Infinite loading
Forced to use this app if I want to use my company’s gym and sign up for classes or reserve machines. Too bad it doesn’t work at all. Trying to load the schedule or even list my own reservations just sits there forever spinning. Doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or not. 0/100 for not doing the bare minimum functionality for what they’re being paid to do.

New Appointment feature is full of bugs and lacking features!
The new appointment feature is super buggy, it’s also beyond ridiculous that this feature doesn’t exist in the browser portal. Every other feature you can do online, but you are FORCED to use the app for appointments. That is insane!
As a software and network engineer myself, Virtuagym clearly has a terrible software development strategy. I would love to run their dev team and get it back on track, because the platform has huge potential.

Crashes
let me start with the fact that I’ve used this app for a couple of years now. It’s a great way to track your progress and workouts/activities. However, for the last week it has been crashing every single time that I open it. I’ve checked for updates and it wasn’t the care of running an old version of the app.
I hope this gets fixed before I have to stop using it altogether.

Not able to schedule classes
I used to be able to schedule classes or delete classes from the app. However, there is no option to schedule or delete classes now. What happened to that option?
A terrible experience
I am not one to write bad reviews, but its worth the time to do it, to help others from making the mistake that my business did, by originally choosing VG. They are quick to be there for you to persuade you to purchase their software, but once you do, good luck getting any help. Numerous times we tried to get them to help us work out the kinks, bc there were plenty, but we could never get the help we wanted. We tried to get out of our contract, bc our clients hated the software, as did we- and the customer service. But, they refused to help us out there, too. Just a terrible experience all around. They certainly aren’t in this to help businesses grow and thrive, there actions prove that. Lesson learned.
Disappointed
App freezes when trying to upgrade to Pro. It’s also sluggish while navigating between options and exercises. I’m on a strong connection and using an iPhone X. I don’t have these issues with other gym workout apps.
Worst and most expensive app available
I’m a personal trainer and I’ve tried a handful of apps. I’ve heard good things about Virtuagym so I decided to give it a shot to see if I wanted to switch. They have offered the absolute worst customer service of any app I’ve worked with. They promised customization and then don’t follow through and they are 10 times more expensive than other apps. Don’t waste your money you something else.
Lost functionality
For some reason, functionality was removed?? The hours and class schedule for my gym are no longer available, so this app has become useless.
Find other options without a contract
Unless you are a big business don’t get this app. They will try and lock you into a one year contract.
It’s 24/7 workout
So I noticed that this is similar to 24/7 workout anytime app only with a few difference. But truly the most annoying thing is that in order to create your own workout you have to pay. Did Not have to do that in the past. Not cool
PRO
I desired to go “PRO” and finally located the option, in settings. Sadly, when I selected “Learn More,” I get a blank screen. I had the same results when attempting to use your Food app. Once these issues are resolved, I’d be happy to update/change my review.
Expand
Wish this would work with other food/exercise health trackers.
Used to be my key.
The new version no longer lets me check in at the front desk.
