To get simple claim approval, you need to get the signature of the president of your country

Prefix for us phone number +1 gives Canada not the US.
Impossible to link your visa signature card as it says : error has occurred. Only cards issued in Latin America and Caribbean can be added. What’s up with that?

Most Visa Benefits don’t apply to U.S.-issued cards
Very disappointing. Many of the advertised Visa benefits-like lounge access, travel offers, or international perks-are not available for U.S.-issued Visa cards. Tried to use a few of them and was either denied or told they only apply to cards issued outside the U.S. This is misleading, especially when Visa promotes these programs globally. If your card is from the U.S., lower your expectations.

This app is SKETCHY. Asking me for my passport info before I can even explore the app? Per the below reviews that were left over a year ago, Visa Infinite (a luxury concierge company) hasn’t changed its interface? Sorry I’m not buying it. This is a serious security issue.

Won’t let me upload image. File size well below 1.5mb. Defeats the whole purpose of the app.

Worst possible experience
Particularly if you really need to use a benefit (medical assistance). Very disappointing and frustrating. How a company like Visa is able to release such horrible software.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Countries aren’t even alphabetically listed. The US is “America!”?? Couldn’t save my card number. What a waste of time. Don’t bother.

This is a terrible app. How is it possible that a company as huge as VISA can’t even manage to figure out how to make their own app work? Makes me question even using visa.

asks for personal info and card number then gets stuck on the submit page. restarted the app, asks for all info again but won’t allow me to enter my first and last name which are required to move forward. you can do better visa! my 10 year old niece could do better

Cannot input first or last name. Got past that part only once before and when I place in my Visa card number it’s just a constant saving screen. Haven’t even gotten through registering! Pls fix!

App asks for passport number and other sensitive information that are absolutely unnecessary for a simple app. It also keeps rejecting my visa card
Beware
App ask you very sensitive information that is unnecessary. It also connects to a domain outside visa. Not sure why you just can’t pop the credit card numbers or pick from a list and tell you the benefits. Make it easy to use! Stop collecting unnecessary data.
Cannot complete registration
App doesn’t retain date of birth, and app never saves credit card information.
