Trying to take my money
I downloaded this app to try and block adds from unknown websites, and downloaded it and did the subscription just because. I realized I have to pay this a week and I canceled it the same exact day. A week later it tried to take 20 dollars when I didn’t even take the 20 dollar plan, + I canceled it the same day and it keeps trying to take random amounts of money. I tried to contact them but no response.

When I contacted True Finance, they told me the issue was on VPN Lumos’s end. I then tried to contact VPN Lumos directly, but the support email address appears to be invalid (“address not found”) and they have not responded to messages sent through the app.
Right now I’ve paid for a subscription tied to a promotion that was never honored, and there seems to be no working way to contact the company for support or a refund. This experience feels very misleading and frustrating.
Until the company provides proper support and resolves issues like this, I would be very cautious about downloading or paying for this app.

I feel like you could get a better vpn if your being serious. But if you need a quick one for work or Netflix 1 day it might work. The price isn’t worth it though.
