I was trying to watch the Crown slave and fake princess. It asked you for the day to get it for 399 for the week. However it only let you go to episode 15 and you can't watch anymore so I tried to cancel immediately and now it won't let me cancel at all. This is a fake scam and I'm not happy at all. I pay through Apple subscription, but it's not in my sub subscription to Cancel nor when I log into my account on the web, it's not there to cancel either. I'm very frustrated and you're not gonna get my money.

Can’t cancel a subscription
I tried emailing them multiple times to cancel my subscription. It didn’t work and they keep sinking over and over again and I do what that thing says. I don’t see a cancel button at all and it says oh you can cancel. Well I don’t want this charge my card I wanna cancel something I never dealt with anything in my life about this. I’m scared of them. I’m and they don’t care so I’ve reported them multiple times. I’m reporting them on here. I do not recommend subscribing to them unless you don’t wanna cancel subscription

I signed up for the 3.99 subscription for first-time subscribers and a day later I get another charge for 19.99 with out my permission from the same company and I can not cancel this on the app or through Apple since it's not even showing up in my account. The website here takes you to a page that has no functioning features just a blue page with pictures that you can't even click on for any kind of help
Don’t get a subscription
Made the mistake of getting the trial subscription. There is no way to cancel it that I have found their customer support in their app as a joke. You can’t click on anything. The instructions that they have in their app on how to cancel. The subscription also is unhelpful as the subscription doesn’t show up to my account as an active subscription. I contacted Apple hopefully they’re able to help me. They’ve got some good stories but again don’t recommend getting a subscription.

They so you can cancel it any time yet there is no way you can cancel at. I noticed they replied to some of these same comments yet they never did give you a place to cancel. If we can cancel it any time we need to know how and where.

Not able to purchase coins using ApplePay as is stated clearly that the site takes it. I have tried multiple of times to make a purchase and it tells me to choose another payment. I have money to make the purchase. Plus when trying to use the feedback interface. You are not able to pick the pre questioned questions they give you. At the bottom of the screen they ask you to describe your problem but when you do there is no answer and your question disappears. I really love these short stories. I will wait for the timer for the coins to count down from now on.

Scammed me out more money
They had a deal going on for $3.99 for a day, then $19.99 for a week starting the next day. I was only interested in one story so I did the one day. There was NO way for me to cancel the membership. It took me to a separate website outside of the app to grab the deal and then no other page would load. I deleted my account in hopes that would cancel as it said it would delete all of my information. Nope, got charged the $19.99 today. This is really messed up. If you’re going to offer a deal like that people should be able to cancel their subscription. I don’t want this for a week, just for the day. I’m disputing this with my bank and will block further transactions from this company.

This app is Fraud. It is not under subscriptions and hard to cancel. The email bounced wasn’t able to cancel. I had to call the bank. The shorts are not finished and overall it’s an awful app and service.

This is a money grab scheme, they charge your card even if you don’t subscribe. I have no idea how police haven’t looked into them yet. Will have to get a new card because of it, cuz it’s impossible to cancel something that you haven’t signed up for.
Unable to Cancel Subscription
This has been one of the worst experiences with this app. When I went to do a day trial it directed me to paying on the website and now I can’t access my account in order to cancel the subscription and it keeps charging me. I have reached out to customer service and keep getting a run around email about not being about to access my account via my email provided even though I provided the user ID for the account, proof of payment, and multiple email addresses that could be associated. I will be disputing these charges and contacting my bank soon if I do not receive a response and a refund for the additional payments and cancellation.

Use your Apple wallet to revoke the payment permission to stop the charges. It is ridiculous there is no way to cancel it other than this. I am still getting notifications that the payment is declined after a week or more but at least they’re not getting my money.

I say SCAM because I just had the worst experience. I got a $3.99/day just to keep up with a story. They automatically subscribe you then they charge you $19.99/week. Checked my subscription up couldn’t find the subs to cancel, then checked my email no receipt avail. I just have my charges in my account. Emailed them kept asking for my email used to pay. Gave them every email I know that is used on my phone. They say they couldn’t find it. They said to give them 3 days to fix the issue and its already been 3 and no email nor cancellation. Got charged $19.99 yesterday and no receipt… and also their videos are surely short and missing alot. It might have worked for some but sadly I got SCAMMED!

Deleted My Account, Will not let me unsubscribe
I was unaware that this was a weekly subscription, as it was advertised as a monthly subscription to me on the app. It also showed that it was $3.99 for the first time and then $19.99 for the following month. Instead I was charged TWICE within the same week then charged again. To add to this every email I have sent to the suggested contact emails, I am met with the fact the emails DONT EXIST! This whole thing is a SCAM do NOT buy in. It is impossible to cancel. You can get prompt service by email but no guarantee that your subscription has been cancelled so you can delete your account and the app promptly.

Had a web purchase so can’t cancel on my apple account. Went to cancel on the app and it’s like a puzzle to figure out how. ImThe directions in the terms did not reflect on the app. Then when I went to contact them the email kicked back saying it’s a wrong address.

Most of the movies are available on other apps. The only movie advertised is unique to this app. After you have paid for a 1-day pass, the make it impossible to see, access, or cancel the subscription they automatically enroll you in. Be very careful not to accidentally subscribe through their website…you won’t be able to get back to it and you cant’t valve through Apple subscriptions.

I’ve been trying to get my subscription cancelled for 2 weeks now and was offered a refund. Yet, I’m still getting charged and my subscription will not cancel and I have not been refunded. Absolute joke! If I could give a negative star rating I would!
Impossible to cancel
How can an app have this many people telling them that something important is broken within the app. I’ve read through so many reviews trying to see if I was the only one with this problem only to see majority of people are. I have been searching for a couple of days now how to cancel my subscription and I even emailed the “support” that’s supposed to help and still no reply either. I’m at the point where if I can’t cancel and I keep getting charged, I’m going to report the app. It is illegal to be misleading and having no way for someone to cancel a subscription. Let me repeat that, IT IS ILLEGAL. Let that sink in before you get this app
