App has been crashing every time I open animation since the new update. I otherwise love this app. Please fix and I’ll edit my review

I accidentally bought the yearly vip plan, nothing comes with it! Even the smallest most common thing all the other apps are doing fot free needs credit so you're gonna have to spend dollars to be able to use the features. Total Scam

До недавнего времени видео в приложение грузились быстро. Теперь - десятки минут ожидания. Причем я оплачиваю vip пакет!

This app is a scam!! I repeat this app is a scam! I clicked on subscribe because it said 3 day trial, i mean who would purchase such an expensive app by not trying it out first. Lo and behold, i did not realize that they made me click a year long subscription!! This is pure And simple highway robbery, click bait scam at its finest!

I was looking for a one-week subscription, but I was charged for a full yearly subscription instead. There was no clear warning and no possibility to get a refund. No support available to update/review those transaction. This feels very disappointing. Be extremely careful before confirming any payment.”

I’ve been using VivaVideo for about seven years, and despite the issues I’m about to mention, I continue to use it because the editing workflow fits the way I create videos better than most other mobile editors. When it works, it’s fast, intuitive, and easy to use.
Unfortunately, there are several major problems that have existed for years and still haven’t been fixed.
First, the app will randomly mute every clip in a project without any input from me. I’m not talking about a few clips-I’m talking about projects with hundreds of edited segments. Suddenly every clip is muted, and I have to manually go through and unmute each one and readjust the volume. This is incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable in a paid editing app.
Second, I’ve lost entire projects after spending hours editing. The app freezes or crashes, and all of that work is gone. There is nothing worse than investing hours into a video only to discover you have to start over from scratch.
Third, the crop feature severely degrades video quality. Any time I need to crop footage, I have to use a completely different editing app, export it in HD, and then import it back into VivaVideo. A basic crop function should not destroy the resolution of the footage.
Another major issue is the complete lack of customer support. When problems like these occur, there is no meaningful way to get help or receive updates on whether bugs are being addressed. For a paid app with a long history and a large user base, the absence of responsive customer support is extremely disappointing.
I genuinely want to give this app five stars because I like the editing interface and have remained a loyal user for seven years. But after all this time, these issues still exist. VivaVideo has the potential to be one of the best mobile video editors available if the developers would focus on fixing these long-standing reliability and quality problems instead of adding more features.
Please fix the muting bug, improve project stability, stop reducing video quality when cropping, and provide real customer support. Long-time users deserve better.

I keep having issues with my videos not appearing when I’m trying to edit and it’s very annoying. This is a good editing app it just keeps making my video clips not stay on what I’ve already edited!

Невозможно сконвертировать в бесплатной версии, намеренно все использовали бесплатные функции, но пишет что используется и нужно оплатить! Я не пользуюсь приложением столько раз чтобы оплата была оправданной. Причина длительность! С чем впервые сталкиваюсь!! не сохраняется видео! Можно как то сделать отдельно платную и бесплатную версии! Что и где искать чтобы выделялось если случайно используется из платных функций!!! Работать стало очень плохо, заторможенно по скорости, с 10 раза открылось вообще. Пожалела что снова обратилась к этой программе!
