I purchased a week of unlimited viewing for $17.99. It gave me zero access.. I have exchanged seven emails to their support site. The instructions they give do not work and require an access code. Which they do not provide. I send them another email times seven and have never been able to access their content. I just get another email stating the same instructions. That don’t work. They have no phone number or Support. I have never had this issue with any other. Short drama site. Do not recommend 0/10.
Trying to get me to pay for 2 subscriptions at same time
Currently paying for weekly subscription and was watching a show then it said I needed to buy a subscription. It offered to “find” my subscription but asked for an identifier that doesn’t show up in my Apple subscription.
Insane subscription price
Watched a vertical drama ad on TikTok & decided to keep watching until I got to a paid episode but I had the 50 coins to unlock it. Then I discovered a subscription is $18 a WEEK or $30/35 a month as if those are deals. Are yall crazy? Deleted immediately & hoping to never come across their ads or apps again
No vale la pena
Si estás pensando en pagar la membresía créeme que no vale la pena. Para empezar está mucho más cara que en otras aplicaciones iguales y para rematar la variedad en series o programas que tengan es casi nula. Hay muchísimas más opciones, con más variedad y a un muchísimo mejor precio. Yo porque soy idiota y ya pagué los 15dls, pero definitivamente no vale la pena.
Very disappointed
After the app changing my account it never recognized the money I put on it. Tried many times to get help and always got the same message obviously comp generated. It never let me go back to my original account even after doing everything they told me to. Never could get the money back either!
AI has to stop!
This app hasn’t been completely overrun by AI yet but I hate seeing the AI shows pop up. It’s awful. I watch verticals for the actual actors! I’ve become a fan of so many of them. Drop the AI shows all together. Btw any money this app saves by producing AI content, is not passed on to you. It goes in their own pockets. Proceed with caution!
Beware AI content
Disappointed to see AI movies on this platform. It doesn’t matter how realistic it gets, AI doesn’t feel authentic so it definitely isn’t going to work in this setting. I did enjoy a couple shows, but overall do not recommend this app when there are many other better options (ReelShort, candy jar, DramaBox to name a few..)
