Been trying to find someway to get in contact with someone… there is none. For over 24 hours it has not let me complete a purchase which has made me loose out on accepted offers. An error message keeps popping up saying

Yet no number email nothing. Very disappointed will NOT recommend until this issue is resolved.

Get it together resellers bring your platform professionalism and make your company money. Relying on casual sellers is bad for buyers and the platform . Don’t invest a lot of time selling on this platform they are quick to ban you for commercial selling and Ai runs there platform.

I’ve had this for about 2-3 months. Out of nowhere they banned my account with no explanation. I still have pending $ I was waiting for. I still had orders to ship but can’t even cancel them. Even a buyer wants to cancel the shipping and I have no way to get into my account! There is NO HELP whatsoever- customer support is non existent. Don’t even bother to sell your clothes on this wasteful app.

Likes to unjustifiably ban people
I got an account, uploaded ONE item for sale, and they banned my account not even 4hrs later!! They accused my item of being counterfeit even after I gave undeniable proof that it wasn’t. They don’t have real customer service, only AI and bots. I’m going back to Mercari.
Disappointing Costumer Service
I made 2 orders from separate sellers, all two orders lost in transit (tracking numbers provided PROOF they’ve been lost in transit) but Vinted refused to refund those orders.
After months of trying with Vinted Costumer Service, I contacted my bank for a dispute. This is when Vinted reached out urging me to cancel the disputes and threatened that they will block my account if I make any further disputes. I’ve been selling and buying on second-hand selling sites/apps for over a decade, and I am absolutely appalled at how this was handled. Be wary of the way they handle costumers and order issues and maybe avoid the headache all together.

Bad for sellers!
Always bans my account for fraud or counterfeit items even though i post photos of the tags. The items aren’t designer either they’re just some stuff from Marshall’s or Target. Not worth it selling on this platform at all.
Terrible app
I’m a new seller and posted my first item I was trying to sell a tee shirt and I was banned for “fraudulent activity” no questions or explanation really.

This is a scam site, they take all your information and then deduct money that they say was done in error and will be refunded in 2-3 mins but it never is. There is no number to call either.

Secretly adds shipping
For the longest time shipping was around $1 or so depending on the item price but overnight vinted started charging $3-$4+ without announcing it. The shipping costs more than most of the items.
Super mid and overhyped app
Mid and overhyped wasn’t really impressed to say the least used for a year and most I got was 2 views sold one item but they didn’t allow me to add my back account info to withdraw kept saying error and the support team doesn’t respond even after a year of use, honestly not impressed at all
Lack of support for sellers
I recently sold a dress on Vinted and was requested to send the item as soon as possible. As the buyer asked for a speedy delivery, I paid for packaging items and shipped it out the next day. However, after it had arrived to the pickup location, the buyer refused to collect the item. I reached out to them to make sure nothing went wrong with the order. The buyer simply claimed that they no longer wanted it. After waiting for weeks on this transaction to go through and no response from the buyer. I have tried to contact Vinted support multiple times but they just provide me with the same automated message that does not address the problem. I just want the buyer to receive some repercussions from this action and to inform other sellers of this behavior. If I had known this buyer had done this before, I would not have sold to her. This entire situation has made never want to use this app again. Sellers need more support from Vinted than they are currently allotted.

Stealing your data yall
So when you download the app there's an opt out of selling my personal data toggle switch and you switch it on to say opt out but then there's 6 other tabs that also ask permission to sell your data.
So you naturally want to opt out of selling your data and then switch off the other tabs, but when you do that it switches off your first switch from on to off on sale of your personal data. Which they say you're legally required to be asked.

Worse selling app ever, my listings keep getting banned or hidden for no apparent reason. I uploaded 8 items and 4 were banned, 2 for containing stock images and 2 for no reason. And they have restricted my account for 3 days, never happened on any other selling apps. Stupid app
Got my account suspended even though I provided proof of authenticity
I provide proof of authenticity but you guys still say it’s not authentic?! How does that work, I showed proof of StockX, eBay authentication, stadium goods and that wasn’t enough?!? Insane

Can not get into this site
It says I already have an account but when I try to get in I hit the forgot password enter the info and it never sends me a link to be able to change password I have tried multiple times very frustrating and now it will not take this comment because it keeps claiming that every nickname I enter is already in use HIW COULD THSF BE TRUE
