Fraudulent charges
I must have downloaded this app at some point. They are charging me weekly. There is no record of the subscription in my Apple account. I never created a login and when I try to login with the only email associated with Apple account, there is no record of a subscription to cancel. There is no support email, only a chat bot that says they will respond in 48 hours. I’ve been sending emails for over a week with no response. Can someone at this company please reach out and do your duty to support. This is a dark pattern and apps like this should be banned from the App Store.

Great if they fixed the bugs, just not in 2026
Useful exercises. You can have your voice rated anytime on three scores. Clarity, tempo and variety. Except you can’t. In an April upgrade, they introduced a feature where you automatically get a 99 or 100% clarity score. User support has brushed aside reports of the bug claiming that it affects SOME of the users SOME of the time. Well it’s more like ALL of the time.
The other knock is that the supposedly AI coach is not much AI or a coach. It just gives canned advice, not tailored to each of us.
The concept behind the app is gold. The execution more like deadwood.

I’m furious. I paid for a weekly subscription, and the app is completely unusable. Lessons won’t load, tests get stuck “processing” for ages, and then just throw a “Processing error” message. Nothing works.
To make it worse, I can’t even reach support - either the page is a white screen of death, or the input window just hangs. And when I finally managed to type out my issue, I got “Failed to submit ticket.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
This happens on every network - different WiFi connections, mobile data, you name it. My internet is fast and stable, so don’t even try to blame my connection.

Worst app ever! Totally scammed me into thinking I was getting a week free and when charged me for a month and blocked my account on Apple. Such a scam! Don’t trust this app!!!!

Yearly subscription I didn’t want
I don’t know if this app is actually good for anything. It’s a good idea, but I don’t think it actually helps you at all. Also, I feel like I got scammed into a yearly subscription that I didn’t want. I just wanted to try it out but very quickly. I accidentally had purchased the yearly subscription. Lame.

It’s beyond ridiculous in this day and age that you can’t open the app and log in with your paid account. I paid for this, I love the idea and goal, but it constantly is a real challenge just to login. Their support sent me a convoluted series of steps to click through the onboarding prompts, go to your profile, then choose “have an account” and then finally log in with Apple. I haven’t been able to use this effectively and want a refund at this point.

Good concept but strange execution.
This application requested my review after completing the initial two exercises and I am ready to delete it. The first two exercises proved to be the most perplexing and nonsensical tasks I have encountered. They were unusually strange, my first task, I had to seek assistance in a highly vague scenario. I managed to proceed only by becoming increasingly irate and frustrated with the AI situation, ultimately scoring eight out of ten. I would not have handled this situation in the same manner IRL. The application required me to perform speech training, which involved three minutes of what can only be described as dangerous hyperventilation exercises while standing. I question the safety of this practice. Furthermore, it provided some metrics without any prior comparison, merely offering an objective analysis of my voice's sound without reference to a baseline.

I signed up through Instagram and I dont know how to cancel. I downloaded the app and it does not recognize me, but the app is charging me. I have NO WAY to unsubscribe. I am going to have to block this app from my bank. I have been charged $4.99 on 3/21/26 and now $9.99 on 3/28/26. Feels like a scam!

Paid for the paid version, never got access to it. I can’t even log in now. No one seems to be able to reset my password. When I asked “customer support” to reset my password, they directed me to Apple for a refund, Apple claims they don’t have a sub subscription for me, but somebody took my money and refuses to give it back.
It’s a good idea for an app, but in this case, it’s just bait for them to steal your money.
Edit: as a result of this review, the developer reached out, clearly without reading this review, and gave the same copy pasta evasion of responsibility that they sent me before. I wouldn’t have minded if they tried to fix it, but how are you going to send me the same message yet again and think that’s a solution?

This app has a predatory system to try and sign you up for a $100 yearly subscription the moment you open it. It starts you on a free trial. My wife accidentally started the free trial and never even used the worthless app, but we get charged and are unable to even request a refund. Digital theft is disgusting practice and it hurts people.

The entire point of this app was vocal analysis and voice training, now it is mostly text based role playing games. Trash. Time to find a new app.

Once you get the free trail, on the app there’s no option to cancel the subscription and even it shows there’s no subscription but still they charge you.
Be aware of unexpected charges and storage of credit card information
I was brought to this app from Facebook. When paid on their website they did not mention at all automatic renew. I found out about the $9.99 charge later and there is no where from the app nor website to delete my credit card info.

I wished I had listed to some of the reviews mentioning how they were inappropriately charged. I signed up for the 7 day free trial. The app specifically tells you that you will be warned two days prior to being charged for the annual subscription of almost 90 dollars. Well I was never warned and forgot to cancel. Nevertheless I was charged $90 for an app I don’t need and didn’t like.

I signed up for the free trial and was charged. I cancelled the service and have been charged for the months following my cancellation sand no longer have access to the ap. My request to the app’s customer service requesting that they honor the cancellation and stop charging my card went unanswered. Have now been charged about $100 for an ap I used once and cancelled.

When I started the trial, the app kept saying not to worry about forgetting to cancel, they will send me reminders several times before the subscription starts. I never got any reminders. I tried canceling on the 7th day but it had already charged my credit card. I email the company but did not hear back. It has been three days.
The reason why I am canceling is the lessons are simply too long. I don’t have the time to use it and was planning on trying it again when I have more time. Also, it does not go back to the lesson I missed the day before. It just moves on. I found that disappointing. The ai evaluations takes a long time, adding to the amount of time on the app. The daily lessons take a minimum of 30 minutes.

Needs to state sign up and account with ongoing service fees is mandatory. Not contains in app purchases. As if it was a tool freely offered with premium features that can enhance the tools performance. I don’t want to sign up. I didn’t finish signing up. Don’t charge my account for anything. Doesn’t include Context Lessons
This is great if you want to change the TONE of your voice. But if you want to stop saying umm or huhhh there’s no lesson in here on how to rephrase your thought process so you say better things instead. The IG ad was falsely advertised. Dont waste your time if this was what you wanted to improve on.
Not as advertised
I got bamboozled! I took the assessment quiz for this app that I saw on Instagram, and liked what it said it could do for me in terms of improving my speech and communication skills. So I bought the app, but it does absolutely nothing of what the advertisement told me it was going to do. Thank goodness I only paid for the $4.99 package for one week, and not something more expensive.

I bought this from an IG ad as they said it would help develop communication skills. Instead, this app puts you through third-grade level, pointless exercises. Flushed $$ down the toilet on this one.
Has potential but not realistic
This app would be more effective if it included real life scenarios, or improv communication. The only practice available is to read excerpts.. reading is not going to improve your public speaking skills. You don’t go out and read a book to someone, you go out and speak to someone. A major flaw. I am disappointed I purchased the full year. After one week, the exercises become repetitive and they are not in tune with real life scenarios. Great for becoming more aware of pitch, volume etc but for anyone with social anxiety, reading is not going to change or improve your communication. You don’t get to read an excerpt in social situations in the real world.
