Tiene muchos problemas técnicos
Ya van como 3 veces que quiero ver mis novelas en la aplicación no importa si las veo en el teléfono, IPad o tele, siempre se traba mucho la aplicación. No está nada puesto o puedo estar en la página principal y se oyen la noticias como si las estuviera viendo. Tengo que borrar la aplicación y volverla a instalar una y otra vez porque no se arregla. Me gusta mucho esta aplicación porque tiene muchas pelis y novelas que me gustan pero si tiene muchos muchos problemas técnicos

I purchased the Vix Premium with ads subscription to see if it would help and noticed it did the exact same thing. So I canceled it and went back to the free version of VIX
Please fix it as I waste so much time having to rewatch things already seen and it gets very annoying.
May have to stop using the platform all together if it keeps up. Looks like others have had similar issues as I have had comments made more than 2yrs ago. Please listen to your viewers and fix the issues.

App Slow
I really want to enjoy the Vix app, but it’s honestly so slow all the time. The loading takes forever, videos freeze, and the TV app experience is even worse. It constantly lags and crashes, which makes watching anything frustrating. Please improve the performance and make the app smoother to use.

App is solid and all. The only issue I have is when having show in Picture in Picture it’s does not give option to skip ahead 10 seconds or rewind 10 seconds. What is the reason? Fix it now please. And also, get rid of women sports commentators, they are so bad!

Useless
This app is the most horrible of this era. When you pay for a monthly subscription, the app frequently freezes; the screen goes completely black, you can't navigate at all, and even after closing and reopening the app, you end up facing the exact same problems. I called customer service to see if they could fix the issue, but after numerous attempts, nothing was resolved. After exhausting every possible troubleshooting step recommended by the ViX team, we reached the conclusion that the app is completely useless. Please do yourselves a favor and save your money.

Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo haría, la aplicación es lenta, no funciona.

Peor servicio de streaming
Tiene mejores servidores Roblox o cualquier otra cosa, a cada rato se me pausa y es con el único servicio de streaming que me sucede
Doesn’t Work
This app seems to have a lot of problems and never seems to get it fixed. Tried watching a couple of live games and all the games were blurry. The quality isn’t there for the monthly price you pay.

No sirve la aplicación, se ve todo borroso, y encima se queda pausado, no importa si tengo mis datos, wifi lo que sea, es igual, y lo intente en la televisión, tablet y celular y es lo mismo, pésima calidad.
Worst App Ever
This app does not work. How can u be charging consumers for this?? I have tried watching a couple of live soccer games this past week and it either never loads or the app quits. What I found that works is going through the website however the quality is very poor. I really regret subscribing to this and will never subscribe again.

When you're watching a show, it skips to the next episode before it's finished, it freezes for no reason, and there are way too many ads even with a subscription. I'm constantly looking for other apps to watch what I'm watching so I can switch. Vix is awful.

Quisiera dar 5 estrellas pero desafortunadamente tengo mal experiencia con esta aplicación la razón que se ven las novelas borrosas y se quedan pausadas. Yo pago anual por ser premium. Lo más triste es que no tienen un # disponible donde puedamos contactar asistencia. :( no creo seguir con Vix si va continuar con estos problemas.

Horrible streaming services
Very disappointed with VIX. The customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond, and the overall service was terrible. I subscribed to watch the Boca vs River Plate match, but the stream did not work when I needed it most. It is unacceptable to pay for a service that fails during a major event. On top of that, getting support was frustrating and a waste of time. I would not recommend VIX to anyone looking for reliable streaming service.

I just tried like 10 or 20 times to log in into my tv because it keeps logging out every Damm day and when i do the QR code it takes about another 10 try’s to actually log in because it never refreshes at all and stays stuck on the Damm code please fix this app why do I have to keep logging back in everytime I turn off the tv. La experiencia con ViX es inaceptable, especialmente considerando que estoy pagando el paquete premium.
La aplicación se desconecta constantemente durante los partidos, y cuando vuelve a cargar, te obliga a ver una gran cantidad de anuncios. ¿No se supone que el plan premium es precisamente para evitar esto o al menos mejorar la experiencia?
Es frustrante pagar por un servicio que falla en momentos clave y que además te hace perder tiempo viendo comerciales cada vez que la app se cae.
Desafortunadamente, es la única opción para ver los juegos del América en Amarillo, TX, lo que deja al usuario sin alternativas. Pero eso no debería ser excusa para ofrecer un servicio tan inestable.

Bad image quality and multi view
Image quality is still terrible with laggy and blurry 480p or 720p at best and multi view titles block the score boards making the feature useless.

The membership plans are very shady, shows and movies will disappear completely when enrolling in some plans even though they were free before.

I paid premium for the whole year and when I wanted to watch premium, I got an error message saying there is something wrong with my subscription. I will try to dispute the charges and get my money back. I wish I could give zero stars.

La aplicación se cierra sola constantemente, no guarda mi progreso en las series y la calidad de imagen baja de la nada a pesar de tener buen internet. He intentado reinstalarla y sigue igual. Una plataforma de este tamaño debería tener una app mucho más estable. Muy decepcionado.

Doesn’t save progress
Have to constantly search my show and look for the episode I left off on because it doesn’t know how to save. This little mistake made me cancel my subscription.
