DON’T SUBSCRIBE
I subscribed to use the fallout watch face and it does not work, I tried their solution and it did nothing. I asked for a refund, they don’t do refunds I can only go through apple. Apple doesn’t let me select the purchase as an option for which things I want a refund for. Avoid entirely. I’m done with all these subscription based apps.

Virtually impossible to cancel. Charges 29.99 month after introductory offer. Should not be offered on App Store. Predatory.

Won’t connect
Have had subscription for year. Now all faces locked. App prompts to get subscription. Restore and nothing happens. Deleted and reinstalled. Nothing happens. App will not allow me to restore a purchase/subscription.

Purchased premium for a month. Got error that subscription didn't complete. Was charged on apple. Tried to purchase again on app and got message I've already purchased.

Won’t launch
Downloaded app and ensured all iPhone updates are in place and all watch updates. Launch app and when I get to log in screen, it crashes. Unable to log in or register. Deleted and reinstalled, same problem. Rebooted IPhone, same problem. Using IPhone 17 Pro Max

Hard to find where to cancel the subscription.
Not the kind of faces I was looking for. I wish I could have gotten a better preview of what I was subscribing to. But the difficult part is trying to unsubscribe from the app.

Bad App
Add app complications consistently do not update and when they do, they show the wrong information. Sometimes they show the right information but only for a short period of time and then have to be refreshed which does not work most of the time this company really needs to fix this app otherwise I’m canceling my subscription. I highly suggest that you do not download this app until they fix the issue with complications and no matter what they say. You shouldn’t charge people for a service when it doesn’t work correctly.
Whoops! Something went wrong
Almost all the faces on the app are unusable. When I try to transfer them to my watch, I get an error message. The few ones that I was able to transfer weren’t even all that good. Waste of money.
Rewards don’t work
When I watch the videos to earn the watch faces it does not work. I’m not impressed and will be deleting this app.

I’ll watch an ad for a watch face. No problem. The problem is that it doesn’t work! The latest update broke the app!

Just downloaded app and none of the watch faces are going in my watch they are all blank. Tried restarting app and everything and still the same.
Paid for blackout
I got maybe three watch faces from this on my series 11, with current update. Nothing downloads as described, no matter the image chosen the watch face is a black screen once completed.
Doesn’t Sync
Non of the faces sync right to my watch. It doesn’t show the right weather, my steps, anything right. Only the time is right. Tried trouble shooting and that didn’t work. And I made sure the face I downloaded said it works for my version in the description.

When I tried to send a face to my watch and wasted minutes of my life that I could’ve been doing anything else, I watched an ad, but it continued saying that I needed to watch the ad over and over again. Nice going, Facer.
No Digital Seconds
There was only one option for digital face with seconds?! I expect this from Apple, but not from 3rd party app with so many faces.

Useless for older watches
I have a series 4 Apple Watch and apparently the premium subscription is completely useless for me as everything tells me the faces will only work for a series 7 or newer. I tried to request a refund for the subscription through Apple with no luck. I cant add a single face to my watch so it was a complete waste of money.
No response from customer support
The app is not working at all. I have followed all the recommended steps, but I continue to receive the message, “Whoops, looks like something went wrong.” My Apple Watch is properly connected, and the app is installed on both devices.
I have also reached out to customer support, provided screenshots of the issues, and explained the problem in detail, but the issue remains unresolved. I would like to recommend this app to others, but I cannot do so because I have been unable to use it successfully myself.

Not Worth It Anymore
This app continues to go downhill instead of improving. Many of the faces don’t work for my watch anymore, still get irrelevant results when trying to search on the explore page, still not able to search just free faces…. I have given this app all the chances possible and I continue to be disappointed.

I paid for the app and then suddenly the app was gone. Started back up but I can’t restore purchase.
Scam!
Do not buy this. The watch faces don’t stay on your watch and you initially get charged $3.99 but then there is a hidden note that they will charge you 29.99 monthly. I canceled right after the $3.99 charge. Randomly got a $29 charge. The company only works via email and will only refund 50% of that amount and claimed to cancel your account but some reviews say they are not true to their word.

Upgrade worthless
The free watch faces were pretty good and always worked on my Apple Watch 10 just fine. So I took the leap, spent the $20 for premium. Not one premium watch face has downloaded correctly. Bet you’re laughing all the way to the bank on this little scam!!
ZERO NOT AVAILABLE
I purchased a monthly subscription to Facer. Facer took my money and I never saw my subscription. I have emailed support. I have sent my receipt and error code. I was just told to refresh my purchase. That was the only solution. Guess the app is broken or a scam. Would not recommend.
Price jump kills it for me
Really awesome app but that price jump coming up is a killer for me!

Thank god I only got the lows subscription. Which is about to go up. You can only download to 11 and up watches if you don’t have that don’t bother. There are better apps out!
Waste of time
I’ve tried multiple faces from this app and NON of them update stats on a regular basis. There were days that I’d look at my watch and nothing was updated. To update you’re supposedly have to log in to Facer on your phone to update stats. 1. You shouldn’t have to do that. 2. It still doesn’t work. Which is sad because Facer has some of the nicer free faces you can download and try.
Subscription error
This app is a nightmare. It’s constantly returning an error when trying to subscribe. And when I do manage to subscribe every few months the app will forget the subscription settings and all my watch faces will disappear. I’ve repeatedly emailed the support customer service and they NEVER reply. Huge waste of time and money.
