I had an automatically renewing IGN subscription for many years. Payment for this year made in May, but then suddenly in Oct I’m locked out of my account, pw reset doesn’t work. Support says no record of my username despite the fact that I receive VR newsletters to that address. Support keeps stonewalling. I suspect a problem with their database that they don’t want to admit to.

Downloaded the app and found it reasonably useful, given that there doesn’t seem to be any comprehensive better option for someone looking for hiking info for France, (glad to hear of others).
I then opted to subscribe for the offline detailed maps (IGN) . However the app never recognized the subscription (Apple store shows is at active ) . Every time I tried to active map view - the app asked me to subscribe . I tried to email and posted on the forum for help - nothing , no reply, not even an acknowledgement that my request for help was received . I hence have to strongly advise against the usage and specifically the subscription ! Zero stars for no existing customer service.

This app blocked my phone
Popping up and blocking asking me to constantly share my position. You have literally 1 second to go to option and recede it’s functionality before finding it to kill.
Stay away from this.
