I’m a casual user of Instagram and enjoy thrift apps and had never heard of Vinted before until it was rumored that there were users of the app selling children illegally on the platform. Hope this stops happening

I’ve tried listening an item 4 times. The ability to list has been taken away twice and I have appealed and re gained the ability to list items. How they decide something is counterfeit must be horrible, I mean, I already proved it’s mine🤦♂️

They ban some people for selling normal stuff, but they allow people to sell children? If you don’t know if you’ve come across one, it will most likely be a picture of a plushy. Make sure you read the details and/or the reviews. They usually have a picture of some kind of stuffed animal, the body type of the child, maybe age, some disgusting details, and are usually overpriced. So I’d say people should report those accounts if you see one. I am so sorry to those children who are being sold.

if you search up kids, there are pictures of plushies with prices around 3,000 to 4,000 dollars. THE DESCRIPTION LITERALLY DESCRIBES THEIR HAIR, EYES, AND HOW THEY FEEL DOWN THERE. its disgusting. until vinted fixes this, im NOT downloading it.
Lack of Critical Thinking
Vinted won’t give a direct answer as to why they removed my product for sale, however there are tons of other listings for the exact same product. They are discriminating at this point. Can’t give a reason at all. If your customer service is going to respond, at least answer my question. These employees are special ed.

They are letting people sell kids on their app advertised as toys stuffed animals with age groups (toddler,newborn,etc) going for 1-3k with descriptions like "tight, obedient, blond" etc nasty words describing children. Multiple reports have been made and Vinted claims its the age range for the toy being sold but ignores the description and prices of the item..

I downloaded this app. I sold an item and it after two weeks. I never received payment.. the person who purchased the item had paid and the payment was cleared. But I never received it on my end and there was no way to contact these people. I absolutely do not recommend.

I’ve been hearing kids being sold on here with really disgusting bios as “tight” “loose” or “likes it rough” with ages and sizes, no toy would say that. Also the prices are disgusting, please do something about this. It’s disgusting to sell kids like this, their young and deserve better
