Not worth it, good reviews are fake
You cannot cancel a subscription in the app itself and there is not any explanation or direction, the app itself is not user friendly at all and I'm not really sure what this app is even supposed to do. It doesn't have any useful editing functions in the slightest. I also never signed up for a subscription, but I saw I was getting charged. I downloaded the app, tried it once, and put "free trial" between the two options: "Free Trial" and "10.99 a week"--nowhere did it tell me that the free trial would even sign me up for a subscription nor did i ever put my card info into this app.
Paid video disappeared
I’ve worked with other apps and never had this issue. You pay before creating the video without knowing the quality, the video is only 4 seconds long, and you don’t get to keep your video that you paid for

Videos without sound
I created a video today and I wanted to see how Video Up! might change, lighting and such. However, when I upload the video to my phone there is no sound so everything I’m saying is not heard not ideal - additionally canceling your subscription after your free period is impossible
Up charges out the arse
Advertises as free trial version. Kees asking to pay and upgrade. Limited access to try anything. Don’t waste your time.
Can’t select media on iPhone
The screen to select media has the button too low so i can’t select new images from my library for the video, I don’t know what changed on the app but it’s worthless now for an iPhone promax
Doesn’t work
The audio lags with the video and I cannot even use this for acting videos to submit for auditions bc of the audio lagging. I tried to submit a refund and they denied it so $40 down the drain for something that doesn’t work

Absolute RIP OFF!
My daughter subscribed to this without me knowing. The app was never used. They charged me over $30 for 3 weeks of the app. Awful customer service. Don’t get ripped off for an app that charges over $40 a month!
Completely Useless!
Just signed up to this, two hours ago. Picked a template, added the videos, clips and images and waited over an hour for it to process. When i went to check the progress it was all gone. No progress, no project, all disappeared. Completely useless and waste of time and money. Please don’t waste your life on this. I wasted life I’m never getting back! 😡

Scammed me
I just realized I was paying $10 a week for an app that I used once and deleted four months

The first video I made froze and would not export and continuously crashed. I immediately deleted the app BUT was still charged 69.99 and they will not refund me.

Cannot upload music easily
It would be nice to be able to just upload music from an app like Apple. What is offered is nothing I’m familiar with.
POS compared to VideoLeap
You need to make it so I don’t need 29 clips to make a video. Lol. If I have 7, I should be able to load 7 and you recut those to fill the in rest. The fact that I have to have all 29 or 34 or 22 clips mean you don’t understand your customer.
Free Trial, but they charged me
I signed on for a free trial for a few days. They instantly charged my card for $33 and of course none of their options for customers service are working for me to make sure I get refunded
Doesn’t have what is advertised
I activated a subscription because the advertising stated that it can ai caption and create on videos. It cannot. When you go to the ai option all it says is that options are coming soon. I want a refund.
Highway robbery!
So at two something in the morning something in the morning I downloaded this app and I did the $.49 free trial and I fell asleep immediately afterwards right so they don’t send me a notice telling me that my free trial is gonna end they charged me for the next week, I never use the app forgot all about it and now they’ve blocked me out of my App Store so I can’t download anything and they’re demanding the $10 a week. They’re demanding $10 for an app. I didn’t even use and frankly not to sound petty, but the girl in the video not look at her hair before she logged in cause I can’t believe you missed that
IG does more on its own than this.
Downloaded specifically to speed up and slow down videos. It’s the first thing shown in the advertising for this app. Is not an option anywhere in the app. It’s just adding filters, captions, and sound.
