No Tai Chi
Be ready to follow a heavyset woman as an instructor. They stop the exercise prerecorded video midway as soon as it hits the 7 minutes mark. It’s not what they advertise. I’ve been using it for a week. No change on the style. This is not Tai Chi. It is just very slow moving aerobics but not Tai Chi.

Everything is auto generated so you don't get to communicate with a real person.

Worst app for seniors
I would have given negative starts. I canceled app two months ago, yet the company still charged me renewal today, then tell me it’s their policy, if I want a free year just say yes. NO, the exercised caused my vertigo to kick in, I was sore after one slow session if tai chi and no one to help on their end. Just a video.

They tried to like take 49.99 dollars out of my acct for absolutely no reason. I don’t recommend this app they will try to take ur money.
Untrustworthy
This guy a a ripoff! It is totally NOT worth any of its description. Then they opt you in and charge you almost $60/month and there are absolutely NO refunds! Beware!
Subscription Scammers
I signed up to try this cool app. A couple of months into it, I decided it was not for me.
Then, randomly, today I get a receipt that a subscription I DID NOT AGREE TO was renewed. I’ve since cancelled this but in now left with a bill of almost $70 that this company refuses to refund for a service I’m not using nor I have I used for the past several weeks*.

Sneaky Ba$tard$
These folks are very bad news. Most of these subscription apps make it easier to sign up than to cancel. (I get that. Bad companies think of customers as adversaries. Bad customers think of companies as adversaries.) These guys deserve a prize for making it virtually impossible to cancel. Go to their webpage (if you can find it) and look for the “Cancel Subscription” function. I could not find it. Yes, they had their sales funnel that appears to offer free trial, but without access to cancelling the trial, I was sucked into the forever “subscription.”
Maybe if the app were useful, I would not mind. It’s not. First it’s insipid. When I started, I opted for the warm-up not knowing what to expect. (I am suspicious of all warm-ups. Ever see a lion warm-up before chasing a zebra or a gazelle? Even see a border collie warm-up before bossing around a couple hundred sheep all of which weigh more than he does? To be honest, even the sheep don’t warm-up.) It is a complete waste of time. How does swinging your arms around “warm you up” for walking?
The stupidity does not stop there. During the walk, WalkFit talks to me and everyone within ear shot. Telling me to speed up “like you are in a hurry to get somewhere” or slow down. It tells me to push off with my feet to walk faster. It gives beeps and boops to alerts everyone in earshot that you are approaching the end of a phase. It seems to forget that I’m walking to burn calories as fast as possible without beating up my knees.
Second, it’s inaccurate. I’ve used it for four days on virtually the same path on a grid. My Apple Watch logged 6,730 steps ± 32 steps. Walkfit logged between 3,759 and 5,500 (my goal-not my actual walk).
Third, it doesn’t synch with my Watch. It doesn’t even synch with other apps on my iPhone. I believe “a man with one watch always knows what time it is, but a man with two watches is never sure.” I would have confidence in WalkFit if it relied on my watch-which I wear except when I shower, sleep or enjoy sex.

No Rewind
I wanted to rewind within the first workout because I didn't understand something. Wouldn't let me. I go to the chatbot, it tells me that I should be able to move the bar at the bottom of the video to rewind. That doesn't work, so it tells me to reboot my phone, uninstall and reinstall the app. I do - and it still doesn't work. Then the chatbot tells me there is no rewind function! In an exercise video?!? I am requesting a refund.

This is a scam! They send unauthorized charges to your credit card and will not refund you. They try to continue charging you. Read all the complaints on fb.
Decieving charges
Purchased the one week option. Didn’t see anywhere anything about a subscription to follow and especially since one of the purchase options was a subscription and I chose NOT to get that. After a week I was auto charger for the subscription cost. Very deceptive.
I did get a refund and customer service was very helpful in that regard so I appreciated that.

Beware
Don’t use this app unless you have unlimited time to attempt to contact this company and or ultimately send disputes to your credit card company because the company makes it so difficult to cancel. Legitimate companies have a phone number or other contact information, not a bot.
Terrible app
I don’t like that it monitors me all day (can’t seem to turn that off) so I want to cancel. But the “manage app” button doesn’t give me options to do that. And the app doesn’t show up under my subscriptions, so how am I supposed to cancel?
Not at all what was advertised!
I’m 78 years old and I just wanted to try your exercise at home. After receiving your email. You recommended that I fill out a registration (asking the same questions I answered when I paid for the program.) At the end of these questions, you offer another plan that I would have to pay for! You also recommended that I download an App that required a payment.
According to your TV commercial, I thought I’d simply open your email and everything be easily accessible. I was wrong!
I thought the printable guide and the plan would be easily there. Instead, you required me to pay more money for an additional plan? Your ad was very misleading. Sounds like Full advertising to me.

There’s nothing that’s says it’s a subscription when you buy the app and then they won’t refund your money. Do not buy. Just go take. Walk on your own. It is certainly not worth 40 dollars a month.
This app changed me without my knowledge

OK, but I need a manual logging capability
Request a mode to manually enter treadmill information. Forgot watch, watch inaccurate, watch battery low, what ever - need a manual entry update method.

Widget doesn’t work, consistently restarting
I wish this app tracked accurately and didn’t require so many phone restarts to get it to maybe work. Today’s widget step count is just adding on to yesterday’s and the day before. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to work? It doesn’t make sense to me.
And there is a step count, a free walk, and a workout that have very few, if any, actual tai chi moves. The app is confusing and not at all what was advertised. I’m three days in so I will keep trying to figure it out and change my review if things start to click.
