Delivery
Some of my orders get cancelled after they tell me it’s on the way. They also don’t read directions for where to deliver the packages. This is getting to be very disturbing, they are not dependable, fed ex was very good at delivering and placing packages where they are directed. Also I don’t want my packages delivered at 10pm.

You cannot be serious
AUTO PLAY VIDEO ADS WITH SOUND ON THE PICK UP BARCODE PAGE??? Absolutely unreal. My first pickup order with Walmart+ (that’s right even when you PAY THIS COMPANY THEY STILL FORCE ADS DOWN YOUR THROAT) and the app interrupted my music to play a video ad with sound. Good news! App deleted, Walmart+ cancelled.

Reservation time broken
App shows times… you select times… then it says not available. Then you click new time, it says okay, it well hold that time for you… then when you complete your order, it says time unavailable. It’s not that someone stole your time window, because if you go back, it lets you select the same window again and says success. Then it fails to complete the order again. Great user experience. Hire back your developers to reign in your AI.

Rigged payment system
The system doesn’t allow you to use your Humana AND your Walmart balance. If you choose the balance, the remainder charges to your credit or debit on file instead of allowing the balance to go through your Humana account. It’s terrible the way they set things up to always stay in your pocket

PICKUP FEES OUTRAGEOUS!!
I was shocked to find out that WalMart charges $6.99 just to order and pickup an item in the store - the same cost as shipping to my home! The shoes I ordered for my 95-year-old mother didn’t even not have the delivery option, so I had to pay the $6.99 to pick up in the store. I am ordering from VA for a friend to take to my mother in a nursing home in Ohio, so she doesn’t waste her time searching for them. She is doing me a favor. This is ridiculous by Walmart! This is why I order everything on Amazon any more. It’s just these shoes my mom likes! Pretty bad when my friend is spending gas to go to the store to pickup that Walmart is charging just to have them in a bag!

Bring back SHIPPING
Bring back SHIPPING as an option instead of only delivery and pickup. This feature allows me more flexibility as I live in a remote area. Now half my order is put into a pickup or delivery order and half is assigned to shipping. Terrible for customers - better for Walmart because now Walmart adds fee due to the delivery portion not being $35. My single order TOTAL is $77 but Walmart divided the order to benefit themselves.

App won’t let you update delivery directions
No matter what I do what I hit the edit button for special directions won’t work on my iPhone in the app.
I just moved to a new apt. I added the address but couldn’t add special directions. I live on the 5th floor. The whole reason I pay for wal mart plus is for the delivery so that I do not have to haul my groceries up the elevator. I tip well for this. When I contacted support about the issue they were completely unhelpful. (Surprise…NOT).
It’s to the point where I want to cancel and sign up with some other grocery delivery service.
If you have ANY ISSUES ANY AT ALL. Good LUCK.

Take me back to the good old days
So since I’ve been in Milwaukee since the end of 23 I have yet to be satisfied with my Walmart plus I keep canceling it canceling it and restarting it thinking that things would change, but the deliveries are horrible and going in store especially 4140 Greenfield is absolutely horrible. Staff service the whole night.

Terrible customer service
I had an order that was supposed to arrive 3 days ago, their spark driver refused to deliver it and return it to the store. They haven’t attempted a second delivery after 72 hours. Contacted their customer service like 4 times to cancel and get a refund like they claim I can, but every time they tell me a different excuse. One of them even lied and told me they canceled the order and that wasn’t true. I had to get in contact with my bank to reverse the charge as they keep refusing to deliver the item and are not canceling the order to provide me with the refund.

NO QUITE THERE YET BUT OKAY
The process can be annoyed because it lets you know after you pay that something is not available. They do not allow you to change anything because everything has been processed. They don’t reach out to you by phone to let you know something is not going to be there. If they did, it would allow a customer to make changes to something else. The refund process is annoying because it does not put money back on your card in the bank. Came out you have to wait several days or up to a week dependent on how your Bank and Walmart process. The substitution is a pain. It automatically makes you have sub substitutions unless you choose it. It should be the other way around.. Customer should be allowed to state they want substitutions otherwise none would be made. Also if you go back in adjuster order and then process it if you did not correct the substitution it automatically default original order. The good point about the Services. It is pretty useful when if you work long hours or do not have time to shop. Delivery service is pretty good as well. It just needs to work on the app as far as products not being there in substitutions other than that I still use it. Oh in one great thing is their customer service. They tried their best and they do good job and helping you out. AI is not so annoying as most others are, but they have live people that you can talk to and that is the best part. Do not go all into AI Walmart. Keep live people. They do a much better job.

The prices are still unbearable as far as delivery services go however there are times that I feel my family is better off paying more for less of a hassle. I’ve had a repeated issue with my delivery and drop off instructions not being followed which has lead to quite the loss on both ends!

The app does what it’s supposed to do for the most part, usually, sort of. It runs very slowly at times and the app will have random crashes sometimes, but I am able to find what I’m looking for, and most of the time I’m able to add it to my cart and checkout without incident. With most apps I would accept the bugs and problems more, because not everyone has the resources to develop a good app and keep it running smoothly, but Walmart?! They absolutely have the resources to make their app as bulletproof as Amazon, so it seems to me that they are fine with a subpar app because it saves them a couple of dollars.

Walmart Customer Service lied on a live call.
I have been a Walmart customer for more than six years, and this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
I contacted Walmart Customer Service three separate times regarding my Walmart Cash issue. Unfortunately, none of the representatives resolved the problem. What was even more frustrating was that I was repeatedly given misleading(lied) information during live calls, all 3 times it has been credited which was extremely disappointing.
During my last call, the customer service agent put me on hold for more than 30 minutes, and it seemed like they had fallen asleep. Eventually, the call was disconnected without any resolution.
After this experience, I no longer feel confident using the Walmart app and will likely switch to Amazon for my future purchases.
