Well, since I don’t think I could get a TikTok to go viral I will make sure to NEVER order delivery from Walmart again since they allegedly allow their delivery drivers to steal deliveries (not that allegedly since I saw the video of the guy taking it with my own eyes, along with the manager of the complex). Ridiculous that you are willing to tank your rep over $600, but I bet this has happened with much more than just this $600.

Atrociously SLOW!!

App has become inefficient
I have used Scan & Go for a while, and it has been excellent. The past several times it has asked for my CVV code. I have gotten out of the habit of carrying my wallet because everything is digital. This is no longer reliable, and Walmart does not accept Apple Pay.

I don’t know if the other customers who provided a star review are doing so on the app or the products and services, but if they are they have a better version than me or are much more patient with its failures.

Rotisserie chicken
I bought a rotisserie to be delivered to my house. I was sold an out of date chicken. Which is not legal for you to sale when it is one day out of date. I am not pleased with that at all. Where do i report this

Terrible app
Nothing but terrible 3rd party sellers and bottlers buying everything. If you hate scalpers you should not buy off GT collectibles since they’re MJ holding in disguise.

Crashing
App is not working. Gets stuck in Walmart logo and crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Refreshed my phones network and nothing has worked.
Multiple Shipments Bug?
When I have items that require two different shipments, the app doesn’t let me pay for everything at one. I tap “checkout all” and it takes me to just a white screen that won’t load anything. I have to close the app, reopen it, and only select one of my baskets at a time to checkout.
I think this is broken functionality. I am given the option to “checkout all” but it doesn’t work when I try to go that route, at least for me. I wanted to make a single purchase and get all my orders/shipments paid up and sent to me, but I can’t do that with this app. So I just made one purchase and closed the app. I might go back later and do that whole payment process again for my other carts... maybe I won’t.

Good luck getting anything through their queue, all they care is money, not their consumers. They love scums because that’s their business model. POS!
Why so complicated
Why does it take 37 clicks and pop ups ads to get to Walmart pay at the store? Please don’t advertise to me while I’m already shopping here. Using it at home is just as convoluted. Simplify.
Poor Customer Service/Holds Money
This app is terrible. It showed me that my nearest Walmart had a graphic calculator my son needed the night before a test, so I ordered it to be delivered so I could cook dinner (single parent). Turns out, they didn’t have the item at all. But they sure didn’t mind charging my debit card. The order was cancelled immediately because they couldn’t fulfill it, but it has been 9 days and they are still holding $163. I can’t even dispute it because they have it held as a pending charge. Customer service was no help. I don’t recommend this app because it is a misrepresentation of the stores’ inventory, and you’ll still get your money held up if they don’t have something.

unable to log in. i already have an account, purchased items and have CC on file. now i’m unable to log in on app or website. it has me create a new account and that fails too. cannot shop online any longer so useless app.
Another bad update 5/7/2026
App Store did another update 5/7/2026 which makes 4 updates in 2 days and still causing the app to force close as soon as you try to open the app. The app has been down for 4 days now. Talked to Walmart support and they took all my info for my Walmart account and still not fixed. There are over 100 plus Reddit post and 1,500 plus tweets asking questions for help on this issue.

Walmart dont know how to run an app always holding you in line without giving you a time of how long like nope your just waiting inline for nothing! So thank you for wasting my time like always with this trash app of yours good job for legit making something completely useless
Update issues
I use your app all the time and love it for its convenience but since I guess an update today now I can’t open the app it will pull up the Home Screen for like a second and the immediately goes away.
Bad UX
The user interface is challenging to use. I’m helping my father to shop. The initial quantity doesn’t stick. I have to re-enter the quantity on the next page. You can’t add a card while completing your order. You can only edit the existing card. I had to get out of the area where I was placing my order to go to Account to add the right card.
Multiple updates, still won’t load
Crashes every time I try to open app. I’ve installed three updates in a week, but it’s not fixing anything. When will this FINALLY be fixed?

Constantly freezes.
It is unacceptable that in today’s tech environment, this Walmart app cannot scroll or navigate without constantly freezing. The latency and lag are ridiculous, making a simple checkout process unnecessarily frustrating. I refuse to use the app on principle until these stability issues are fixed. If you want people to shop here, provide a functional interface. My goodness… it’s not complicated.

I live in southern Colorado. The app keeps relocating me to Sacramento, CA. It happens at random times, especially when an order contains items for both pickup and shipping. Aaaargh
Awful
This app has more issues thank you we’re having issues. Please try again later and you try to update your food order that you’re getting delivered. It’s actually really not worth the time because there’s just so many downtime with this app. It’s just not worth it.

Website very glitchy and difficult to enter information for payment. They have a long way to go before they are good competitors with Amazon. Prices are good but like the store experience annoying to deal with but you save some money
