and reporting fraudulent charges.

I wish I could put zero
I can’t find any way to take away my subscription I go into my Apple like exactly how they say. This is like stealing your money so don’t download it. I enjoyed it for a bit, but a lot of the stories are very similar. It just doesn’t change at all. It’s all the same. It’s kind of annoying already and it’s ridiculous that it is $20 weekly when Netflix is less than that for a whole month, I want a refund or I’m going to sue the company somehow or I’ll keep writing negative reviews until you give me my refund of $40 because this is ridiculous.

SCAM! Do NOT Subscribe. They bill you directly and not through Apple.
I decided to sign up for the “1 Day Trial.” This was a mistake. I was billed directly through my Apple Pay/bank account and not through the App Store.
THIS IS AGAINST APPLE GUIDELINES AND I HAVE REPORTED THEM.
Their instructions say to go to your Apple Settings/App Store Subscriptions and cancel it there. It is not listed. When I checked my bank, not only had I been billed for the initial 1 Day Trial, but also received a separate International charge. Through some of the reviews here, I saw that many had the same issue and were able to cancel by e-mailing them. I tried that, but have not received any response and I’ve already been charged for the “You didn’t cancel in time, so we are going to now charge you for the price of the weekly subscription and keep charging you until you get this cancelled” fee. I will be disputing that with my bank.

Absolutely Horrible Experience
Absolutely horrible experience. I have tried to cancel my subscription, but it has been nearly impossible. I emailed their support team and have not received any response. After looking into it further, I found many other customers reporting similar issues with being unable to stop the recurring weekly charges. Some people have even had to take extreme steps with their payment methods just to prevent being charged again.
A company should make canceling a subscription simple and transparent. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this service!!!!!!

You are unable to cancel in the app, via wallet, or even via your settings app. They offer a customer support email, which will usually be an automated reply and not cancel your subscription for you. Please do a quick search on Google, reddit, or any review site before purchasing anything from this app. You are essentially unable to cancel your subscription without going through hours worth of credit card disputes and email hassle.
If you opt for the free version, this can be a fun entertainment app with lots of fantasy options. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
