I really wanted to love this app as I find the concept really helpful. However, the app is unable to accommodate anything besides basic hotel reservations and flights. When I tried to add an Airbnb stay to my itinerary it wouldn’t let me and the same with my cruise. I tried to reach out to customer service to see how to add it but got an error saying the email doesn’t exist. Lastly, I tried a chat bot who said my question was too complex and the owner would bet back to me within 24 business hours. That was 4 days ago and it never happened. Nice concept but needs a lot of work to really be helpful for anything other than a hotel accommodation.

App constantly crashes, cluttered UI, notification spam.
Disappointed
I’m disappointed that the email forwarding doesn’t work. We wanted this app for organizing existing plans. I tried three times to use the address provided by the app to add plans. None of the emails arrived. TripIt emails were received and added immediately to the app, so it looks like we will be continuing to use TripIt.

Stop asking for rating
The app is actually great but it has one infuriating misfeature that cannot be forgiven: constantly prompting for a rating (it does not use the standard system one that can be turned off). The prompt also cannot be skipped or closed so I literally kill the app every time to make it go away.

Popup browser for search doesn’t work 99% of the time. After the 15th refresh to resolve on my iPhone 17, I’m giving up. Really wanted to like this app.
Charged me on day 1 of the 7 days free trial and Apple refuses to refund me
This is blatant robbery. I signed up for the 7 days free trial pro membership then saw my account was charged for a yearly subscription. I disputed the charge with Apple but they denied my request with no explanation except my purchase isn’t eligible for a refund. Ridiculous. I am now going to dispute through my credit card company.

I signed up for the app and paid $31.99 for the premium membership. A month later and I am still unable to use my membership because I never received any info on how to log into the paid membership. In the process of trying to figure it out, I ended up creating two profiles but couldn’t link either one to my paid membership. I wrote to the admin email asking for help but received no response. In addition, I tried planning a trip on one of my profiles but found the site template to be clunky, rigid, and not useful for that trip. I’ve asked for a refund and to delete both profiles.
Very buggy
Deleted everything I put in there and kept getting errors. Don’t waste your time putting in your items.

Not working
After reading all the glowing reviews, I decided to purchase Wanderlog.
Unfortunately, every time I try to upload information it spins, and then it doesn’t work. This is concerning since I spent $39 on this product. I truly was excited to have an app that was as wonderful as everybody said.

Money-catcher for twenty-something. . .
There’s zero AI. It’s intended as a feed for booking travel NOT for travel planned. Difficult. Not intuitive. Waste of money and worst, your time.
Incorrect calculation in expense
The group balance is wrong for no reason. It misses some expense and does not sync among different users.

The app claims to be free and takes you through a drawn out process to set things up. Then hits you with a 7-far free trial then $40/year.

I uploaded my flights and hotels, and for each day I still had to input what city I was in to do the auto-fill feature.
It’s cool to get suggestions for popular tourist places, but honestly this is something I could just use a personal AI to build. What would change this for me is if you could essentially set a profile including things you like to do, if you prefer tourist destinations or just relaxing, how many places you’d like each day. I really feel like it should be a one step where you do the profile and upload flights/hotels and the rest is handled for you.

$40 for dark mode
Dark mode needs Pro subscription which costs $40 a year, seriously? This is an essential utility function that people need at night. It’s ok if you don’t offer dark mode at all, but with a price? I really couldn’t understand why.
