I am so dissatisfied with this vpn. I was on the monthly plan then upgraded to annual and now I can’t connect at all. Their customer service is ridiculous. Just a bot that asks what device you’re using, after you reply, it says nothing. When you ask more questions it tells you it’s still in the learning phase. What is this nonsense? DO NOT BUY.

Charging me for a free trial???
I started the free trial and I noticed that this vpn sucks so i cancelled the free trial and deleted the app, now it’s saying that I owe $11.99?! The subscription was already cancelled so why am I being charged for something that was cancelled the same day it was activated. Ridiculous.

I used to like it…
It was really good until the latest update where I have to watch ads for 15 minutes of vpn time. It’s genuinely so inconvenient now and I took this app off my mac bc I use the vpn all school day bc it makes the quality of images better and I can do more without school WiFi slowing it down or restricting it. I still have it on my phone bc I don’t need the vpn for that much time. Still though, pretty inconvenient and it takes a while.
Pay to use
It was good until they made you pay to use it. Now, if you wanna stay on the free plan, you have to watch ads to get time so you can use the app.
