It’s useless. Their servers are constantly “under maintenance”. When connected once in a blue moon, there is no difference in the data going through whether connected or not. Complete waste of money and effort.
Maintenance
Every single time I try to open the VPN, it says there is a temporary maintenance and should switch regions, but proceeds to say that I cannot switch region for some reason. Also when it does say it works and shows the blue rocket thing, it still doesn’t work.
All of the sudden It doesn’t work
Suddenly the app stopped working. I told the online support but they instead of solving problem, advise me to freeze my remaining time and request to refund. But unfortunately I couldn’t request to refund because I paid my 1 year subscription by apple account.

I have been using this vpn for nearly 3 years. It was very stable before. However, this vpn is no longer working for me. All their locations can be showed as "connected" but u can't open any apps or websites. I requested a refund, however if u followed their steps, u will stuck step 1. Their freeze link can't be opened. And their customer service people are AI. Do not use, Do not BUY. So foolish, I bought 1 year premium.
update after AI customer service that they set for AppStore: they Trying to let people know there is still ways for refund, no, AI are basically set to not mentioned direct ways for refund, the link they put is " not not be opened" and the AI customer service is asking u to use that link. Just mark this app as scam.

实在不能理解，我安装了快连，买了会员，然后客服在线上引导我去下载一个叫赛顿的vpn ，说比快连速度快10倍，还帮我把快连的会员迁移了过去，我用了一段时间，觉得不错，然后充了年度会员，用了大概10天，赛顿就连不上了，现在在app store 也下架了，解释一下，是不是骗局？

The latest 2.17 update is terrible. I cannot get any VPN connection, even on Auto Select. The service was badly interrupted in April and May, with the assurance that they are working to resolve this. Connection was better for about 2 weeks at the end of May. Now it’s back to being bad again, and even worse with this new update.

Refund is very difficult regardless of whah they promised. I paid with my visa but they insisted I paid with Alipay and therefore has never issued me the refund they promised.

Sometimes it works well, but usually it just tells me that my network is unstable and tell me to try it again later. However, no matter how hard I tried, I just can’t connect it. Since tonight, it has been unable to connect for hours, I don’t think I can successfully connect in the future anymore. And I’ve tried to refund and find a better app, but it always tells me the purchase number was incorrect even though I am 100% sure and checked several times, I used Apple Pay by the way.
I think mine is just broken forever. It ruined my only access to YouTube and top-tier AIs, I will never be able to use them again.
