Why do I have to update the app every time you add some new song to it? Make an option just to download the new songs from the library or something.

I use Video Leap and I really appreciated the process of vids plus the opportunity to just have something with new type of layouts. Unfortunately, it is very hard to get the reels to save. It takes way too long or doesn’t complete.
The first one I downloaded, it at least showed the percentage. The next two I have tried to save, nothing. Just shows that the downloading is stuck.
I’m cancelled my free trial and will just stick with Videoleap.

I’ve paid for the month and it’s asking me to pay more when the month isn’t over yet
I paid for the whole month and it’s asking me to pay again and won’t give me no options to get more credits. It’s asking me to pay for the whole year or pay again for the month and monthly subscription ain’t over yet.
Scam
I clicked the 3 day free trial and then $49.99/ year and I didn’t get the free trial, I got charged automatically, I didn’t like the app either way so I requested a refund through Apple because I shouldn’t have even been charged yet and that got denied… ohh and I got charged $65 and some change so the app didn’t even cost me $49.99 it cost me 59.99+ tax!!

Paid $120 for an app that’s buggy
Once you start adding in any clips from an actual camera and not some iPhone, the ‘full editor’ totally becomes unusable, glitchy, playback is roughly 10-12 fps, clips aren’t allowed to be scrubbed or manually moved, playback is glitchy, viewing at full screen is impossible, and even if you try exporting while the playback viewer is bugged it won’t save any of your manual edits. So it completely wasted my time and yours as well.
It’s cap cut with less control. The ai is terrible too.

Keeps crashing
This was a great app so I purchased it but now I can’t even do anything because as soon as the app opens, it immediately crashes. I’ve tried different times a day to see if that matter but get the same results.

Constant bugs and Crashes….
with the app consistently crashing, lagging , glitching , delaying , audio disruptions , and the list goes on. I think the app is great with the concept of combining ai and video editor tools. But whenever AI gets involved things always get weird. So it NEEDs Some work still. Cuz I can’t even seem to go 15 mins without the app completely crashing and me having to start over….

I paid for the pro version and when using the reels maker it constantly crashes. Can’t make any reels or videos because of that. Super annoying. I updated the app and everything and still just crashes and shuts off.
Don’t use this app if you need to make serious videos
I always use this app to make videos for social media and its been my favorite app. I usually do quick little edits for shorts on youtube or instagram but this time i wanted to make a full 3 minute music video for one of my songs. Lip synced and all. I spent about 2 days straight in-app editing this video. i was nearly done with the song, needed about maybe 15-20 seconds more footage. I saved the project, when i go back in, its the only project it wont let me open. And this was by far my best video ive ever made and put the most time in to. The fact that cant access my own project is crazy! I am definitely going to have to cancel my subscription because i have a trademarked media production company that offers video editing services and this will definitely hurt my business. I would have surely lost a customer and a sale. If you care about losing your project, don’t use this app!

The app has very good transitions and some interesting editing tools. However, the video editor has been giving me several technical issues. When I work on videos that are around 50 seconds long, the audio has problems during export, which forces me to download the project in separate parts to avoid errors.
I currently have the premium version, but honestly, it hasn’t been cost-effective due to these constant issues. I’ve used other apps like CapCut, which is often referenced in promotional comparisons, and I’ve never experienced this type of audio problem there.
I hope these technical issues can be reviewed and improved, because the app has great potential, but these errors significantly affect the user experience.

I want to try this app and I signed up for the three day trial and that won’t let you do anything. This sucks.

The payment went straight into the yearly subscription when I EXPLICITLY clicked on the three day free trail.
Furthermore when I tried to cancel it in setting like THEY said I couldn’t. I tried the in app settings, and the apple settings still thinking there was hope (spoiler there wasn’t).
At least it’s a good app. Shame I had to give it such a low review ✌️

Repetitive.
Always have to upgrade and edit myself. Gives the same basic reel with same basic music over and over no matter the content. Use CapCut and do it yourself.

This app is terrible
Accidentally forgot to cancel the free trial after I logged in and hated the app. 3 days later blam, big fat charge for the year for a product that does not do what I want and results in a poor finished product. Would not recommend. I filed for a refund and was denied. This app sucks and customer service is a joke.
