iTunes doesn’t work
I’ve tried everything that I can find on how to get songs from iTunes, I can’t even get the iTunes app to open. Paid for the app and can’t even use it.

Difficult - must have Apple Music subscription
I would have never bought this app had I realized I had to have Apple Music and it is not compatible with Spotify or Amazon music!
Doesn’t have its own library
This app doesn’t have its own library of songs and you need an Apple Music account. Website is very deceiving. I just donated $6.

I downloaded this app and I deleted it because I did not want to pay so I had deleted it but I still got charged 5$ even though I never even I think this is outrageous that I got charged.

Many glitches and muting issues
I paid for this app before my daughters ball game, half of the girls didn’t get to hear their walk out song because the songs were muting and not playing once connected to Bluetooth! Not worth paying for. We were very disappointed
New baseball mom
This is not an easy app to figure out and comes with no guide. The announcer voices are horrible, and I cant figure out even how to delete without cancelling prescription.
Easy to use but no good voices
The app is easy to use compare to others but the announcement voices are not good at all. Please add voices.

The intro sounds way lower than the music, even when the intro volume is all the way up..
Absolutely disappointed
So, I have used this app for quite a few years now. There has always been little issues here and there. But this season, it’s been absolutely AWFUL! No songs play, unless it decides it wants to. Only the player announcement will play. My girls look forward to being pumped up by their songs, and they get let down. I’ve uninstalled, deleted all line ups and started over, reset, EVERYTHING! Never an issue before, now I want to just delete it and never look back!!! I thought maybe it was my speaker (the one I’ve been using for years), so I bought a new one. Same issue! Okay, maybe it’s my phone. So bought and paid for it on my daughters phone. Guess what! SAME ISSUE! Okay cool. Maybe it’s because we have the same phone model. Used my husband’s, you guessed it……SAME ISSUE! Yes the songs are downloaded to my phone from Apple. It does not give me the warning when I play them. It just doesn’t flippin play. Fix this PLEASE! I want to use this for our girls. They love the walkup songs.

Sure it plays music, but the voice is a computer voice and it doesn’t let you have the option to change it or record your own voice even. Wouldn’t recommend

Sometimes you only get a few seconds for a song and sometimes the beginning of the song is the focal point…but when the app adjust volume to 0 you miss these scenarios. There has got to be something better out there

Great app - would be perfect but it doesn’t work with Spotify and that’s not made clear in the description
Can’t sync songs
Another mom created the playlist and sent me the file and so while I can see all the players and their songs and specifics, it will not sync with the music on my same music app.
Works when it wants to
In between player selection says it’s waking speaker for a long period of time and just crashes, have to force restart it to just get it to work right for only the next player or 2 then doing it all over again. Volume between each announcement constantly has to be readjusted because it’s all over the place it’s either too loud or almost completely off. I use 2 PartyBox jbl speakers for our team and have tried to switch to other speakers to see if mine were the issue and still having the same things happen. Sad something so basic has become so infuriating that I’m now looking elsewhere.
Can’t hear the batter names
So this app has been amazing so far. I took it to practice last night to try it out but we noticed the batter name and numbers are way to quiet compared to the music. Just can’t hear the names unless you are right next to the speaker. What am I doing wrong?
The walk up voice sounds robotic/computerized
Everything is great and easy to do but the announcers voice sounds like a robot. There must be 100 different options for voices and each one is worse than the next. Spent a lot of time in it going through them all and trying to figure out how to make it sound like a real persons voice. I’ve heard many of the walk up song apps used throughout the years at the ball field and never heard announcers voice like this app. I would recommend another app with a real sounding voice.
Good idea doesn’t work well
I keep getting an error saying it failed to find the seek position in the song. I’ve uninstalled the app and removed the music from iTunes. Reinstalled it all and I still get the same error. I just downloaded a different app so hopefully I’ll have better results there.
