More commercial than show
Shows are good but if you’re not ready to pay for the pass it may not be worth it. It’s more commercial than show. Every 5 minutes there’s 5 repeating commercials every 4 minutes. So just when you start getting into the show, here comes another commercial. I’m sure the idea is to be so annoying you pay for the pass but for more people that turns them off all together.
Other than that the picture quality is good and if you like chatting there’s the option to chat with other users

I like Viki, but ONLY when it actually works, which seems to be less than half the time.
One glitch every once in a while is acceptable but I’ve experienced 20+ in the past two days alone, no matter what device I switch to.

I’m in China and does not work with the vpn or without it. Other apps like IQIYI and Youkou works without me using the vpn.

Wow, where do I even start? I have been an avid kdrama watcher since around 2005 and this app has gotten worse. I cannot believe it. I used to be subscribed and canceled my subscription ages ago. I don't mind ads and wanted to watch a certain drama.. and it's impossible. The ads don't play correctly and overplay while the drama is playing. No matter how many times I've closed and restarted the app, the issue isn't resolved. Why would I want to waste money for a subscription if the free service doesn't even work?

Way too many ads in an episode
Annoying
I constantly get messages when I switch devices that I need to log out of a device to watch when I have already fully exited it on the previous device. It is extremely annoying. Also depending on what device I am on I can’t skip the opening/intro. I have to do the forward 10 seconds but even with that it doesn’t always work and have to do it 2 or 3 times before it will skip once. I’ve really liked the shows I have seen so far but not a fan of the app. Webpage does work better but I don’t want to always have to sit at desk to watch. I’ll use till my current month ends but after that I am unsure.
Not worth it any more
I’ve been a long time user of this service. Since the last license renewal for the shows on the platform many i enjoyed are just gone and I understand but what they have done to the audio track for Running Man and the amount of editing to remove so much of show is very disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be renewing my subscription.
Sucks~ pass on this
Viki needs to either remove the shows off their apps instead of showing 50% of it. The music doesn’t even play, they voiceover the actual music on the shows with something terrible and any videos or other clips that are show are blurred out. What’s the point, it’s a waste of money.

I used to love Viki and I never thought I would say this but I’m starting to like iQIYI more. Viki is always glitching. Instead of bringing you where you last ended on the episode it starts from the beginning. The app also keep deleting shows from your watchlist that is still available to watch.
Cool app but fix the crashing
I have been using the app for quite some time and it’s all cool. But the app crashes all the time. There is this weird ad that comes and covers the screen and stays there for 10.000 years. I don’t care about that. But that one in particular. You guys can do better

Desk Top Services Unacceptable
Just when I thought this was the place to watch all the best kdramas, I find out that no matter what I try I cannot log into my account on desktop anymore. I was subscribed and everything and now I’ve essentially be stolen from by the company why promised a product for a certain price and did not give said product for the price I paid.

This app would make sense to not have several ads if you already cant watch certain shows and movies without a subscription it takes away the good from the app why would anyone want to watch 6-7 ads in every 7 minutes of the show

Hey, don’t y’all charge another penny until y’all invest into getting this app running correctly. It’s slow, basic features are missing! I pay premium but can’t view offline, closed captioning is missing and the only answer I receive is we don’t know why. I’m tired of y’all raising price and lowering quality!
Good Content, Garbage App
Terrible app for the Apple TV. Click watch next episode and it plays the episode you just finished. Skip Ad button is there but you can’t navigate to it to click it. Sometimes the show keeps playing behind the ad and you get both audio streams playing. No excuse to be this terrible.

Tv app will not connect because it says I have not subscribed. I guess I have to unsubscribe as my desire is to watch tv shows on my tv not on my phone. If you can help me please do so because we love these shows!

I love the app because it has a variety of dramas but the ads are so annoying I literally had 10 of the same ad over and over again without stopping and I had to exit out if the app to get it to stop cause if I didn’t it probably wouldn’t had. (This didn’t just happen to me ones but every time I watch). I think it’s on purpose because this never happened to me when I just got the app but after, it started happening more and more so they can more earn money.
Need a viki pass to enjoy this
Before this I used Dramafever and it was the best app ever. Then I found Viki and it was second best considering the commercials. Now I can’t stand this app, they give you commercials after commercials with no skipping and you really do need to pay for a monthly pass because all the shows you actually want to watch are lock. I found myself just watching these shows on dailymotion and those illegal movie websites

Slow with Adding New Dramas
The selection for the past year on Viki has been disappointing. They use to have so many great Korean dramas. Now it’s slim pickings
