Can’t get out
There’s no way to exit the app. They let you in. They don’t let you quit. You have to swipe your phone manually, then go into app shutdown mode to stop the app from running.
Ads Are Too Long

Used to be good but now…
This game used to be one of the better video poker apps out there. It was simple, clean, and fast. You could actually play multiple hands in a row without constantly being pulled out of the experience. Ads existed, but they were mostly optional and tied to rewards, which was fair.
That is no longer the case. The new forced ad system completely ruins the game. Long, unskippable ads now interrupt normal gameplay, not bonus rewards. You are no longer choosing to watch ads. You are being forced to watch them just to keep playing. That is a huge difference, and it makes the app feel greedy and hostile to players.
The length is the biggest issue. These are not quick interruptions. They are long enough that you forget what you were even doing in the game. Poker depends on rhythm and momentum. Sitting through extended ads you never agreed to watch destroys that completely.
I understand free games need ads. Most players do. What players do not accept is having their time taken with no choice. The old system respected players. The new system treats players like ad inventory.
What is frustrating is that the core game is still good. The interface is still good. The poker itself still works fine. But none of that matters when the app constantly drags you into forced ad breaks that feel longer than the actual hands you are playing.
There are too many other options out there to put up with this. If the developers think forcing longer ads on players will increase revenue long term, they are going to be surprised when people just uninstall instead.

My purchase showed successful but did not load to game. Requested refund and stated it was not eligible.

Now they have uncashable ads every couple of minutes. They hide the mute button on the ads. They just gave me a BS ad that tried to get me to download some scammer app. Uninstalled one star review.

That will be the day when I give them real money just so I can play with their fake money. I deleted the game on the spot!

I can’t think of a better reason to dump this app then being inundated with ads after all this time.
Fake reviews and the game is dangerous
This game is only an advertisement scam directing people to app stores and trying to deceive the elderly players into paying real money for it. They make you watch ads which is normal for these scammy game makers but after watching the ads you can not exit out of the ads until you are redirected to the App Store to download another game from the same game designer, Don’t download this game
Broken games
Some of the games don’t function properly at all. For example, double draw poker doesn’t let you draw twice.
Rigged total scam
Terrible game, deleted and will never use again. It’s just a cash grab. There’s no casino in the world this crooked. Total garbage.

Unpaid Jackpot
I just hit a straight flush and the game said please wait checking mega jackpot. Stuck in that screen until it completely reloaded and I did not receive the 17899 plus bonus earned. I took screen shots. Trying to find contact information. What a huge disappointment after I’ve watched hour of adds to play. I will remove the app if this is not rectified. Beware.

I have played video poker in casinos in Europe and the United States and have never seen so many poor deals or lack of anything more than a three of a kind than I have in this game.

Ads causing frozen black screen!
My mother loves this game but on her old iPad Pro 9.7 Gen1 the ads that show are getting frozen a lot on a black screen. And the only way out of it is to close and restart the game.
I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game for her but it continues to happen a lot.
She said the ads freezing on black screens first started happening a few days ago.

no new tournament starting
It’s been days since they have started a new tournament just the old one starting with 250 tokens to play, what’s the deal, same thing happening again I don’t understand it, guess I won’t play any more

I used to play this game all the time. Recently I was having a problem logging onto the game and it kept freezing up and I would have to log out. When I logged back in it would freeze. I asked if my account could be reset to zero to see if it would help, and the game administrator wanted me to record what was happening on one phone and record on my other phone. I only have 4 hands. So the game administrator accused ne of cheating for some reason. I’m an old man w an iPhone 8. I wouldn’t know how to cheat even if I wanted to. It’s a fun game but if something stops working you might as well delete it and move on. You’ll get no help from the administrators.
Trainer is trash
Same experience as other players…the trainer is flawed. Several times it advised that I hold only a 9. That is never a good idea.

I can submit screen shots if requested . I bet 5 and won 2000 that equals $500 it paid $100 it even said I bet 5 what a waste of time to sit and play with fake money we get from the start and from watching ads and then you can’t even give the player the right amount payout ….. I’ll just turn on grand theft auto San Andreas and play in the casino in fake Vegas and it will pay me the correct payout amount.

Starting Scam
I’ve bought small chips packs before with no problem but today I tried to buy a $1.99 and it charged me $39.99, I have two factor purchases and I declined it, I tried again same thing. While they didn’t steal any money from me I’m for sure others are being scammed. Do not buy anything on this app, free is ok but they will start the scam! Stay away from purchases.

They have way too much text on all the screens. They should make it more minimalistic.
One downside
I used to love this game but now I cannot play music or podcasts while it’s open. Please fix this so I can play more often
